I've been here twice and I love it! You can tell that everything is made with super fresh and quality ingredients. I have taken it upon myself to try a smoothie bowl from every juice place I go to, and the matcha smoothie bowl here is definitely up there. It's very refreshing and the matcha isn't overpowering or too sweet at all. I do think they skimped on the toppings a little. I also have gotten the green magnolia smoothie as a breakfast. It was a great blend of flavors, but I was expecting it to be a little thicker and more filling for the $10 I spent on it. One thing to keep in mind is that they take a really long time to prepare! I know that quality smoothies take time, but they always only have one employee doing all the work and both times I have waited 15 minutes for my order. The cafe itself is really cute, with lots of light and a nice seating area, but definitely keep this in mind if you're in a hurry (like I was). Great acai bowls!!! So far I've gotten the Harlequin Monkey and the Fruit Alchemist. They were both amazing!! The Harlequin Monkey is my fav because of the peanut butter. They get 4 stars because it's always a little wait. The first 2 times I came, I waited 15-20 minutes. The third time, I called my order in. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 12 minutes later and they didn't start my acai bowl yet. :( In the employee's defense, there were 2 customers waiting when I arrived, and he was the only one there. So I'm sure he was trying his best. Tip to management: Have at least 2 employees working at all times. :) read more

I've never been to this location. This review refers to their cleanses that I've done twice now. Dean is the man!! My first cleanse was during an insane ice/snow storm in Chicago a few years ago. My cleanse was supposed to be delivered in the evening but due to storms he pulled his staff from delivering (rightfully so). He took it upon himself to deliver to me bright and early in the morning before work so I could still start my cleanse on time. You could tell he'd been working like a dog to keep delivery promises. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I decided last minute I wanted to start the new year with a cleanse. I ordered the day before I wanted to start (pretty much unheard of in the industry) and Dean personally delivered my cleanse (again) the next evening. Now that's a dedicated owner/manager/boss and I fully respect him for it. He's not afraid to work. This alone will keep me coming back to support him and his business. Now, onto the juice. Ummmmmm YUM! I love that you can personalize your cleanses for no additional charge. They guide you on what juices you should drink in what order which is super helpful. I based my latest off their Season Cleanse and fell in love with the Peppermint Mocha that starts you off in the morning. If you typically drink coffee this is perfect for you. No caffeine headaches during your cleanse. I would drink this every morning if there was a closer location. The green juices are always extremely tasty (even if you don't love green juice - trust me I've asked some meat and potatoes men to try it and they actually like it). I looked forward to the Winter Root every day during my cleanse. My mouth is water just thinking about it. Perfect way to end our day. JuiceRx is pricier than some other cleanses you can get online or around town. However, from the few others I've tried, I always come back to JuiceRx. Their quality is fantastic, service impeccable (see a love) and they even have new bottles that are worthy of keeping and reusing ("free", new drink ware!). You definitely get what you pay for. I went on a Monday morning to get a recovery juice from my 18 mile run. They said that all the options are low from the weekend and so I asked how often they make new juice. They stated their juice Is only made twice a week. This was a bummer because there were not many options to choose from. I asked if they had any post workout juice suggestions. I researched this place online and thought that the containers were glass, but on delivery found out they were not. How long would you expect it to take to prepare one smoothie and one acai bowl to make? 5 minutes? Maybe 10? Perhaps 10-15 when crowded? Try almost 40. And the place was empty (at least when we arrived). Mind you, this is RAW food. The smoothie requires putting the ingredients in a blender and pressing a button. The bowl perhaps has more work involved, but it's not like they had to put it in the oven. 3 employees + 2 items should not equal 30 minutes. That being said, what I got was pretty good. But not good enough to justify sitting around that long or paying the fairly exorbitant prices. read more
