IMO New York Pizzeria is hands down the best pizza in the Chino Valley!. Owned by a local family who consistently support local sports whether it's the team or hosting teams at their restaurant. Service at NY is always top notch, over the phone or in person at the counter. The restaurant has plenty of tables and monitors showing sports so you can cheer on your favorite team. Inside you'll find a large, clean dining room that is decorated with sports memorabilia and numerous team plaques from the past that they have sponsored. If you're a chino native you definitely have been here. New York pizzeria will always be our go to pizza spot for good food and great memories.

Came last night with a friend to get some pizza for the very first time here. Ok I am the biggest pizza snob. Seriously. And this pizza is fire all the way! We got the XL with Pepperoni and Sausage. Perfectly cooked, crispy on the bottom, generous portions, and just great pizza. We didn't even realize we came on a night where they had their XL discount special. So we went with the XL. No biggie. My friend took the rest home to her kids. They loved it! Nothing like a delicious leftover pizza. I also started with a Cesar Salad. It was average to be honest. But still good appetizer to start with. Super friendly and courteous employees. Very appreciative of them and their service. The place has a lot of seating, lots of TV's and arcade, and yes perfect place to come grab some pizza, soda, and hang out and watch the game. Can't go wrong here. Prices are also VERY REASONABLE. Some pizza places charge an arm and a leg for pizza. Not this place. Very affordable. Will definitely be back!

Sometimes I go looking for a good pizza joint nearby me because, well, you can't ever have enough good options when it comes to pizza, right? I have my current favorite in Fiesta with its amazing pie and awesome 2-liter combo deal. But that place is kind of far so not always the most convenient place to get to. The good thing is there are places like New York close by and they're churning out pretty decent pie. They don't have a killer deal yet, but their Wednesday XL special isn't bad either. Not only did I find my garlic pie amazing, with its plethora of sausage and salami, New York even threw the minced garlic for free. The slices were huge, the salami was huge, and even the sausages were huge. The only thing I could've wished was more exaggerated was the amount of garlic. I'd give 25% each of the salami and sausage toppings if they had just given me 25% more garlic without having to pay for extra garlic. There's a reason why I call most pizzas I order garlic pies. Because when it comes down to it all I need is an S-Ton of garlic on my pie. The service was great. Everybody gave me my request for plates, Parmesan, and red pepper super quickly. Even my refill requests were no problem. I like the look of the place. It's plenty spacious and inviting. There are so many tables for handling all sizes of parties. About the only I disliked was leaving news as the go-to program showing on most of the TV's. What, no sports? No television programs to watch? Hell, the Olympics are on right now. Nothing makes me irritated when I'm trying to eat when it's all lame ass news documentaries showing in the background. All in all, it's a good place for a pie that will fill you up, if not the best environment to enjoy your meal in.

Parking is plentiful. Service was nice since it's mostly high school kids and you know what to expect. The ambiance is great because there are relics that remind you of your childhood. The pizza meets the standard. Maybe priced a little high for the taste but maybe worth it if you go on a day they have a special.

Food is delicious antipasto salad was fresh with all the toppings. Got the two medium pizzas deal Hawaiian and pepperoni and sausage, best sausage on pizza I've had so far. The crust is light and crispy. Wings were good as well, I do think they changed the recipe from a few years ago but still very good. Service was good and they are attentive. Ambiance is nice casual and some games for the kids. I will be back.

We always get a XL Pepperoni with sides and a pitcher of Sprite Pizza has always been delicious!

This is our family spot for Pizza, always good eating with my wife and our girls. Little Arcade for the kids to enjoy while they wait for the food to be ready is nice too. Pizza is delicious as well as all their apps! We will always come back, soo good!

Wowwwww! This pizza spot is delicious. We got the appetizer combo and that was a so good. The wings, the wedges and the mozzarella sticks amazing. The cheese pull 10/10. Pizza was perfect. I just found a new spot to return and have pizza with my kiddos. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Placed a pickup order through DoorDash. It was a busy Friday evening and the pizza took about 40 minutes. We just got a small 10 inch cheese pizza with sausage. The pizza itself was delicious, the dough was well made, the sauce was very good and the cheese was perfect. However the sausage was spicy, it had a little more kick to it than I like and I ended up just taking it all off of the pizza. I wish there was a spicy warning next to the sausage option because I would not have chosen that. It's not like any other sausage i have had on pizza before. Other than that, i would definitely get pizza from here again when i am feeling like a splurge because they are on the pricier side when it comes to pizza in that area. I should also mention customer service was almost non existent and I slightly felt like I was annoying the guy behind the counter for simply asking for my order. But i understand he was having a busy night. Either way, I would get pizza from here again because the sauce and the dough were good quality.

Ask the Community - New York Pizzeria

Hi I was wondering if you have public wifi available?

I don't know if New York Pizzeria has public wi-fi because I've never used it.

Do you sell pizza by the slice?

No but they do have personal size pizzas.

Do I need to make reservations for a party of 11, 5 adults 6 kids for dinner on a Tuesday, 5pm?

You shouldn’t need a reservation at that time on that day but you are more than welcome to put one in just in case!!

Is there vegan cheese available for vegan pizzas?

We don't have vegan cheese, however if you would like to bring your favorite vegan cheese we will happily make your pizza with it.

The portion was also pretty small given the price of $19. -Chicken Parmigiana with penne pasta: The chicken was cooked and seasoned well with melted mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce on top. The penne pasta was not my favorite. Most of the penna was overcooked and mushy while a few pieces were hard and seemingly undercooked. Overall, if the pasta was better, I'd say this dish was a fair value at $29. -Cacio de pepe: Initially, when it came out, we noticed that the sauce was very watery and not emulsified nearly enough. At first taste, we both noticed that it tasted very different from what we would expect. The smell was quite rancid and very off-putting (not the normal funky parm cheese smell). We let the server know and she had the pasta remade which did not make much of a difference. The sauce was still pretty watery and not creamy, and the flavor was very off from what we would expect this dish to taste like. We sent this dish back and did not request a new one this time. For reference, this dish was $25. Service was friendly and our server was apologetic about the pasta and took it off our bill so that was fine. It was just a bit slow, especially when we got the check, we put our credit card in the book and stood it up with the card sticking out so it was easily visible. Our server walked by our table 3-4 times without even glancing over to see if we were ready. Overall, 2.5 stars rounded up to 3 stars for the friendly service.

As a visual person, it did hamper the ambiance for me, especially since I was sitting right next to it. We were the only table that wasn't a couple, and even when it got more crowded, the noise level was pleasantly low. Our server asked us how we felt about salt, which was very much appreciated. AMARETTO SOUR: 3/5. Very sweet, and orange-forward which is a new flavor profile for this cocktail for me. BREAD & WHIPPED BUTTER: 5/5. Served warm. The bread was pillowy soft, and the butter, (which was more air than butter and therefore definitely zero calories), was delightfully salty. BRUSSELS SPROUTS: 5/5. I've been burned by so many poorly done sprouts that I don't order them anymore, but my partner wanted to try it and I'm so glad we got them. Zero bitterness, and crispier than an newly minted dollar bill. OCTOPUS: 5/5. Grilled to perfection, soft, not rubbery. The spices in the romesco sauce were aromatic and punchy. STEAK TARTARE: 4/5. Good. These crostinis were the most crostinis to have ever crostinied. The perfect vessel for the rich steak. MUSHROOM SOUP: 5/5. This is the first time I've found balance between being truffle-forward without being overbearing. Usually I'm done after about two spoonfuls, but all 3 bowls (shared between 6 of us) were cleaned. SURF & TURF: 5/5. Owen's checks internal and external temperature, which means steak is cooked true to the way it's ordered. More impressive is that they didn't overcook the lobster. A moment for the gorgeous blue plates; they are heirlooms, and only 7 of them exist in the world. CHILEAN SEA BASS: 4/5. For me, the radish did a lot of heavy lifting in balancing out the saltiness of the soy vinaigrette and richness of the fish itself. STEAK FRITES: 4/5. Again, perfectly cooked steak. I only had one fry, and I thought it was a damn good fry, but my partner did say it eventually got salty. And he loves his salt. CAMPING TRIP: 5/5. The crust on the salmon, the theatrics of the hot rock, the fresh veggies. It's a classic for a reason. MAITAKE MUSHROOM: 4/5. While it was good, I didn't find myself continuously reaching for more, as I nearly always do with mushrooms. ROBUCHON POTATOES: 5/5. AKA indulgent, buttery velvet. A labor of love well received. STRAWBERRY TART: 5/5. While the strawberries were phenomenal, the vanilla (?) custard was a little heavy for me. My mom inhaled it though. CRÈME BRÛLÉE: 5/5. So good. I don't know when it became normalized to serve crème with an Ozempic-thin layer of brûlée, but thank you Owen's for not doing that.
