I've been to this location 3 times already and each time I've gone, I've been nothing but super pleased. The presentation and attention to detail to the acai bowls are exceptional!! Excellent flavors profiles and a wide varieties of fruits. I love the consistency of blends that are well balanced so each time I go I always get the same amount! The staff are always super nice. The first time I ordered from Juice Tap, I got the Avocado Toast and one of the smoothies with oats in it. The Avocado Toast was delish. It had rich flavor and tons of texture in the bread. I can't remember the specific smoothie that I got. I liked the smoothie at first, but then, I don't know if it was because it started to liquify, but the flavors started to taste off and I couldn't tolerate the oats anymore. It was like it was too much. I think this might just be a personal preference thing and not a reflection on the quality of the smoothie itself though. Today I ordered a Green Smoothie Bowl with the Chunky Monkey topping, and it was divine. The sweetness of the honey complemented the more bitter cacao nibs perfectly. The cacao nibs and oats gave the whole thing the perfect crunch. The coconut was the perfect amount, and the fruit all tasted deliciously fresh. I split it into two many meals--lunch and a snack--so that I could fill up on some protein as well, and it made a grueling work day so much sweeter. Each time I've ordered from Juice Tap, I've had it delivered, and each time, the service has been prompt, communicative, and kind. So I've tried one of the spicy juices and the chia flax seed pudding bowl and I'm completely obsessed. The bowl is huge and I get two meals out of it. I have not had any of the smoothies, salads, or toasts but everything looks delicious. It is a little pricey but whenever I am craving something fresh for lunch I will make a stop to get the chia & flax seed pudding. I got the Nutella Co which came with strawberries, coconut, and banana and had Nutella on top. I substituted the bananas for blueberries. I'm so glad I found this place because it's pretty close to where I live. I've been here 3 times in the last month. They open at 7:30 and I usually get there shortly after so there's usually no wait. Do not spend your money here if you are ok with the owner not having any regard or care about their paying customers need and yells and scream at you because they do not like your suggestions. I placed a grub hub order today may 6, 2021 and I ordered 2 things that expensively totaled $30 but that's neither here nor there because I love my natural foods and I been in Florida on business for the past month and this establishment has been my Frequent go to since I been in Jacksonville. When the driver delivered my order I realized there was no type of security placed around the rim of my drink. Businesses who have frequent delivery orders normally place plastic food wrap to secure a persons order so when a driver picks up someone food it's protected and there's no question that the food wasn't tampered with. So I called Juice Tap and briefly explained to the young lady the situation she goes to say they don't do that ok no problem but now it's a inconvenience for me because now I have to go to juice tap to return a drink I won't drink because I'm unaware if my delivery carrier tampered with it. We continue to converse and I asked to speak to the store manager she states she is the manager. Ok can I speak with the owner, her response oh he's not here I can pass your info to him. She puts me on hold and magically the owner picks up!!! I guess she explained to him our phone conversation before he came on the phone so he was already turned up to 1000000. He gave no chance to even explain why I wanted to speak with him. He's yelling talking over me saying they been in business 8 years no one ever complained and I can come and get my money back. I sure will go get my money back and I'll leave this review as well. I am also a business owner and customer service is the number one thing that keeps a business flowing. All he had to do was rectify the situation explain his self properly and it could have ended from there. But instead he got irate like if he's the one that wasted $30 and has to return a drink that was ordered for delivery. If I wanted to step foot in the store of I would of went instead of placing a delivery order.
