Unfortunately I wasn't in the mood for their delicious looking burgers but wanted a light lunch so I got the Fried Zucchini and Mozzarella Sticks. Both are friend to perfection and are absolutely tasty! Both come with their respective sauces and even more available on the side of the cashier! Been here before but forgot to leave a review. I love the music inside, it feels nostalgic to the time when food was food and not processed. Mouth is watering thinking about how good my Philly cheesesteak was. It was loaded with meat and flavor and had a nice kick to it! Love the hand cut fries as well. I went on a Friday and it was the special for $6.99! Can't beat that. Fun fact: I used to work at the other juicy burger many many years ago that is no longer there (lol) so I've grown fond of making up my own creations and options! This is the best place to do it, with their delicious chipotle Mayo & BBQ sauce, it's seriously the best. They will always sub and swap out a sauce for you if you're feeling adventurous other than the normal thousand island. I've also tried their spicy cauliflower, onion rings, sweet potato fries and hot dogs that were also delicious. There are usually only two of them working at a time, and since I've worked in handling food I cut them slack if they're taking a while. Things get slammed. Terrible customer service. I currently have no voice and showed them this exact order. I get home with the food and neither of them are plain. Covered in sauce and toppings. Plus cheese sticks are missing. I drove 10 minutes back. They fixed it but then told me they weren't making the cheese sticks unless I paid the up charge because they didn't originally charge me for them. I suggested they could just do it anyways considering I had to waste gas because they messed up the first order... I was informed that, that wasn't their problem and if I wanted cheese sticks I could pay the charge. At this time I also ordered a PLAIN classic dog for my 4 year old. I finally took a drive to down town from the SW, to try this place since they reopened. I was pretty disappointed that they don't have pastrami anymore, so I went with their single cheeseburger combo, my husband had their double, side jalapeno peppers, and my grandson had a single with mozzarella sticks. Everything tasted great. We got peanut butter/banana milk shoes to go. The service was decent. Just a suggestion, but they need to smile more. They don't look happy while working. The owner was there. He was helping out. My grandson did ask me, "why did he bring out another couples food, and asked what sauces they needed, but we had to go get our food?" lol! Their lunch special for today caught my eye and I'm so glad that it did. Newer owners and new management have made significant changes that will bring us back!! After finding this place about six months ago, I have been going back at least once a week if possible for me, it is a drive across town, but I think it's well worth the effort. I love a good hamburger and as far as I'm concerned, this is by far the best burger in town I always eat in inside the restaurant as there is no way, I'm going to take this hamburger and eat in my vehicle. It's just two too messy but absolutely delicious. Everything about the hamburger is delicious and by far better than any of the hamburger places that you can go to that I'm aware of they serve crinkle cut french fries as a standard fair with the hamburger which is a good amount and they are the thick kind by comparison McDonald's would be for french fries equivalent to one of their crinkle cut and way more delicious every time I want to go out to eat I invite anyone who is willing to go with me to do so if they can, the people and staff are very, very helpful and considerate, and the place is in great shape I highly recommend it to anyone read more
