July 24th at 1:30pm to 2:00pm. The girl behind the counter was obviously not feeling it today. I ordered my drinks and waited more then a half hour and watched a handful of customers come in and order get there drinks and leave. Finally when i was the only person in the store i ask about my drink. Then with eye rolling attitude she makes my drink. Wow really. The owner needs to step her game up. What a bummer. Wear comfy shoes, and bring a book to read wile you wait for your drinks. read more

I love juice it up, but this is my favorite store, by far. I usually stop by in the mornings as they open if I don't have time to make breakfast. The staff is so cheerful, despite the early hour. As a big Juice It Up junkie I really expected this place to be better especially since it had been recommended to me by my coworker. I am a big smoothie bowl person so I came here for an Acai bowl. First of all when I first came into the store it was clear that the place wasn't ran very well. It was a mess and very chaotic. Putting that aside I thought that the quality of the service and products would be better. The cashier seemed like she was in a bad mood and wasn't fully paying attention to me. When i received my bowl the smoothie wasn't even blended properly and there was barely any granola or fruit on top. I only came to this location because I was in the area but I will definitely never be visiting it again because the place was dirty, the service was bad and so was the product. read more

My husband & I LOVE juice it up & we get it often so this isn't so much a review of the taste or smoothies or food but of the service. We live within two miles of this juice it up so it's the closest one to us plus it's next to Starbucks drive thru that I utilize before work often so I'm usually in a hurry. This juice it up takes FOREVER!! If you are in a hurry or even if you're not expect to wait for your juices & or food for 20 minutes or more. The last several times my husband & I have gone to this juice it up it has been mid morning & no one else in the store, so you know there isn't any huge orders to fill, just ours. The last 3x we have gone we timed it & it took 25 minutes to get one oatmeal & one acai bowl. Another time it took 25minutes to get two smoothies & one oatmeal. They say the oatmeal takes a while to make but it's already made (in a crockpot) all they have to really do is dump in brown sugar, granola, & cut up a few bananas. It was seriously a joke on a Saturday morning at 9:30am with no one else in the store to wait 25 minutes for an acai bowl & an oatmeal not even a smoothie or juice. Do NOT go to this juice it up if you don't have time & even if you do have some time plan on EXTRA amount of time. I can't even imagine what the wait would've been if there would've been more people in the store, before me or after me. What sucks is the juice it up on grand is GREAT, & always busy & still get out in less time than this juice it up but the one on grand doesn't do oatmeal. Please get the one on grand to make Oatmeal so we don't have to come to this juice it up anymore (even though it's closest to our house). Very disappointed! read more

It's been a while since I've came and was feeling a smoothie so I decided to stop by. Service was ok but slow. I ordered two passion punches and was very dissapointed. The usual is to take my kids, order and go. These two ladies about a week ago. They were offering samples. Who would've known the stuff I wouldn't tell my son. He absolutely loved it. Ordered my son his drink which is a white gummy bear and he absolutely loved it!! I was in the mood for a smoothie so i looked up the nearest juice it up. When i arrived the location was very messy and disorganized. I then proceeded to order a drink that i get on a daily basis at another juice it up establishment. When it came time to pay i was asked for $6.75. I usually only pay $4.45. I questioned the difference in price and was told by Anna that the price difference was due to raw vegetables used in the drink. I informed her that it was $4.45 at all other locations and that they should honor the price. She told me that, that is impossible and corporate sets the price. At this point i asked her for corporate's number. She could not provide it and gave me the owners number instead. Needless to say the owner did not pick up the phone nor call me back when i called. I frequent smoothie establishments daily and this is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. I frequent many different juice companies on a weekly basis, this was my first time at this location. The moment I walked in I was bombarded with flys. They were everywhere. Besides the obvious health concerns having flies land on and pester me was just gross. Being in Chino and knowing the challenge that the flies pose you would think that the owner would have invested in a fly fan at the door. Get rid of the flies and ill come back. read more

Im never coming back to this location. Owner/management was very rude to me when I tried to enter the store. I understand you were having a store meeting or something but there was no need for yelling. Like I cant believe how rude she was, no wonder your employess are not as polite and courteous as they should be. I would rather go to jamba juice where the service is nicer.
