I can't see enough about this location. I have been here multiple times and a couple of the times the owner was present. It is obvious that she is going above and beyond and not only making it a welcoming atmosphere but hiring competent helpful happy employees. And the food and drink drinks are quality and fresh. I always order my green juice here, today I ordered energizer, but the staff forgot to put apple and ginger. My friend who helped me to pick up told me they only have pineapple peel, 4 little grape, cucumber and baby spinach mixed in the juice. That's why today's juice tastes different. This juice it up is a little hidden in Stater Bros. Plaza, it sits in the cut but with that said it does get its customers. We stopped by for a late smoothie. I had never been to this location.The young girls at work here are hard-working. We enjoyed our piña colada without the colada. I sweetened it up with honey. Also a strawberry wave. There is a few tables you could sit down inside and enjoy your smoothie or what have you. There is plenty of parking. The handicap stalls are close by. read more

I am very disappointed with the service my fiancé and I received tonight. We arrived about two hours before closing time, but it seemed like everything was already put away, and we almost thought the place was closed. We weren't greeted and awkwardly stood in front of the cash register. When the person working the night shift on 1/19 finally approached us, they didn't say hello. I nervously placed our order, and they responded in an annoyed tone, saying, "What??" I was confused why they were speaking to us like this. Once our orders were ready, they placed them on the counter without notifying us. I understand that they might have been having a bad day, but we felt really uncomfortable, and the experience did not justify the cost of the smoothies. My daughter loves going to Juice it Up before school, and this one has easy parking and friendly staff. They have a wide range of smoothies and all of them taste great (I recommend the zone, lava flow, and PB cold brew mocha these are so good), and the inside of the restaurant is cleaner than my house, so jealous (I think the other reviewer had their eyes closed). Usually we get here early during the summer 730/745am but they are open and always have a smile on their face ready to help. It was disappointing that on June 19, 2024 they did not open at 730, not sure if it's because a holiday but nothing is posted on the door. A gentleman was inside the whole time working while I was waiting. Usually it's a female in the morning that we see, the staff here is always so nice, welcoming, friendly, and engaging. I got here around 740 and waited until 812 and he never opened the doors or turned on the OPEN sign. What a shame, five other people walked up the same as me and were surprised they were not opened yet. One person that walked up even said "they are always open at 730". The worker inside came out at 812am and said he had a large catering order which was due by 1100am and could not do the catering order and take orders inside so he wasn't closed he said but couldn't take orders. Update: The business owner called the employee and was able to provide guidance, direction, and leadership to him so he open the store and attend to the catering order. Amy thank you very much for the call it was great talking with you and I appreciate the conversation we had. I'm confident this concern I had this morning has been resolved by your swift actions taking and what you outlined to me on the phone. This incident was truly a one off. My daughter and I are looking forward to many more trips to the store, with the next one being tomorrow morning for sure (it is great to find a place that is clean, friendly staff, and great location that my kids like). read more
