Hey everyone!! Ive been going to this gym for the past 2 years and I think it's about time to leave them a review to show my appreciation. This place does not disappoint me, and has changed my life. I absolutely love it here, they should build me my own bedroom. I'll start with The Juice Bar... Their food is amazing and I find myself feeling full and energized after or even before a workout! Its a great environment, the music is good and upbeat, and the vibes are positive and welcoming! The juice bar always prepares the food wonderfully, and presentable everytime! Its is also very clean and they've never messed up my order. Ive tried many things on this menu, and now I can not stop coming. Its my one stop shop when Im roaming around here. It has all the juices and workout supplements you need, well blended smoothies, and many beverages. You can get breakfast, lunch, and even dinner here. The juice bar is well lit up so you can clearly see what they have!! The staff is always kind, and caring to your needs!! I have never had any problems with the staff, and it seems like everyone knows them by name so they seem to be good people ecspecially with how I see people treat them! They are so understanding. Ive went there when im burnt out, stressed, happy, hurt, etc and no matter what, they have been there on the other side with a smile on their face to serve me! I love this place. They have a nice little dining area, and quick service. There's never a time that Ive had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for a meal to be made. That could be because I mostly order the sandwhiches or smoothies, but still, they are quick and move efficiently! They hand out free samples every now and then which is why Ive gotten hooked on some of their food and smoothies! Its hard to resist. Prices arent very cheap but well understood ecspecially because of everything you can get and the quality of the food. The also have kids meals and smoothies for the little ones! Which is a fantastic feature to the menu! Im sure I will be leaving more reviews throughout time, but I just wanted to share my experiences here so far! read more

Shakes were terrible. They were so thick we couldn't even get it through the straw and when we told them to remake it they said next time tell them not to make it thick (never have I had to do this) and to top it off he said he could only make one. Not only was the shakes made too thick but the customer service was bad too instead of understanding out concern he said next time tell them to make it not so thick and only able to remake one. read more

I've been coming to this smoothie bar inside LVAC for nearly 7 years, and after today, I won't be back. I was overcharged due to a kiosk issue, and instead of helping, the guy who wears the green shirt, lied and said I didn't have enough money (when I had already paid in cash and Apple Cash), and made me wait 15+ minutes just to confirm on camera what I already told him. No apology-just quietly handed me my change after wasting my time. Then when I asked why we didn't get the usual small cup from the leftover smoothie (like everyone else before us), a staff member raised her voice and lied about which blender she used. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. It's clear from other reviews I'm not the only one who's been treated this way. Disappointing service and poor management. Do better. read more

Drove here from EDC because I was craving a smoothie and it was the only place I could find that was open (listed as open 24/7). We got there, called and was told they were not open. Ended up driving to another one which was amazing! Too bad I didn't get to try this place, but also they need to post accurate hours of operation. read more

There is a guy manager who spends more time "flirting" with every girl than pay attention and help his customers I come here regularly and usually buy a water bottle and couple of shakes for my workout buddies. But every time this male manager is working it's like an annoyance to make shakes or even charge anyone out. He is always making extra every time I order to give to whoever he is conversing with. I ordered an Apple juice and he said it was fresh pressed, then comes out with a TreeTop bottle of apple juice and charges me $7 for a cup and pours a second cup to be given away. He has no customer service skills if you are not wearing a low cut top or spandex attire.. Today his employees are in cowboy attire and he complemented and stared at the girls breasts,who took my order, in a very unprofessional way. I understand this isn't a forever job for them but it leave an everlasting impression on the customers. And sexual innuendos/ comments in front of customers isn't gonna pay your bills. read more

Just want to express that the employee shouldn't clean tables and use the same gloves to make people's protein shakes. It's very unsanitary and people could get sick, when using the chemical you spray on the table. read more

I just started at LVAC, after my workout I decided to try out their juice bar. I got the Vanilla Almond Crush with banana... and it's amazing! It's not too sweet and it's very filling. It is a little pricey but well worth it if you want a great protein drink after your workout. The customer service was excellent and both cashier and the person making my drink were very nice. I will definitely be returning again after my work outs. read more

We have gone to this LVAC Juice Bar location since it opened and love the drinks. The problem is the customer service. Unless you get the right person at the counter, you may not get the drink you have ordered. My wife and I have always purchased the same drinks off the menu and the last couple of times they gave us something different. In both instances they said it was what we ordered and that was the end of conversation. It would make me happy if they just offered to make the correct drink if there is a mistake, instead of implying that I don't know what I ordered. read more

I literally waited 10minute to buy a bottle of water because your juice bay girl was too busy flirting back with a gym goer and exchanging phone numbers! It's sad that a business actual thinks they are saving money being closed for 2-3 hours to cut their graveyard shift. Friends and I always worked out during grave yard and Jorge is one of their top employees we feel. That guys always provides the top notch customer service that's hard to find these days. It's Frustrating in the am when the manager struggles and can't handle things like the graveyard guy did. We make it appoint to make sure he's working since the female likes at night rather up sale you on shakes, rather than provide good customer service. I was at the Juice Bar earlier and as the female employee approched me she gave me attitude to the point I had to ask for someone else. As I am being helped, she helps a male that was after me and her attitude changed to all flirty and pulled her shorts up to where her ass was hanging out. After she was done with his transaction, another lady came up and she gave her attitude as well. Being in the food industry, your acrylic nails shouldn't be so long to where you are struggle to use the cash register and messing up. Dude who's always wearing the green collared shirt is an asshole. Sat there today arguing with my guest at the gym, telling my guest and I quote "this is the last time we are going to switch your drink"( SAYING THIS WITH ATTITUDE) For ONE the drink WAS NOT ENJOYABLE. TWO, why would you even tell a guest that type of thing when he/she has NEVER asked for something different since they have been there, and THREE, you shouldn't even be arguing with the guests. read more

I was reprimanded for not drinking my pour over by the assistant manager and told it bothers her that I leave it. I ordered the same thing everyday 6 days a week. When I said, "if thats the worst problem I think we will be ok".. I said I didn't have to be a customer if it bothered her that much and I was handed my money back. Great drinks and great selection. I usually buy a protein shake every time I finish at the gym which is four times a week. The last couple weeks I go up to the counter and nobody is ever there and I have to wait for them to come out of the back, sometimes five minutes. Usually enjoy ordering from here. The vanilla almond crush is my favorite from here. But i brought a friend as a guest to try out the gym, and when he wanted a smoothie, i recommended him the vanilla almond crush. He ordered one for each of us and tipped the guy as well. Then they made the wrong smoothie and said it was our fault because he heard banana creme pie. We asked them to take it back because it wasn't what we ordered. Then with attitude, the manager told them to remake it, still charged us a dollar for the difference in the smoothies, and then still served us the banana creme pie smoothie. My friend and i did not appreciate his attitude since we were polite about it, but since he still decided to serve us the same one, my friend was upset and decided he doesn't want to pay for a membership at a gym who has people in the building that gives service like that. I will not be ordering at this location anymore! read more
