Juices are the best or the bowls. What I found upsetting was one of the girls today came running out from the back, to tell my husband to put his mask on as his wrapping it around his face. Two minutes later one the their employees comes thru the room, across the serving area or the place where they make the juices, goes to the back... all this without a mask! So if you want your guest to use their mask, you need to enforce the same rules to your employees!!! read more

I go to this location quite a bit, and this was the 1st time my order was wrong. So I have to say I was a bit disappointed.

Love this place! I got the super fusion bowl which was a mix of acai and pitaya. You can choose up to 3 toppings for free; I did strawberries, bananas and granola. Honey is added to all the bowls for free. For smoothies I recommend the lava flow and pina-cool ada! They are tasty and refreshing and not super sweet. They offer one free boost to all smoothies, juices and bowls. We liked it so much we came back again for a quick breakfast the next day. Not only did it take FOREVER to get my juices but they messed not one, but both of my drinks up. She was waking in circles and acting like she didn't know what the heck she was doing and I should've just asked for my money back. Didn't know such a juice bar franchise existed until recently. Juice It Up can be summed as an amped up Jamba Juice. Beyond the list of smoothies, these guys serve a nice selection of juice blends that include spinach, kale, ginger, cucumber, etc. beyond simply fruits. I think Juice it Up is better than Jamba Juice, in terms of taste. I'm not so sure about health-wise, but their smoothies are definitely better. I think Jamba smoothies all taste pretty similar. One thing they need is the Liege Waffles like Jamba has! read more

I didn't try a smoothie, but got an acai bowl. I am quite obsessed with them and have tried acai bowls all over California. I make it a point to try an acai bowl whenever I'm in a new area. The acai bowl wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've had. My favorite acai bowls have peanut butter in them, so I had them add peanut butter. I did not like how the bowl was made using strawberry juice as it changes the flavor of the bowl to make it too sweet. The granola on top was good, but the bowl would be better with more toppings. Apparently they are changing though and will soon have a build your own bowl option. I think that will really improve the acai bowl options for those of you who are connoisseurs like me. read more

In addition, both times, I've gotten the Detoxifier juice blend and it's really good! Not too sweet and you can really taste the ginger. Prices aren't bad either. My girlfriend and I have only tried the strawberry wave, but we can't get enough of it. Tastes so fresh and refreshing - and actually fruity. A lot of smoothie places overdo the yogurt. Definitely looking forward to trying some of the other flavors - it's also near the highway, so it's easy to stop for one if you're on the road. I placed an order today for pick up and all my drinks tasted like freezer burn with an aftertaste of an old refrigerator smell... or possibly rotten frozen fruit/tap water/water from a hose. I tried calling multiple times to communicate this issue with the smoothie maker employees, but no one was answering the phone. So, I guess I have to leave a review for everyone to see. I was not happy with my order this morning. Sadly, I could not enjoy my drink this morning... I will try a different location next time. :'( read more

I ordered 3 bowls one large and two regular and was given 3 regulars so when I asked the girl she said she only charged us for 3 regulars so I said ok I will pay the difference so you can give me a large since she still had it in the blender anyways and I wasn't going to ask for it for free. She told me no and threw it away instead of giving it to me!! Her customer service was awful my kids were upset I was irritated and we won't be back to this location. If I owned this location I would fire her and hire new people and train them correctly. Consumers return to places because of the service and the experience. read more

I understand there are rushes and it can be annoying to get a large order, but it's never ok to tell a customer " Next time phone it in". I just spent $50 at a juice store.... you'd think I would get a smile and a little more gratitude ... but instead I got... " phone it in next time". It was 8 drinks.... not 20. Maybe it could've been said a little nicer like " hey 12 is our busy time, so if at all possible... if you have an order over 4 smoothies we would prefer you to call it in so we can better assist everyone" Just a tip. read more

Firstly, Juice it up is by far my favorite juice spot. Yes, it trumps Jamba, yes I said it! However, today I had the most disappointing experience. A young lady with brown/red hair was so incredibly rude. Being in the customer service industry I understand how patrons can be difficult however we, my colleague and I walked into the establishment and WE greeted her with a hello and she stared and said nothing. If she wasn't in the mood to work today she should have stayed home. I found her to be rude and the experience was not pleasant. I think some coaching needs to be had. read more

Someone should teach them how to make an açaí bowl. I got the berry bowl and it wasn't fully blended. There were chunks of frozen banana and strawberry and the flavor was just super off. I was going to throw it away and get a smoothie instead but none of the options were healthy. They were all blended with sherbet or yogurt and had no options for greens. If you like Jamba Juice o this might be a good place for you. This was not at all what I was looking for though. read more
