Juice It Up is a great place, but they always seem to run out of my favorite part, the pretzels. I go there and ask for the pretzel and a drink and they always either are out of them or need to defrost them. I just think its kinda ridiculous. I love the juices but the service is not great. Almost 10 mins for a juice with 4 girls behind the counter. Woman who came in AFTER me got hers right away and she had many requests. Went there on a Sunday night. The girl at the counter looked like was in a bad mood. She was staring at every customer, with a pissed off face. When it came to my turn, I ordered a Lucky Lemon punch and a Sea Breeze. After she finished helping us, she stormed off to the back. It appeared that she was even pissed off at her co-worker. I tried the Lucky Lemon punch once I was on the road. It tasted like crap. I didn't want to get off the freeway, turn around, and go back. The franchisee at this Juice It Up needs to retrain their staff in customer service and the proper way to make a smoothie. read more

Ordered a green smoothie that I thought was just kale and some other stuff in it. They put 2 kinds of sherbert in it. ICE CREAM smoothies should have those terms listed somewhere. Basically an obesity-causing drink with too much sugar in it. Next time I will just order a shot of wheatgrass. read more

I normally go to La quinta locating Monday- Friday for my daily dose. But due to a new job I am now closer to rancho mirage. I've been going all week and it has BEEN GREAT!!!! I love how clean it feel and smells. I have heard the company is under new ownership which is great they have been doing such a great job! Fruit is sweeter then ever!!!! Today I go into the Rancho Mirage location and receive NOTHING but attitude, eye rolls! . When I asked employee about other smoothies she looks annoyed! Answered very rude!!! She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth with ever question I asked and every answer she gave. After dealing with this I asked for her name she did not want to give it to me. When I then asked to speak to the manger she then informed me that her name was Mimi, and also told me manger was not there she was next person in charge. (Great! my thoughts) after that I just left and did not get anything! I love this shop so much but if I want in and see her working I will not buy I refuse to get treated less than! The new Owner should really take a look at this staff and reconsider who his employees are! Mimi tonally kills the rancho location for me. read more

I've been to this place several times, got one of those cards to accumulate points. Sadly one morning I went in, ordered the awakener, and received the poorest customer service. Walking up to the counter, I greeted the girls with a pleasant "good morning". The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me asked me what size I wanted my drink, thought about it for a sec and just gave me the nastiest stare, as if I was bothering her with my order. I told her I didn't have my points card with me so I'd be giving her my phone number to add the points of my purchase. Fresh does this without me having to ask. So she completely disregarded my comment and just proceeded to charge me. I repeated again that I have a number so I could get my points. She asked if I had any money or credit accumulated on the point card, I said I didn't know and just wanted the points. She asked for my phone number several times and for the life of me she could not get it right, as she huffed and puffed. I then started getting irritated. After several times of asking for my number (while she had the most annoyed look) I went to my car to get the card. She swipes it and says I don't have credit to redeem. Really? REALLY?? Like I've stated before, I've been there several times and never, NEVER had encountered such rudeness and disregard for a customer. Her name is Yvonne, she's the chubbie one that has poor listening and oral skills. I doubt she will ever amount to anything other than a juice girl, maybe that's why she is such a sad human being. Oh well, guess I'll just have to stick to buying my juices at Fresh, where the guys and girls are much nicer and better educated. read more

I was beginning to be a regular customer here because their smoothies/bowls are outstanding and fill me up when I do not want to have fast food! Most of the workers there are extremely friendly and very helpful when I have questions about what I should have. I stopped by Thursday around 9AM i think and man...the guy (his nametag started with an R, I don't remember his name) there was so quick to make my drink and the girl (short, colored eyes..I forgot to look at her name) there was very nice! She answered all my questions and recommended a drink that I LOVED! Later that afternoon I decided to bring my family and kids because I had a marvelous experience but as soon as walked in this time, no one greeted me it looked like no one was there at first. Then they all came running out. An asian chick took my order but seemed in a bad mood so it got awkward instantly. I just wanted to leave but my kids were so excited to have a smoothie. When I asked what she recommended for my kids, she was so blunt talking as if it bugged her that I was there. Rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed as I was reading the menu above her. That afternoon experience makes me not want to go there again but then I remember my morning experience and I change my mind. I just hope that employee is not there next time I go in because of her attitude. I hope someone can do something about it.
