I want to like this place but my first experience was a dud. We were looking for a high protein drink and a fruit smoothie. We first asked about the ingredients in the protein shake. It comes with stevia, an allergen for us. The shake is pre-mixed, so we were not able to order this. We then asked what other drink on the menu has high protein without stevia. They tried to read the ingredients on the protein powder but the ingredient list was covered with a sticker so they could not tell us what was in it. They then suggested one of their house made nut milks called "Revive" (is this the same as Revive Kombucha? Revive fruit juice? Store brand? Not sure...). We looked at the ingredients and it did not seem high protein to us. We asked how much protein is in it and they said about 15 grams. We asked how does it get so much protein in it, and they said it was due to the avocados and cashews. The drink is 16 oz, there is no way to get close to 15 grams of protein from avocado and cashews. We ordered the drink anyway, it tasted fine. We ordered a small fruit smoothie as well with a shot of ginger. The total for the two drinks was quite expensive at $18. This is a high end juice bar, they should know what they are serving. read more

I was visiting the area and looking for something fresh and unique to start my day. The vibe inside is very earthy and you can tell they really care about their craft. I ordered the acai bowl and have to say it's the most flavorful acai I've ever had! I'm no connoisseur, but have had really great ones in Santa Barabara and Kauai recently, but this one is the best by far. Their food, juices, and smoothies are out of this world. We have been to all of the juice bars in Sonoma County and this is by far the best. There is an authentic feel here without they hype or silly trendiness that some juice bars exude. The owner is always present and he knows his stuff! This is a no-dairy, no-sugar heaven with drinks so delicious they will get you off of traditional sugary treats in one trip! I am grateful this delightful spot is in Santa Rosa, but I would travel to get here! Don't leave without a 50-50, which is 50% coffee and the other 50% is date, vanilla, sea salt. If you want to LOSE weight, are having a tough time with cravings and bad eating habits, THIS is the place for you. I did their three day juice cleanse last week (first time cleanse for me) and I did not know what to expect. It is $175 for three days, which is pricy, but after months and months of struggling with weight loss it was WELL WORTH IT!!! I caved around 6 pm the first day and ate a healthy meal, then persisted to eat healthy, fresh/whole food meals throughout the rest of the 72 hours. I felt this did not hurt my results and in fact helped me avoid the starve/binge disaster. This cleanse not only detoxed my body, it cut my sugary/fried/fatty food cravings completely!!! It got me back to proper portioning and limited healthy snacking. It also boosted my energy INSANELY. I usually have caffeine everyday- in fact, I need it to wake up at work and be clear minded and able. I have only had half a cup of tea in the last six days! I have regulated my sleep to eight hours a night consistently. Overall, their 3 day juice cleanse has CHANGED MY LIFE. I had already lost about 7 lbs but had plateaued due to bad cravings. This jumpstarted me again- I recommend it to all who desire to not only look better, but FEEL better!!! Also, I had never had any of their products prior, so I blindly took a huge chance on this cleanse. Online, it also says they need 48 hour notice for the 3 day, but I called right after they opened and they informed me they had all of the product freshly made in stock and ready to pick up! I did not realize the importance of water during, and because your body is flushing out toxins, you could experience some pain (like I did) if you are not drinking enough water. As soon as I chugged 32 ounces, I was fine and didn't experience any again. It was specified to my kidneys and only happened once. But be advised so your cleanse goes as smoothly as possible. Also, you probably don't want to be at work on Day 1+2 (you will be in the bathroom a lot). Gross, yes, but boosted self esteem and feeling physically great are well worth a little ick! read more

I really wanna like this place but, it just kind of falls flat for me. Been here twice now and well.....they just aren't the most welcoming. Said "how's your day going" and got zero response. Lol guess they weren't having the best of days. All business and nothing more, a basic transaction. I'm not mad about it but, if I'm paying $10 for juice....I think some small talk isn't much to ask for. I decided to come here thanks to Yelp, I've seen it so many times as a recommended location I finally gave in today! I stopped by, the location was empty and very warm, I ask if they make smoothies they said yes. I ordered their strawberry banana smoothie, I asked what all came in the smoothie and was a bit taken back. Sea salt was already put into a pre mix that's added to the smoothie..... Sea salt?! I paid $7 for a very small smoothie which took me back, then to have the salty after taste really killed it for me. I have to go back because their juice selection like incredible & I can't knock their juice until I try it. I will steer clear of the smoothies from now on! Who wants to pay $7 for a tiny smoothie that they can't even control what goes in the smoothie? If I want a healthy smoothie I prefer not to have added sodium, since salt is already in almost everything! I'm hoping that don't add sea salt to their juices too... read more

I support local owned businesses and really wanted to like this juice shop. I think the quality of the ingredients is excellent and the taste profile of the juice is very good. Unfortunately the price point is high for what you get and don't think it is sustainable long term. My biggest complaint has to be the customer service. The girl at the front who took my order was so passive and disengaged..very poor representation of your store when the vibe I would think should be upbeat and lively considering you are trying to sell healthy natural products. Went to Santa Rosa, Had breakfast then we wanted some juice, googled juice near me and on the square came up. Went there and it was the real deal. Mom behind the counter (this is a family owned business) runs leaner than whole foods. She gave us a scientific breakdown of the juices explaining why and what. I was with 5 teenagers interested in Jamba or Coca Cola... However By the time they finished drinking the variety we purchased, they took some to go and asked me to take them back three times. the Tonic is phenomenal and the one that tasted like pumpkin pie shake was actually persimmon and it was delicious, the vanilla was good too, not to mention the pomegranate one. I've only been here once so I can't speak for the entire staff but the customer service was very uncomfortable. The juice was good, I will definitely be returning so I can have a more wholesome review on multiple experiences. You CAN NOT customize your juice here. They are all premade and bottled. You can see them working on making the juices but they do not make them on the spot. This is nonsense to me. We ordered the açaí bowl, cold brew coffee, and two fruit smoothies. The açaí bowl came with frozen blueberries instead of fresh and was overly sweetened with honey. The smoothies were fine. But my issue was the coffee. They had nothing but sunflower creamer and honey to add to it. The creamer curdled immediately so I had to ask for a plain cold brew to replace it which they were nice enough to do. I would have given two stars but the cold brew has ice cubes made from the cold brew so that's a plus. read more

He continued to wash dishes without saying anything. Not a hello. Not even a glance of acknowledgment. I look around to see two coolers with bottles of pre-made juices. My first guess was they didn't make juice to order but rather bottles of juice to go. So I grabbed a juice and set it on the counter to buy. The man continued washing dishes.
