Setting: picked up smoothies to go (only thing allowed during COVID times at this location) I love the smoothies here, they have a huge menu and it's low key overwhelming but I've personally loved every smoothie I've tried. I love the honey beary, it taste like a sweet peanut butter and jelly sandwich if it was a smoothie, really good as a bowl too. Tons of add ins too (be careful tho you can end up spending tons on a smoothie if you go overboard). We were craving some smoothies/juices, so we decided to stop by here today and try it out (we've never been here before). The parking lot was kind of small, considering that this juice place is combined with a yoga spot. There was a cute little window spot for pictures, which I liked. I'm definitely coming back to take a pic for my dog here! When I first stepped inside, there was a musty/gym smell (guessing from the yoga section). I get the idea behind the yoga thing.. it's also enabling the people who do yoga to drink sugary drinks before/during/after their workouts (although its fruits, but it's also high in sugar). The room was also very warm, I'm surprised because usually juicing places are cold-cool. The pricing is moderate, comparing to other juice area it's pretty affordable. Similar to Jamba Juice but this place is better. I ordered The Moderator (apple, lemon, beet, and ginger) $4.95 small size. He acted as if he didn't know how to mix it properly. The young lady next to him was telling him to add more liquid. I am happy to have JuiceLand nearby so I can stop by to grab a smoothie and make myself feel healthy. I initially had JuiceLand in Austin so glad to see one in Houston. The parking lot is quite small but thankfully I can just walk to this location otherwise I would panic on where to park. But you can park within the neighborhood streets and walk so it's not a big deal. Black swan is within the same area so if you want to swing by there too, you have an option. I tend to stick to the medium size one because it is enough to make me full. Price probably has more to do with why I choose the medium one though since large is like...$9. I like the banana and peanut butter one the most but their other fruit ones are good. The menu has a large variety to choose from so if you want green or something sweeter, you have that option! JuiceLand is probably my favorite juice place in Houston! Even when they're busy, service is quick and friendly. My absolute favorite thing to get here is the wunder bowl which is a blended spinach, banana and nut butter based bowl with a generous portion of crunchy toppings. I find myself craving this bowl and making the drive out for it even in rush hour (priorities). It's a nice change from the basic açaí bowl. Get it! Also, pricing is slightly lower than other juice places and they have a loyalty program where you can earn points/discounts. JuiceLand wins. read more

I'm really upset with the experience I had at this location. First, the staff member I encountered was not the friendliest but not rude. I ordered a coffee drink and paid, and before I could even sign my receipt, he was gone to the back to start on the other person's order. I thought, "Okay, he's quick and on top of things. Great!" As I watched, he made 2 drinks. The only other person in front of me ordered 1, so I thought the other would be mine. So I waited and watched as he blended and chatted with his colleague. And I waited. The person in front of me then got her drink, but mine was not ready. I waited and saw he went back to start a new drink and continued chatting. He blended the drink, poured it in the cup, and noticed it didn't fill to the line. What does he do? He just adds water until it fills up all the way! All the while he's still chatting it up while I'm watching and waiting. Once I finally got my drink, it was okay. It tasted similar to when I had it before, but it was watered down. I also think the ratio may have been off because there was more of a bitter aftertaste this time, as well. I really regret tipping $1. I paid $7 for an okay drink that I had to wait forever for. I love that this Juiceland is in the same space as Black Swan Yoga; it's perfect for grabbing a smoothie or juice after a yoga class. This is the same combo as the White Oak location, but I'm so grateful that this Kirby location exists now too since I don't need to fight traffic after work to get up to White Oak. As with all of the Juiceland locations, the people who work here are awesome, and the drinks and snacks are great. My favorite smoothies are the Julio Verde, Morning Sunshine, Percolator, and Moontower - depending on what I'm in the mood for. There is a decent amount of parking in the lot right in front, as well as on the sides; I usually end up parking in the spots along Wroxton, and I'm pretty sure you can park in the lot across Wroxton (for Relax the Back etc.) after 5pm or something like that! read more

guys do not get the percolator unless you like eating grass straight from the ground. Although the contents inside the smoothie sound very appealing, it isn't. Very bitter and get this, it's on the freaking specialties menu!! Although the percolator is not very good, the workers were very kind and there is a yoga place next to it!! Smoothies and yoga!!! Decided to stop by JuiceLand on the way to my office because I needed something healthy and I skipped breakfast :-/ The cashier was super nice and friendly offering suggestions and signing me up for the reward program! She even suggested something off the menu that she created herself. Once she told me it reminded her of carrot cake I was completely sold. You can literally juice the same smoothies that they sell for $8 for a fraction of the cost at home, and have ingredients left over to make more the next day, and the day after that.. JuiceLand is quick and their online ordering system makes it relatively convenient, but still...I cannot get past the cost factor. Also, a lot of their pre-made smoothies taste too good (wundershowzen, peachy green, vegetable kingdom, etc.), and I feel that they can use some extra spinach, kale, spirulina, etc. Even when you pay extra to have more greens added, it seems like they're not adding much because you cannot really taste the difference. I still give this place a 4 star just because I like the concept and they do have a great selection. The online order system is a bonus, and plus, my toddler even likes them, so that's a win! read more
