I come here very often, and the girl that was there today was rude and had a bad attitude. She gave us our drinks and we realized one was supposed to be a large,had the ticket on the outside of the cup and I waited in line while she helped another customer once she was done I just said that the drink was supposed to be a large, she starts typing on the system and I tell her it has it on the paper on the cup I go to the other side to hand her the drink and she tosses the cup in the trash really ugly where her co worker even gave her a look. Decided I wanted an açaí bowl today and honestly I've always been to juice it up for one. But at this location in particular I had never ordered an açaí bowl. I spoke to the cashier and asked what the difference of a berry açaí bowl and the ultimate açaí bowl and clearly she explained that the berry had no bananas and was just berries and the ultimate had just bananas. So I decided for the berry one. She then said I can add 3 toppings which I chose bananas, almonds and coconut flakes. The other young lady made my ordered and she clearly said berry açaí bowl is ready. I was the only one there. Although I am not a regular juice type dude; my daughter was not feeling well and requested a Melon Madness with Immune Booster. I decided to get a small for myself, and I was pleasantly surprised. For some reason I was expecting a tart acai type beverage. The Melon Madness is not only an awesome name for anything, it is also a spectacular juice creation. I am now a fan of this Juice it Up!, and Melon Madness is on my mind, but not like Caroline on My Mind (James Taylor...Google it). I also learned the owner of this Juice it Up! visits the local schools in the Chino Valley to sell items at a discount to the staff members and students. Great marketing tool and service as well. Yep. Still doing well and has got to be my favorite Juice it Up! location in the area. They still have the most options to offer and their frozen yogurt. Oh my gosh the frozen yogurt. It's like I just want to give them my bank account and just have them dispense frozen yogurt right into my mouth. They also have a ridiculous amount of toppings for that as well. The staff is very personal and makes you feel welcome. It's like Cheers, but alas no Woody Harrelson. It's a big chain but this one makes you feel good inside. They finally fixed their AC problem. It's not muggy in the store anymore which is why I've upped the stars. Employees get creative. They've got some raaad flavours. Ask for the JK. It's like the house special. Good stuff right there. This is a great new Juice It Up! location with friendly service! It's in a new shopping center which is still filling up with stores. I usually have a strawberry/banana something or other, depending on my mood. I like the fact that I now have a Juice It Up! closer to home (instead of having to drive into Chino or Rancho). Try it out and enjoy! We all know what Juice It Up! is like and this location is no different with their exceptional smoothie offerings. This location is surrounded by empty stores currently, as the leasing company tries to fill them with tenants so its generally a rather quiet area. I gave 3 stars as I've had always had excellent service here, until covid. It is too difficult to order over the phone and today proved that again. They had to take my phone inside 3x so I could redeem coupons and pay through the app, they misunderstood my order multiple times over the phone, I waited for a half hour and after 2 wrong acai bowls, I had to just take it because the rest of my smoothies were melting. I can see closing inside when you only have one or two employees, but with 3 employees it makes sense to open inside. Always ready when you arrive, ready & hot, lotsa fruit, granola, honey, and I love that I can add my favorite almonds, and xtra toppings. Can I please have my money back? It's the worst I have ever had. It was a late afternoon and my wife was craving for an acai bowl. I have passed by this location many times before (I go the the Subway and the UPS store in the same plaza) but didn't know they offer acai bowl. My wife actually looked up "acai bowl near me" and found this location. We ordered an acai bowl and also their pitaya bowl. $16+ for both orders ( prices were reasonable compared to other places). The two young ladies where very nice and friendly. If I was rating on service alone, I would have given the staff a 4 stars. As for my orders, I would have to rate it a zero. As anyone who've ever has an acai bowl before, the consistency should be thick and icy. Our order, both the acai and the pitaya bowl were runny and didn't even taste cold. The banana and strawberry were fine but the granola tasted old. I think the establishment should have better quality control. This is the first ever one star review. read more

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this little location. It's near by my sons school and service by JACOB was terrific. We ordered our typical lava flow which my son calls "pink juice." Jacob was attentive and patient in listening to my son ordering pink juice until he actually says lava flow. Drink came out quickly and tasted fresh as expected.
