I'm not one to go often to a juice/smoothie shop, but JuiceLand is an Austin must-try. What I love about them is that they do not add extra sugar to your smoothies the way that most places do and the drinks retain plenty of sweetness. The location of this JuiceLand is great because it's right near the Barton Greenbelt so you can have a nice hike and then treat yourself. I got the Paradise Found smoothie - delicious! I really like that hint of ginger that you continue to taste after your sips are finished. I don't even usually like ginger, but it's a nice aftertaste to have all things considered! My complaint, of course, is just that in generally I find JuiceLand to be way too pricey for me to go to regularly. $6.50 for a small drink?? Over the past month I have been drinking one green juice a day and Juiceland has quickly become my favorite place to stock up. What I love about all the Juiceland locations is their commitment to using organic vegetables/fruit and the quality is consistently excellent. This location is conveniently near my office and their grab and go juices are quick and easy during lunch. This location stands out because service is very quick, you place your order indoors and they have seating inside to leisurely enjoy your drinks. They also have a nice patio but I appreciate the indoor seating on sweltering hot days. My two favorite drinks are the AppleLilly juice and the Peachy Green smoothie. Both are absolutely delicious and have a touch of sweetness. If you are lucky there will be a couple chunks of cold tasty peaches at the bottom of the Peachy Green. Besides drinks they make some tasty granola bars and also sell Energetica bars and a variety of salads. Taste and freshness are 100% consistent. Delicious and refreshing! They have expanded their menu so much, adding more food options, add ins, fruits...much more than what they had a year ago. I was doing my regular shopping in my neck of the woods and needed a real healthy smoothie since I am working out and dieting so I stopped in for a kale cleanse the Peach green. This is a loaded with Peaches, kale, spinach, and apples. I just love it. YOU have to really understand that drinking a healthy drink doesnt taste all that good you know. The one thing I did notice was the fact it'actually tasted GREAT. Then without hesitation I wanted the Beyond Burrito since I am gluten free on Tuesdays I ordered the tasty burrito that is a wrap sort of with a mixed bag of pickles vegan gluten free coleslaw a Creole type of sauce romaine and romoulade. Ok, by now I guessed it was a healthy food snack for me but ate it all and Yes, very different quick food. Very nice touch for the Westlake area. Never dreamed Juiceland had so much to offer it is a long list of menu items of juices, smoothies granola' s, bowls hummus the wide variety to many to list. I am so grateful to find such a vegan gluten free grab and go health bar. I need to come for more and examine the rest of the smoothies. All you have to do is see what to order and it's such a great selection. Yes I am impressed, order was taken fast and just run out the door. That is so easy to just order and go. Great daily specials. Yummy little pre-made salads to accompany them. I was using a gift card once and the person who waited on me asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the gc. Needless to say, it was a little awkward. Please don't ask me to leave a tip bc now I feel obligated and annoyed. It only happened once with the gc which was quite significant (75) so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. *Update: The manager, Megan, contacted me via this yelp review and apologized for the mishap. She explained that she spoke to each employee about "asking to leave a tip" and I believe her. Love the collection of snacks up front (Big fan of the YES Bars and the Sinfull Bakery Bars). Definitely a pricey spot but they are a member of the fourstars points reward app so always nice to get $2 off every once and a while (like I did today!!) My personal favorites are the Honey Berry, The Wundershowzen and the Soul Boulder. Today I tried the Cauliflower Power which was new and exciting -- rare for me to stray from my go to's. I usually prefer to have a protein in my smoothie because it helps keep me satisfied for longer. The Cauliflower Power didn't have protein but had a great consistency because of the cauliflower. A gooood smoothie for my lunch hour. This location was rather small. And during the busy lunch hour, the wait was a tad long. Especially since I needed to get back to work. I heard you can order ahead, which I would highly recommend. The smoothie, I got peachy green, was pretty good. The flavor was very unique. The acai bowl is a little too liquid for my tastes, and unless you eat it right away the coconut oil tends to congeal. I don't think I've had a bad flavor combination here yet, though Morning Sunshine might be my least favorite. The lower rating comes from the prices, which keep going up and were already high for what it is, and the service at this particular location. When they had curbside during the first year of the pandemic it was 50/50 on if someone would answer the phone or it would keep ringing indefinitely. If you did manage to get someone it was often 10+ minutes before they would make it out to the car. However, if you go in, there is no clear and easy spot to pick up your drinks, and you end up having to wait in line a long time to reach a frazzled cashier, as JuiceLand corporate seems to understaff this location pretty frequently. read more

This has been my favorite place to eat for years, I frequent it 5-6 times a week. Tonight I called to order in a juice nearly an hour before close. The employee informed me that they had already begun taking apart the juicer for cleaning and could not make me a fresh juice. This was about an hour before the location closed. I find myself making the rounds of the Juiceland bars all over Austin lately, because that's where I've been, and a girl needs her greens, even if she has to drink them on the go. This one is right next door to the Tacodeli, so you can get a smoothie and a taco without too much trouble on a slow day. It's Westlake, so this store is no-frills, no friendly hippie vibe, pretty much just all business, but they do have the nice wooden patio outside and the requisite mirrored ball hanging above. Be aware that they take internet/call-in orders, and these take precedence over actual humans-standing-right-there orders. So you might be sitting awhile wondering why your smoothie hasn't appeared, while people walking in after you are walking out smiling with theirs. This did not make me happy. Place: Always so clean and chilly cool- perfect for the Texas Heat. Drinks: I'll be honest, everything has been tasting so good, and that's a huge problem for me. But since I'm giving up the boba drinks for a bit, this has surely made me so happy in doing so, and to better my health. I go to Juiceland frequently and have had their raw hot chocolate several times. I love this drink and it is one of my favorites. This time I thought the drink tasted watered down and when I went in to ask if they could either add something or replace it, I received attitude right away. The girl at the front (I believe her name is Kaylee) was rude and made me feel like I was an idiot. I dont feel like I should have received this type of treatment over a hot chocolate.
