Your typical juice it up chain. I found out today that most of the vegetables are using their fresh juices are organic. Which in my opinion is the only way to go. I wish they were 100% organic. At this location only ask for a keychain and every time you come to this location with the keychain you will get 10% off.

Before my aunt Cruz passed away we had talked about how her in laws owned a juice it up in Apple Valley and I sent her a photo of the one on Bear valley rd and Apple Valley Rd and she mentioned how she's not sure if it's that one long story short it wasn't but yesterday I took my kids to Wingstop and saw there was a juice it up next door and we went and I asked if a Mr & Mrs Shephard owned this location and the lady said yes . It brought me a little bit of closure and joy to know I found the juice it up my Tia and I talked about and one of the final conversations I had with her Aside from that the two ladies working there were extremely kind and patient with my little ones . One even made sure to write my kids names on the cup (because they requested it ) the business was clean and fresh. read more

Well I've gone to a juice it up before and this was a really bad experience not only was the 16.00 dollars I spent on the two drinks not worth it but when you don't make enough for the drinks do you just add more ice well that's what happens there don't pay for extras because you don't get them . The young gentlemen working on Aug 20th were really hustling and friendly. It was impressive to see them crank out smoothies and bowls. We definitely appreciated their effort given the afternoon heat. They're also aware of ingredients they are out of when ordering so changes can be made ahead of time. The gentleman that made our drinks was awesome the lady that wrong us up was not she was very rude did not ask for awards or anything and when we said we had rewards program she said it was too late and we can do it as my card was still in the reader we asked to refund it and re-charge and she said she cannot do that. Husband generally steers clear of anything healthy, but he loved the California Cooler made with cucumber, pineapple and lime. Kids loved the Strawberry Wave and Melon Madness. Their version of an açãi bowl is strawberry syrup juice with a small packet of açaí with guaraná. The açaí and guaraná combo is normal for this Brazilian treat, but you rob the much richer flavor of the açaí by drowning it in syrupy sweet strawberries--ick. Most likely the pay and margins the boss decides to pay these workers. Owner you better invest in the front lines for your low numbers might be those who you chose to represent you. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.

She saw us walk in, and it took about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us and said she'd be with us. We honestly didn't mind waiting at first, but while standing there we could hear her personal conversation on the phone. At first we thought it was work related or maybe she was taking an order, but she was actually giving someone directions on how to post photos on her damn IG .SMH. When she finally took our order, one of my friends asked questions about the drink she wanted, and the employee was pretty short with her answers. My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. This is unprofessional ..customers were not a priority at all. The wait itself wasn't the issue, it was more the fact that she didn't seem to care.

Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.

We finally got the hummus and baklava home. The young man apparently stacked the hummus on top of the baklava. During the drive, it must have slid off the baklava and all the oil and hummus leaked out of the container and all over the baklava and bag. Hubby was so disappointed, he threw the whole thing away. So, I guess, 2 lunches and some oily trash for $80 and HORRIBLE customer service. Giving 2 stars because what we DID actually eat was good. I wish I would have gotten the garlic paste the young man said he'd bring me. And wish we would have gotten to try the baklava we spent $27 on. Horrible experience. Won't be going back.

I went in there a couple days ago with my little one, my 4 year old girl. Mikey greeted us at the door and and got my picky little girl to get a smoothie, a melon madness (he called it a "pink one") and she was sold!. He was so sweet calling her "princess"! Whoever reads this tell mikey i said thank you. Service was lightning fast and my ever-green was perfect and he was the only one in there!! This place is great i recommend it anyone!
