I love this place. I stop by 2-3 times a week on my way to work. I think the owners and staff are great. They show an interest in me as much as I do in them. My favorite is the Protein Blast! It's awesome. I love the tartness and the boost it gives you. I like mine with a shot of Vita Boost and Fat Burner just to keep the body in the fat burning mode. I just had the oatmeal for the first time recently and it is reeeeeeeeally good. I'm not a big fan of oatmeal but I wanted to switch it up one day so I got it and thought it was great. Considering other fast food chains are promoting oatmeal now I think I've found some of the best oatmeal in town here. You should try it in the mornings. read more

Dropped by earlier today because I was craving juice & wanted to treat my brother out for a smoothie. I walked in and only two customers were there. The employees were nice and greeted us. Even though the place was nearly empty, it took them about 5-10 minutes to take my order. I ordered the Refresher which was supposed to have pineapple, cucumber, celery and lemon and my brother ordered a Congo Lime. It came out to be about $11-12. The wait for two drinks was ridiculously long. While we were waiting four other people walked in and they received their drinks a lot faster than we did. Maybe because they all ordered smoothies or something. But regardless, we were there for a good 20-25 mins. After we walked out I tried my drink and it was literally celery juice. Couldn't taste anything else and it was hard to drink. It was disgusting! Can't believe I paid $7 for medium sized celery juice. All in all, slow service, expensive prices & not so good tasting juice. Not coming back. read more

I decided to try it because I'm a Jamba fan. I'll never try it again. I ordered 2 piñas colada and taste like banana. Why you want to add bananas to a pina colada???!!! So I ordered a medium raw drink with ice. Paid premium price of $7.25 and got robbed. Cup was 90% full with half filled with ice. So basically I paid for a medium but got a small. Every where else is less money and I always get what I pay for. A medium juice in a large cup with ice. Irritated because there was a lot of people . I thought this was going to be quick and fast . 15 minutes later, I realized that they made drinks for everyone behind me first. I was running late to an appointment so I didn't have time to speak with the manager. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I called and complained to the manager and she tried to give me another drink. I'm never in that area so probably won't happen. read more

You really can't go wrong with this place. There are plenty of options to choose from and they are kind enough to omit or add anything you'd like to a particular smoothie. I personally enjoy their fresh squeezed juice. The kids request this a lot so we find a juice it up where ever we are. I'm glad they request this instead of ice cream or mc donalds or even starbucks. Let's start with as my family & myself walked in the door...it was hot and smelled, bad! My boyfriend had to turn around and walk out because the smell turned his stomach. I too couldn't order any thing after the smell hit me. My 3 kid and I stepped up to the counter to order, 2 small smoothies and 1 medium. Total given and we wait...the 2 smalls are made and we continue to wait for the medium. After about 2 minutes the Red Head who took our order asked if we were waiting for something and my teenager stated the medium drink. In a very rude tone we were told that we didn't order one. Instead of arguing with her I just paid for it again. When I asked about having my punch card punched, again in a very rude tone, I was told that they were doing away with the punch cards, which I knew, and was given 1 punch for my 3 drinks. In all honesty I love Juice it up. It's the only thing that I can have when my illness kicks up. Love this location! My go to snack for lunch during work is always an açaí bowl! And when you have a lunch time limit it is important to get back on time, I decided to try this location because the other one in Ontario takes forever! Not only were they faster here but the have more than 1 employee working at once! Which will totally help if it's busy. I come to this Juice it Up location often because it is close to my office. I am a big fan of the friendly employees, who are smiling no matter what time of the day it is, and always seem upbeat. I order many of the fresh juices (rejuvinator, detoxifier) and love them. I also like to order the Acai bowl in the morning when I need something to fill me up. Many times I call in my order and they have it ready (or nearly ready) when I walk in. Last week while waiting for my juice, an employee asked me if I knew that they are now serving soup. I told her I did not, and she offered to give me some samples of their soups they had available that day. I declined because it was very early in the morning, but the conversation starter and offer went a long way in my book. Customer service is great, keep up the good work! read more

I visited this location on 8/22/20 on a hot Saturday afternoon. We could only order from outside and wait outside in the heat for our order. I thought that was a bit much instead of maybe letting one person in at a time. They had to take my phone into the store in order to allow me to pay by using the app. I really don't like people touching and handling my phone. Once my drinks were finally delivered to me, my receipt sat on top of the drink and when I lifted it, there was a dead bug on top of my drink. I was a bit disgusted and lost my desire at this point for a smoothie. It made me question the cleanliness of this location. I will never go back there. read more

This Juice it Up is closer to my daughter's house than mine, but I drive over here because they do the best Raw Fusion compared to the other Two locations on my route to work! Always a great experience, my daughter loves when the owner is inside she always gives her samples. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Update: very disappointed in the young lady who made my drink yesterday March 14th. My sisters and I watched her add ice to my drink not once not Twice but FOUR times because the amount did not feel up the cup! So I ended up getting a drink that was completely disgusting I tasted nothing and my daughter was so upset the cup was covered in the drink I was just so disappointed. For some reason, whenever I walk into the store, they are always understaff. Today 9/30 there was this huge line and only one worker working. I decided to give this store another chance since a few months ago, some of the workers had an argument with each other in front of the customers and they never have chocolate yogurt no matter what. I understand that it's Summer and they have Dole Whip, but the chocolate yogurt is amazing. I wish they would keep it instead of me waiting in long lines and then hearing that they don't have it made. This place definitely has potential. read more

By far, my favorite juice it up. Every time I go in, their staff is very friendly, polite and willing to help you out to make a good decision. Manny is always going above and beyond to get to know the customer's drink and how they like it specifically. Came here for an acai bowl. The woman that helped (Didn't get her name) me was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable! She educated me on the different items and add ons available. She also made recommendations, which I followed and my bowl was delicious! She also informed me about the rewards program. Im very indecisive, so it was very refreshing to have someone so helpful and informative. The boy working with her was efficient, he made my bowl quickly and tasty! The store was clean. Place is awesome, workers are always friendly and are always trying to make your day. Depending on who you get making your drinks, it's a hit or miss. I've had my fair share of good and bad watered down tasting drinks but I understand I can't always get the best tasting drink every time. They don't mind remaking it if you ask them too. Never had any problems with that. My main jiu is the one north of mountain but this is my second choice to no other when I'm craving something cold to cool me down. read more
