The rohnert park one is somewhat bearable but really all you taste is apple and it's quite tart. I also got the blue spirulina smoothie and it tastes like cardboard. I found this place on Yelp when I was visiting the area. I was really craving an acai bowl. Parking was easy as there was a huge lot because it's in a strip plaza area. They had a self-checkout kiosk and we ordered there. My boyfriend and I got a bowl each. I added peanut butter. I was a bit underwhelmed when I received the bowl because there were more toppings than actual acai base. I also paid $1 more for the peanut butter and I feel like they could've given more. The base that I did eat was good. The inside was super cute, but there is limited seating. We were eating inside for a little but it was hard because there was no big table to eat. Very inconsistent service. This isn't the first time I've come here and had issues. The last couple visits, my açaí bowl was either completely melted or my smoothie was warm and had a gross consistency. This time was the worst, my açaí bowl was frozen so solid that I literally couldn't eat it. When I tried digging into it with the spoon, the bowl cracked and spilled all over me. My wife's bowl was the exact same way completely frozen beyond being edible. What makes it even more frustrating is that these bowls are about $15 each, and by the time you add drinks and tip, you're spending close to $40 for food you can't even properly eat. For those prices, there should at least be some consistency and quality control. Unfortunately, the employees didn't seem to care at all. I had a really disappointing experience today where food was supposed to arrive between 11 and 1120am. I called the shop and they said to call DoorDash. Yelp recommended a HOT & NEW place to try out which happens to be this Plant & Juice bar where the old Juice Shack used to be. I love a reasonable priced, healthy drink shop and this is it. We ordered the Berry Please (apple, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) and the Strawberry Colada (coconut milk, strawberry, pineapple, banana) and they were mighty good! The Berry Please was more on the sour side but it is ALL berries so you're drinking something good! The strawberry was a little muted and you get hints of a strawberry/banana smoothie. The service was welcoming. We even got tiny cups of samples of the Guava Splash which was sweet & refreshing. So depending on your taste buds and what you want, there's something for everyone. The toppings were good, but I didn't like how they froze and stored the açaí in the bowl. Service is terrible. I've given this place many chances, and every time I come in no one greets you or offers to help with questions. I proceeded to order and left a $2 tip which isn't huge, but it's something and when I tell him to keep it his response was "oh okay" and turned around to make my bowl.
