So I'm still not entirely sure how the "unlimited" part works. My açaí bowl definitely didn't help solve the mystery. It was filled to the absolute brim with açaí base while the toppings looked like they were being distributed during a shortage. Unlimited toppings, apparently with limited access. Then came the smoothies. The mango smoothie tasted like straight orange juice. Mango may have been involved at some point, but I can't confirm. The strawberry-banana smoothie somehow tasted like vanilla. Not strawberry. Not banana. Vanilla. I checked my order mentally about three times. We didn't even finish either smoothie because they were that disappointing, which is saying something because throwing away a smoothie feels like giving up on happiness. The whole experience was just mid. There are also only two small tables, so seating is basically first come, first served, first disappointed. Maybe it was an off day, but for a first-time customer, this was a miss. The toppings were unlimited but missing, the mango was orange, the strawberry-banana was vanilla, and we left two unfinished smoothies behind as evidence.

I have been to this Juice it Up multiple times and it was very good before, but i went in again yesterday to get my usual Acai and it was not as good as usual. But the thing that really got me was the upkeep on the store, it was a filthy mess! I went to use the restroom and while i was going, i looked at the little floor drain and i saw a roach crawl out of it. This freaked me out! That is a big violation and as much as i do not want to slander this store because the workers are sweet, i just cannot come back for my drinks because of the issue. I hope they get this issue resolved soon because roaches carry a lot of diseases. Please get better so i can come back! read more

I was impressed with the patience of the chick at the register this afternoon. They had a deaf customer, the only way to communicate was through writing to each other. Not one time did she rush him nor she gave him attitude. There was even a line forming and getting a little long and kept her cool. There should be more employees like her read more
