I was told to try a burger at Banderas and thought, "Hey, why not!" This food truck is in a parking lot with other food truck vendors (tacos, churros, tortillas) and there is plenty of parking. We went around 4pm on a Friday and it wasn't too busy. They do have a hand washing station, which I believe is great touch to their business. They do have tables to sit at and music was playing. I used to go to them quite regularly when they were on Chester closer to where I live. I loved love love their All Starburger, it's just loaded with everything a couple of patties cheese, avocado greens. Everything's fresh, they grill it the way I like it melts in your mouth. They're sweet potato fries are normally really good however I will say the last time I went which was the Virginia address? They really weren't as hot as they should have been. I should have said something. I didn't . I know they would have taken care of it. Because that's just the kind of people they are. They want to please their customers. She suggested I get the Sausage Burger. God was she right. That Burger was extraordinary. Juicy, tender and hot. Along with the fries that crunched every bite, I enjoyed my meal. Prices are great. Our 3rd time coming here. Our 2nd time was about 3 weeks ago and they had messed up on one of our burgers and responded quickly and remade it. My kids wanted an avocado burger from them while i ate churros this past Saturday. It didn't seem busy but orders were coming out and people popping out. I was only expecting two thin slices of link like any other place. No, they loaded it no skimp on hot linkage. The burger is of normal size. The bun is toasted. Pickles were chips but tasted like stacker strips, great as well. My sister had the western burger she was moaning over their BBQ sauce. The onion ring was the same with as the burger itself. The torta was huge. The chicken is strip style. Husband really didn't really describe his meal like my sister does. I was not going to ever eat here, just because I'm not a truck kinda person. We had burgers delivered from this place last week. I had the Hawaiian burger. It's wonderful! It has jalapeño and pineapple and a lot of other good things. I added bacon. The meat is high-quality, juicy and delicious. I had sweet potato fries along with it and they were also delicious. My wife had a cheeseburger and curly fries. She was equally impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. We will definitely be going back for more! The cashier handed me a menu and confidently told me I would be back. The freaking double cheese was excellent. Meaty , cheesey, with all the toppings. The fries and onion rings were also on point. As for the torta , it looked a little different. The menu said "steak" it's the meat for asada , but big thin pieces, folded up. The taste was excellent!
