Smells amazing and fresh as soon as you walk in- like a fruit stand! I was craving a pretzel and a smoothie so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have pretzels too! My smoothie was amazing- I did the pina coolata with mango instead of pineapple and also got the butter salted pretzel which they warmed up. Everything was clean and they were cleaning behind the counter as well. The only disappointment was that they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the $1 off for mentioning yelp. I love Juice It Up! This location is about 5 minutes away from my house so I often stop by here before work or on the weekends for a smoothie. The workers here are always very friendly and professional and get the orders ready to go in a timely manner. Since I only ever get smoothies I can't really attest to the quality of the other items on their menu; however, their smoothies never disappoint! I never usually write reviews but this time I just must. My friend and I walked in........crickets. No greeting, nothing. There were two other people waiting on their drinks. The two girls working didn't even look at us waiting at the register, but continued to talk. We waited TEN minutes just standing there before I politely asked if someone was going to eventually take our order. One responded by saying that yes once they were done with the orders ahead of us. I have NO problem waiting, and I completely understand if they make it order by order, but they could at least communicate that so we are not just standing there 10 minutes looking stupid. You combine this with a loyalty card and an e-club subscription, you've got a very reasonable place to buy smoothies. So, why not five stars? Well, once I went I just wanted a protein acai bowl. I know it's supposed to take about seven minutes, but it felt like it took 15. Maybe that was because there was a lot in front of me, but there is four of them. If there really is a lot, it just would have been nice to hear that it will take a while. First time I went there I ordered a large raw orange juice. They were about as timely as they could be because they are required to use the Zumex machine to make it when someone ordered raw orange juice. Why was I going to the one on Foothill? I recently bought the Juice it Up gift card on Groupon and didnt know it was only for the Upland store. The lady and the manager both decided to give me the gift card anyways because the girl accidently redeemed it without realizing the promotion was not for their store. No one tried to hassel me to pay for the drink or told me I was wrong or anything. The staff here is very sweet and the drinks are delicious ! We went in to snag a BOGO deal that we saw on Facebook. We had our smart phone out with their post, which was the actual app (meaning we were logged into our FB account). We asked them about it and the girls didn't know. They had to get a girl from the back to make sure what we were showing them was legit. We show them our phone with the BOGO special and they refused to give it to us. At first they said that we needed to have the post open on our phone, which we did. Then they said that we needed to be logged in, which we were. Then they said we needed to have the coupon code, which wasn't on their Facebook post. I've been coming to this location for a while now. I love how welcomed I felt as soon as I walked in, and the employees never failed to make a great smoothie for my mom and I. However, today around 6:20ish I came in and the two lady's working did not greet with a welcome or what so ever. The young lady who did my smoothie did not make it as good as a smoothie should taste. I was really unsatisfied with my smoothie because it wasn't mixed right, felt very watery, and did not taste as good as the other times. Not to mention that the employee did the smoothie so quickly..
