One worker said that the guy was waiting for 14 minutes and no one showed up. Let me tell why the driver waited, he never followed the instructions. The delivery was a standard delivery because when you pay more the delivery doesn't arrive any faster. The order was made at 3:18 and with a 40-minute delivery window or at 4:00 pm. The app showed an ETA of 4pm. The driver arrives early and stood outside, not bothering to call the number provided. I will go as far as to say, maybe I did not hear the new delivery window alert. Why did he stand at the salon and not come to the apartment build? I remember that I used to delivery Uber Eats and I went to Red Lobster, delivered the food, told the customer to check the order before I leave. There was a problem. I drove back to Red Lobster to retrieve the missing lobster tail. Red Lobster said that they were closed, long story short, I drove back to the customer, lobster tail in-tow.
