Can I please have my money back? It's the worst I have ever had. It was a late afternoon and my wife was craving for an acai bowl. I have passed by this location many times before (I go the the Subway and the UPS store in the same plaza) but didn't know they offer acai bowl. My wife actually looked up "acai bowl near me" and found this location. We ordered an acai bowl and also their pitaya bowl. $16+ for both orders ( prices were reasonable compared to other places). The two young ladies where very nice and friendly. If I was rating on service alone, I would have given the staff a 4 stars. As for my orders, I would have to rate it a zero. As anyone who've ever has an acai bowl before, the consistency should be thick and icy. Our order, both the acai and the pitaya bowl were runny and didn't even taste cold. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this little location. It's near by my sons school and service by JACOB was terrific. We ordered our typical lava flow which my son calls "pink juice." Jacob was attentive and patient in listening to my son ordering pink juice until he actually says lava flow. Drink came out quickly and tasted fresh as expected. Noticeable differences (compared to Sustain): - slightly cheaper by a few cents for a regular bowl - the regular bowl is smaller - bowls (acai) were on the runny side - if you want granola on the bottom, it's. 50 extra Service was fast and friendly, and they had a steady flow of customers while we were there. It was so messy and she obviously made to much because when she put the lid on it, it started over flowing around the cup. I came here with my boyfriend yesterday (2.14.16) because I was craving one of their Acai bowls, so I order one but honestly if I would've known the bowl was basically 3oz of smoothie and 3pcs of strawberries and 3pcs of banana on top for almost $8 I would've gone to jamba juice instead.. I love this Juice It Up location. The greatest thing about this location is their service. They seem to hire really upbeat people, a welcome change from some other locations. You get a discount if you work down the street (if you don't know what I'm talking about you don't get the discount uh huh). Also, there is a super-secret menu, not sure what's on these but one of them is the Gummi Bear someone told me it comes in red as well as white. I've been a fan of Juice it Up for years, and was so excited to see one in Chino! The staff is awesome ... all the girls take time to say hello and chat a little, and the service is fast. The juices are top shelf (I love the Lava Flow with a shot of protein), and the new yogurt is pretty good too. I just started trying the bowls, and gotta tell you that they are fantastic! I love this place. I stop by 2-3 times a week on my way to work. I think the owners and staff are great. They show an interest in me as much as I do in them. My favorite is the Protein Blast! It's awesome. I love the tartness and the boost it gives you. I like mine with a shot of Vita Boost and Fat Burner just to keep the body in the fat burning mode. I just had the oatmeal for the first time recently and it is reeeeeeeeally good. I'm not a big fan of oatmeal but I wanted to switch it up one day so I got it and thought it was great. Dropped by earlier today because I was craving juice & wanted to treat my brother out for a smoothie. I walked in and only two customers were there. The employees were nice and greeted us. Even though the place was nearly empty, it took them about 5-10 minutes to take my order. I ordered the Refresher which was supposed to have pineapple, cucumber, celery and lemon and my brother ordered a Congo Lime. It came out to be about $11-12. The wait for two drinks was ridiculously long. While we were waiting four other people walked in and they received their drinks a lot faster than we did. Maybe because they all ordered smoothies or something. But regardless, we were there for a good 20-25 mins. After we walked out I tried my drink and it was literally celery juice. Couldn't taste anything else and it was hard to drink. It was disgusting! Can't believe I paid $7 for medium sized celery juice. So I ordered a medium raw drink with ice. Paid premium price of $7.25 and got robbed. Cup was 90% full with half filled with ice. So basically I paid for a medium but got a small. Every where else is less money and I always get what I pay for. A medium juice in a large cup with ice. Irritated because there was a lot of people . I thought this was going to be quick and fast . 15 minutes later, I realized that they made drinks for everyone behind me first. I was running late to an appointment so I didn't have time to speak with the manager. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I called and complained to the manager and she tried to give me another drink. I'm never in that area so probably won't happen. read more

Let's start with as my family & myself walked in the door...it was hot and smelled, bad! My boyfriend had to turn around and walk out because the smell turned his stomach. I too couldn't order any thing after the smell hit me. My 3 kid and I stepped up to the counter to order, 2 small smoothies and 1 medium. Total given and we wait...the 2 smalls are made and we continue to wait for the medium. After about 2 minutes the Red Head who took our order asked if we were waiting for something and my teenager stated the medium drink. In a very rude tone we were told that we didn't order one. Instead of arguing with her I just paid for it again. When I asked about having my punch card punched, again in a very rude tone, I was told that they were doing away with the punch cards, which I knew, and was given 1 punch for my 3 drinks. In all honesty I love Juice it up. It's the only thing that I can have when my illness kicks up. Not only were they faster here but the have more than 1 employee working at once! Which will totally help if it's busy. I come to this Juice it Up location often because it is close to my office. I am a big fan of the friendly employees, who are smiling no matter what time of the day it is, and always seem upbeat. I order many of the fresh juices (rejuvinator, detoxifier) and love them. I also like to order the Acai bowl in the morning when I need something to fill me up. Many times I call in my order and they have it ready (or nearly ready) when I walk in. Last week while waiting for my juice, an employee asked me if I knew that they are now serving soup. I told her I did not, and she offered to give me some samples of their soups they had available that day. Always a great experience, my daughter loves when the owner is inside she always gives her samples. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Update: very disappointed in the young lady who made my drink yesterday March 14th. My sisters and I watched her add ice to my drink not once not Twice but FOUR times because the amount did not feel up the cup! I visited this location on 8/22/20 on a hot Saturday afternoon. We could only order from outside and wait outside in the heat for our order. I thought that was a bit much instead of maybe letting one person in at a time. They had to take my phone into the store in order to allow me to pay by using the app. I really don't like people touching and handling my phone. Once my drinks were finally delivered to me, my receipt sat on top of the drink and when I lifted it, there was a dead bug on top of my drink. For some reason, whenever I walk into the store, they are always understaff. Today 9/30 there was this huge line and only one worker working. I decided to give this store another chance since a few months ago, some of the workers had an argument with each other in front of the customers and they never have chocolate yogurt no matter what. I understand that it's Summer and they have Dole Whip, but the chocolate yogurt is amazing. I wish they would keep it instead of me waiting in long lines and then hearing that they don't have it made. This place definitely has potential. read more

Came here for an acai bowl. The woman that helped (Didn't get her name) me was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable! She educated me on the different items and add ons available. She also made recommendations, which I followed and my bowl was delicious! She also informed me about the rewards program. Im very indecisive, so it was very refreshing to have someone so helpful and informative. The boy working with her was efficient, he made my bowl quickly and tasty! The store was clean.
