I think I found me a new fish slash Chinese restaurant. It's a combination and good one at that. My first order was the whiting fish along with some sweet potato fries both made just right. The fish had a nice crunch to it but soft as well . I also had their general TSO chicken with broccoli and beef fried rice spicy style .The beef in the rice was seasoned just right with the general TSO chicken glazed nicely with a little bit of spice to it. This is definitely a good restaurant in queens,Hollis that is, I'm glad we have door dash so I can get my food delivered to me from the comfort of my own home. Worst seafood boil restaurant I've ordered from ever, the crab was so dry, probably frozen for months....shrimp wasn't fresh either ...sauce was just salty and watery ...sausages were okish and the corn and potatoes...I don't understand one thing . ...how in the world is this 4star rated place smh ...can get better crabs, shrimp fresh from the market and Cook a decent tastier dinner at home !!! read more

Ordered from here in need of a late-night ramen option. When I called for clarification on the menu, I was left more confused than before whether or not they would accept my order (about 10 minutes before closing in all fairness). The ramen was fairly bland, and the calamari I got was also rubbery and bland. Hopefully their main seafood options are much better! read more

First time ordering from here, had the mussels, clam n head on shrimp w/ potato n corn and garlic sauce. shrimp po boy which came with sweet potato fries. Buy one get one free calamari. When this restaurant opened up on Hollis Avenue, I was super excited. A juicy crab in the neighborhood is what we needed. Whatever they put in their signature sauce is the key. I wanted sushi but was secretly over due for my weekly dose of crab. My coworker speaks highly of this place and this location in particular so I yelped it and called the closest location to me. Straight to vmail l- bummer- so I tried again and the Hollis spot came up. It's meant to be I thought. I placed a quick order over the phone and the guy said see you in 10! I was like ok (from 23 mins away). When I was almost there they called me like your order is getting cold I was surprised. Pulled up n there was no parking I had to double park. It was like an old school Chinese restaurant. It smelled GOOD. I grabbed my order and headed home. The crab legs- juicy The wings with the specialty sauce - BOMB!!! the fries were fries and they did not have special drinks. I read the recent reviews and thought maybe the people were being harsh since this place had such good reviews in the past. But I would suggest people try other places if you want seafood boil. Their house sauce is extremely salty to the point where the food is almost inedible. Also I ordered a side of noodles for $5 dollars. The cashier said they used egg noodles when I saw my food it was just ramen noodles. Complete waste of money. I personally won't be returning. read more

Ordered shrimp Po'boy with side of fries. Who the heck thought it would be a good idea to pack French fries UNDER a thick bed of lettuce UNDER a very moist sandwich. The food was delivered before the stated time. It was HOT which was excellent and a first for me. I ordered the fried combo basket with shrimp, oysters, whiting and fries. The shrimp were plump , lightly breaded and delicious. To my surprise and delight I was given cocktail sauce which I love. Most restaurants don't serve it so I stopped requesting it. The oysters were cooked perfectly. I took a chance on these and I was thoroughly satisfied. Only a very few can cook an oyster to perfection. The fries were hot, crispy and good. This is one iof our go to seafood boil spot. I got the create your own with the lobster tail (6oz), crab leg (1lb), crawfish (1lb) & and extra crawfish (1lb). The sauce is my favorite because it is finger licking good (no gloves for me). The corn and the lobster were the stars. I love how big the potatoes were and the crawfish were pretty big too. I wanted to like this place but I'm afraid I don't. It started out well. The crab was meaty and the shrimp was large. Here comes the bad. The "boil" was extremely salty. A couple of my shrimp and one of my potatoes sat in the liquid while I was eating the crab. They were so salty I couldn't eat them. Great spot. We order boil every week. They make sure ur order is correct every time. Ordered fried fish as well. Chicken wings. Crab legs. I'm so happy with each order. When I went to pick up order I saw them go through the order to make sure it was right. Not a place to eat but I admit my friend and I one after sat right there and ate. We were hungry . Instead of the worker telling me there's a surcharge when using the card she jus left me swipe and I found out by looking on my receipt ... The food tasted over cooked ... The crab legs were skimp ! This was my first time trying this spot out. I was not happy with my boil at all. I had a shrimp boil and the shrimp was overcooked and very dirty. I could barely separate the shell from the shrimp. I've been to plenty of seafood boil spots and never had that issue before. Also, the corn was dehydrated and dry. I'm guessing everything was grilled and then tossed into a "boil bag." I was also charged an extra fee because I used a card to pay and my total was over $20. I'll stick to my old spots. read more

This a new neighborhood spot and I want support new businesses especially during this pandemic. I stopped by this afternoon to surprise my Mom with cajun seafood. She's never had it before. I ordered a seafood boil with king crab(it comes with red potatoes and corn) in garlic butter medium spicy and a seafood platter consisting of green mussels, crawfish and shrimp in cajun garlic butter (their recipe) . With in 10 -15 minutes, my order was ready. The aroma from the bag was incredible that I couldn't hardly wait to get home. But I did wait. I surprised my Mom with her bag of seafood goodness and boy was she surprised! She loved that it was hot and smelled delicious. But she love the way it tasted. The 3 legs of the king crab was full of sweet meat, red potatoes and corn soaking up the spicy garlic sauce was divine! My seafood platter was overflowing with meaty and seasoned seafood.
