My first time trying Nékter juice bar and although my order was good, I will not be coming back. Firstly there is no good customer service whatsoever , I told the young lady that took my order that it was my first time there and she didn't say anything...stayed quiet. I had to wait a long time to get my order, there was only one person doing everything. Luckily when I got there I was the only customer there but soon after there was a long wait for the other customers arriving. Hopefully they improve read more

I love Nékter! It's my new go-to stop whenever we're headed up and back from Big Bear Mountain and it makes me excited for the drive! The Ingredients they use are so fresh and the serving sizes are large albeit a bit pricey but worth it. Servers are always welcoming and the store is kept impeccably clean. Whoever is doing the scheduling at this location needs to be fired!!! Went in at noon (lunchtime) on Tuesday. There was only one employee, and he was NEW! Whaat? There were 3 people waiting to place an order and two people waiting for their orders to be made. Not to mention the App orders needing to be made. Nobody on a lunch break, or life in general, has 30 to 40 minutes to wait for their drinks to be made. Management! What are you thinking? Get some staff for lunchtime and all the time in-between. I will forever be a Nékter fan and this location is no different. Quality and consistency are always on par and it's my favorite post gym treat for a health nut smoothie or açaí bowl. However, I came in on a Saturday a little after noon and there was only one worker that was getting slammed with online orders and three groups of people that entered after me. He did his best at staying calm and handling the situation as best as possible, I just felt awful that he had to do everything on his own. I patiently waited 25 minutes + for my smoothie and was grateful, although most people would not. Hopefully they'll continue to get great business and add on another worker to help during the weekend and busier times! read more

The smoothies are so good especially with the immune boot shot that they offer. However when it comes to the workers I walked in and there was no one in the front. I had to say hello for a worker to come out to the front and take my order order.
