I came here after my class to get something delicious. I ordered the Steak wrap with avocado and it was so good. When you take a bite you get a combination of greens, steak, chimichurri, avocado with brown rice. The wrap was so filling I could barely finish it. I've driven past this place a bunch of times on my way to grab rice bowls, and I've always been curious about it! I'm a huge fan of smoothies, so when my son was getting a haircut, I thought, "Why not stop in and give it a try?" Green glow bowl was so good! So much better than I expected. Their açaí bowls are great too. Unfortunately it's pricey. But the quantity is fair and quality is good, so it seems you get what you pay for. It's a solid option for health food in the area. read more

Nearly inedible food, bad service, and a waste of $40. I ordered 2 chimichurri bowls that barely had any beef, which was overcooked and tough. But the rice was the worst part -- it was FULL of pieces that were literally as hard as corn kernels. It's like they scraped the rice off the bottom of a heated tray that's been on all day. Vitality bowls is a great place to grab an açaí bowl when it's nice and warm out. This location is in a busy shopping center but the store is fairly big. They have lots of seating and the inside was also very clean. I got the blue bliss bowl which tasted amazing! All of the ingredients and fruits are fresh which is nice! Food was pretty good, but for a $20 salad, it should have been twice the size. Ordered ahead online, selecting a pickup time an hour ahead of when I showed up, and it still took them an extra 7 minutes to finish making the order. I was looking for clean healthy and TASTY food after a profound workout! I've been on a low sugar, higher protein eating regimen. No alcohol for a few months haha it's been easy. Started by stopping by Momentum Nutrition (greatest smoothies I heard!) and them not being open despite posted hours , then I received an email about a 50% discount at Jamba (my favorite wheatgrass spot), I spent an hour figuring out how to customize a smoothie for lowest sugar and best I could do was 27g YIKES that's nearly 7 teaspoons of sugar, maybe only drink half a kids size?? I'm searching Yelp and find Vitality Bowls with an easy to find Nutritional Reference guide - Yes! And they have many delicious items low sugar, none added, good clean protein sources, whole grains, fresh vegetables- JACKPOT!! I called ordered, when I got there it's a big super clean space near the JC. The young lady that handled my food was sharp polite and really helpful. My order The Green Growers Bowl is rich creamy (avocado and a tahini dressing) and most of all Delicious! I eat and it doesn't upset. It's a large meal for me. This place has taken a serious nose dive! Food quality is low, and service quality is even lower. When I arrive to pick up my to go order, they handed me what was obviously the wrong order. Politely, and with a smile on my face, I informed the staffer that I must've gotten somebody else's order. She said, "that is absolutely your order. " When I reviewed the order with her, and showed her that there was an item that I didn't order, and an item missing from my order she said, very defensively, "well, other than that, this is absolutely the right order!". Delicious but waaaaay overpriced. In san francisco and even hawaii the bowls are 8.95 for a small and you choose as many toppings as you'd like. Here it's 12.95 for a SMALL and the toppings were minimal and you only choose two or have to pay 75c more for each. Way to expensive read more

TDLR: Bad customer service, bowl sucks. Go to Purple Açaí Bowls in Sebastopol. Upon ordering the nutty bowl, I asked the cashier for NO bananas and to alternate for blueberries. After eating the toppings and getting to the base, I could taste banana and see banana pieces. I returned back to the cashier & told her this information. She said she will have her manager come speak to me. The manager with the glasses said that I ate half the bowl & I had to specifically ask for no bananas inside the base, not just for the toppings. I think it's pretty common sense that if I specifically said I don't like bananas in my bowl, that means no banana in the base as well. I attached a photo of my bowl that was NOT half eaten, just the toppings are gone as I said. The manager refused to make me a new bowl until I had to come back a second time telling her I was very upset to be forced to eat and pay for a $14 overpriced bowl I specifically asked for no banana's in. She said the reason for the refusal was that I didn't specifically say no bananas inside or outside the bowl. In addition, she stated "we're not going to waste any resources making you a new bowl." I then told her I didn't need any toppings and just wanted a new base. The manager did not look happy and said "fine." Great customer service. I will not be returning back or recommend this spot to anyone who ask. read more

OMG! For a place that promotes a healthy living lifestyle they are not doing a great job. Not only is their food over priced, [[HIGHLIGHT]]their facilities are dirty and disgusting. Popped in on a Sunday afternoon to Vitality Bowls located next to Campus Market on Mendocino. Parking was easy although the shopping center looked busy. Once in I felt fresher if that's a thing. I ordered a Rejuvenator and a warrior bowl with peanut butter. The bowl and drink brought me back to life! It was delicious, service from Fu was quick and efficient. Sometimes the healthiest of intentions often do not pan out right. Fortunately, though Vitality Bowls does. A recommendation from a coworker led me to this rather obscure, franchised location in Santa Rosa close to where I work. The first visit alone made me realize how special this place is. Since then, I have practically made two to three trips a week to grab some of their delicious offerings. I have tried a few of their items on their menu with the Acai Elixir as my go-to smoothie and the Immunity Bowl as my choice of lunch for those days where the stress could literally kill you. To illustrate how special the Immunity Bowl is, the following are its ingredients: acerola, fresh lemon, raw ginger, banana, mango, kale, organic camu camu, and immunity boost as its base and then topped with organic granola, strawberries, blueberries, bee pollen, and honey. It is served cold and delicious and after downing a large bowl there is no doubt you would be ready to take on the world again. It is truly hard to find worse tasting food. I spent almost $45 here on two smoothies and two wraps. Absolutely disgusting vinegar flavor in the wraps, bizarre taste in the smoothies from whatever "base" they use. I'm appalled that people even spend their money here. It just goes to show that everyone in sonoma county flocks to "new" places and just eats it despite the vomit inducing flavor. Everything here is very bad. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There has to be better health food options around here somewhere. read more

This place was a little off putting to me at first because so just so darn healthy! I decided have a salami panini with a orange/carrot/ginger juice and a bag of chips. It looked small when I got it but I was full afterwards so it made it worth the price, and I didn't feel "heavy" afterwards either. Now I'm motivated to come back and try one of the bowls. Terrible service, the girl told me after I said no bananas in the base and sub bananas on top for another fruit I should've been more specific. Bananas were on top. Ridiculously bad service! Obnoxious kid who can't be more impatient - we were the only ones there on a Friday morning, but he kept rushing us. When I asked if they had an avocado toast he rolled his eyes and pointed at the menu overhead, like see, it's right there. None of the extra toppings we ordered for açaí bowls were added and it's impossible to get anyone from the kitchen to come out and respond to you. The avocado toast came out with feta cheese all over it, which i didn't expect because I didn't even have time to read the menu being rushed. The falafel was light, fluffy, and perfectly fried to highlight the freshness. The lamb skewers and manti were our entrees that we shared. Both dishes were savory and the meat was succulent. The seasoning on the lamb was perfect and was highlighted by the char from grilling. For dessert, we split an order of pistachio baklava with ice cream and two cups of Turkish coffee with a little sugar. We were blown away by the food and service, we spoke of bringing my wife's parents when they came to visit.

The shrimp tasted fresh and the tomato sauce that accompanied it complemented the dish really well. They also have a dessert bar with ton's of options.

The food came out quickly even though the place was packed. In terms of pricing, the Thai mango salad is a good value--around $14-15 and it already includes protein. Some of the other salads are priced similarly, but you have to pay extra for protein, which can bring the total closer to $20. That feels a bit pricey to me. Overall, it's a great spot and I'd come back again

The Pappardelle Bolognese was hearty, meaty, and equally well executed. Portion sizes for both dishes were just right and satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a pleasant dining experience. My only critique is that both pasta dishes could have used a little more seasoning, particularly salt, to make the flavors pop a bit more. Aside from that, Eddie's delivered a good Italian dinner with friendly service and good value.

The two sandwiches we ordered were very interestingly on grilled bao buns which actually held together pretty well. I personally didn't love the pickled veggies but my husband enjoyed them. The original brew master became the co-owner when the winery left the beer business in 2003. It was then moved this location in 2004, opening as a brewpub. It's been on my list of places to visit for a while, so my wife, her mom, and I took the opportunity to stop in for a Thursday night dinner on our way to San Francisco from Fort Bragg. The inaugural double IPA (aka Imperial IPA) was made by the current co-owner at a different brewery in 1994. Double means it uses double the hops and malts, and the ABV is quite a bit higher. He then created Pliny the Elder (ABV 8.0%) in 2000, recognized as the most famous DIPA. The track continued, with Pliny the Younger in 2005, a triple IPA (using triple the hops and malts with ABV of 10.25%). This version is available once a year in the spring, since it costs so much money and time to make. With so much malt being used, a large amount of time (and hops) is needed to balance. I've had Pliny the Elder in bottles before, and really liked it: I don't like the hoppy 'piney' taste in my beers, but also recognize that not enough will make the beer too sweet (which I've been facing with a lot my island beers lately). Parking is street only, but there was a lot of it, with the metered parking only requiring payment till 6 pm. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and immediately seated at a table near the bar. As expected, it was quite loud, with after work folks having a good time. We got menus, ordered our food, and then decided what to do about flights. The brewery is also known for their Belgian style and thus offers two different flights. It was my first time, and didn't know how much my wife could help, so decided to order the California Sampler (a selection of 12 different West Coast 5 oz. pours of ales and lagers for $15.45) to start: O.V.L. Stout (Old Vic Loyals) - Irish nitro stout - really beginning to love stouts, and this one was good. Velvet Glow - lager - solid. Ending up buying 6 pack to bring home ($12.99) STS Pils - pilsner. Bought a 6-pack for $12.99. Russian River Porter - Blind Pig IPA - West Coast IPA Happy Hops - Juicy IPA Mosaic Stack - West Coast IPA SimCoe 25 - West Coast IPA Citra Flash Mob - West Coast IPA Mind Circus - Hazy IPA DDH Pliny the Elder - really good. bought two cans at $5.99 each. Pliny the Elder - the original Felt pretty good, so decided to order the Belgian Sampler (9 different for $13.63), Surprisingly, I didn't like it nearly as much (my favorite fruit beer during this trip was the Howzit Punch beer). Petite Robert - table beer Little White Lie - Belgian White Robert - saison Perdition - biere de sonoma Damnation - golden strong ale Mortification - quad Supplication - sour brown ale Intinction - barrel aged pilsner Consecration - sour dark ale In terms of the food, it was solid. The 8 pc chicken wings ($17) were good, and the cheesy garlic bread ($10) was filling. I had the meatball sandwich ($16) and upgraded the fries to a spinach salad (+$4): it was tasty, loved the toasted French bread and marinara sauce, with the meatballs being OK (tasted from frozen)...loved the spinach salad with strawberries and blue cheese. We finished off our meal with a Vinnies (co-owner) sundae: good vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and a lot of almond slivers. Payment was at the table, and me being again very pleasantly surprised at how little the flights were (a typical brewpub where they charge $3-$4 per 5 oz, would have cost 4 times as much...though of course I wouldn't have drunk as much either).

They have a wonderful assortment of merch you can buy and they also have a great staff of people who work for them. On this particular visit, we came in for ice cream. Their ice cream flavors are really unique and fun, with lots of flavors and textures. Tonight I tried their Sticky Toffee flavor, which was superb. I am also very partial to their Dutch Chocolate and their Earl Grey ice cream. Besides their ice cream, I've also had their pie on several occasions including ordering their pies for holidays. They are a great business to support so please stop on by and check it out!

I tried the coffee and peach, but neither tasted good to me. I ended up asking the server what were the popular flavors. Then I got a split scoop $6.25 of DUTCH COOKIE and PISTACHIO CHERRY. They were both really good. It tasted like real, homemade ice cream to me. There are just a few seats by the window. No outdoor seating. Parking: You will need to find metered street parking spots around the area. No bathroom. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. No Wifi.
