We had a catered breakfast from Juicy-O on a Wednesday morning that was a nice way to begin the day at the conference! Juicy-O provided each team member with an individual container that contained the food for breakfast. This made setup easy and convenient. There was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns inside each container, so you could get a full, classic breakfast all in one container. There was also pancakes and donuts for everyone, as well! I chose to eat the pancakes and those ended up being my favorite portion of the meal. The pancakes were light and fluffy! when I put syrup on them, they were absolutely delicious. It was a simple breakfast item but they did it right! Additionally, I ate a small amount of the scrambled eggs and both slices of bacon from my container. Everything tasted fresh, and the bacon was flavored well. Also, the portions were quite filling. I actually became full rather quickly after eating the pancakes and some of the other items. The breakfast that Juicy-O catered for us was excellent. The individual containers made serving the food extremely easy, and there was a large assortment of breakfast options available. The service and seating is very good here. My husband had the Eggs Benedict and thought it was just okay. It was served with "Jimmy's Potatoes," which he hated. They are cubed potatoes with scallions. We both feel that scallions do not belong in a breakfast potato. So then he asked for the menu again and saw that they have tater tots. The portion size is enormous. However, he felt they were far too greasy to eat. They offer three vegan options, which is really nice at a breakfast place! I had the vegan oatmeal pancakes which were delicious and served with fresh fruit. Note to fellow vegans: bring your own vegan butter, they do not offer any. They also have a tofu scramble if you do not eat eggs. I had a hard time choosing. Vegetarians will find something here very easily. Came in for a late breakfast on a weekday. I was promptly greeted at the front door. I was dining solo on my visit, but I brought my appetite. I ordered a combo that came with 3 kinds of meat, potatoes, eggs, and pancakes. No, I did not eat it all! I felt the potatoes, although seasoned well were too salty. I didn't eat all of them. Meats were a little greasy as well. I didn't receive any donuts during my visit, but that's OK as I had so much other food. Restaurants is covered in frames with various silly sayings. Bathroom could use a remodel. Service was a little slow for only a couple of other diners. Decent spot located close to main streets and highway. Prices very reasonable. read more

Vicky was our waitress and we had a nice breakfast experience. Lots of choices on the menu. They served complimentary mini doughnuts at the table which were a nice touch. I got the vegetable omelette and a side of grits. So much food!!! My friends got oatmeal with fresh fruit (a lot of bananas and berries which was nice), and eggs Benedict with a side of cheesy hash browns. A friend also got a side of pancakes and they were huge, served with a warm bottle of syrup. The walls have some interesting and fun decor to look at while you wait. It was a Monday late morning and it was not too busy there. We got seated right away and waters served in cute Mason jars. Clean bathrooms and clean facility in general. I have been a fan of Juicy-O for a long time. They have a menu full of standard breakfast fare as well as some unique creations. One of my fav's is the Shrimp and Grits. When I learned the ownership had changed I was worried that things would change. I'm happy to say that I didn't notice any change. The food is great and just as flavorful, and I met the new owner who was quite charming and very attentive. I look forward to coming back. read more

The service just needs some attention particularly on special occasions or holidays. They need to pace themselves rather than rush. It's noted on busy days the staff are overwhelmed. I used to love going to Juicy-O at the Fox Valley location. I was disappointed when it closed. Today, I saw this location and was excited to stop. The same great donuts greet you at the table, as I expected. I was hoping they would be fresh, but I guess at 2 p.m., they were just warm. We placed our order, and it came out quickly, as the rush was over and the restaurant closes at 3. My friends' eggs and bacon were perfect. My shrimp and grits, not so much. The flavor of the sauce was fantastic! However, the grits were basically 2 big lumps in the bowl under the sauce. I would have alerted the server or manager as soon as I noticed, but neither came around to check on us. Finally, when the server came back, he offered to make a new entree. It was corrected and delicious. I'm not sure if a manager was even notified. The side of potatoes I ordered were fabulous . I highly recommend them. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant except for all the servers talking and doing their end of shift work. It most certainly was not my best visit to a Juicy-o restaurant, but I would return because I do generally like the food and would like to think this was not the norm for service. read more

This needs to be a daily spot if you live near the area the restaurants is full of funny jokes all over the walls and they give you complimentary donuts to start the meal. The servers are all really good but sometimes they are a little short staffed so you have to wait a little bit but it's worth the wait. Highly recommend the leprechaun skillet read more

We went to Juicy-0 about a month ago, 1st time we've been is a few years, 1st issue was the waitress, she had very long black hair with 2 long curls hanging from either side of her temple, I looked at all the other who worked in this restaurant and they all had their hair up and off their face, this waitress was completely out of the norm for food service, when I brough it up to her her cocky answer to me was I don't have to do what the others do, when she brought out a try of food one of the curls that were hanging off her face was bouncing off the food on the try she was carrying. Juicy-O is a spot that is full of surprises. Which is interesting given it's exterior. As they say, however, you should never judge a book by it's cover. Perpetually on the lookout for a new breakfast spot to try I finally made it into Juicy-O (after having driven past more times than I'd like to admit while returning things to Amazon via Kohl's...). Upon entering you immediately know you're in for a different kind of dining experience: the decor. I thought I was a big fan of memes but this place takes it to a whole new level! It's not bad, just very different from what you'd expect. Another thing that can't go unseen is the donut cooking area... intriguing to say the least! After being seated we took to the menu and ordered some usual items (pancakes and Eggs Benedict). To our surprise, just a few minutes later, a small bowl of fresh donut holes arrived at our table, compliments of the house. Free donuts are delicious... free, FRESH donuts are HEAVEN. The rest of our meal followed suit: tasty and good-sized portions that required us to depart with a doggy bag. All this was served by a wait staff that was friendly and inviting in an atmosphere that was very chill and relaxing. In fact, there were several couples that appeared to be there to just sip coffee and that made complete sense to me. Places like Juicy-O are the perfect reinforcement for exploring new restaurants whenever given the chance. The food here is decent. I always order the same thing and i usually order pickup. I'd say at least 15 times since I moved to the area I have ordered here and only 1 time was i given donuts. You get them free when you dine in and the meal costs the same so why are they not given with takeout orders? Do you need to request them? Juicy O's was our first real breakfast spot that we've tried in the area. My man mentioned Juicy O's a handful of times because of their vegan options, but I was never interested. The exterior of the restaurant looks dingy and run down, but I was pleasantly surprised with the interior! It is very welcoming and spacious. There are plenty of seating areas. There is a coffee station and a window where you can see where the donuts are being made. There is something for everyone on their extensive menu. Thankfully, they have a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans. I feel like that's hard to find at breakfast spots. Juicy O's offers more than oatmeal and veggie omelettes for the meatless eater :) I ordered ratatouille with potatoes and a side of pancakes. The ratatouille was wholesome and filling, and it's a great option for someone who wants a healthy, hearty breakfast. I'll skip out on the potatoes next time and I'll order toast on the side. I forgot the name of what my husband ordered, but it looks like fried green tomatoes and egg sandwich with tater tots. We did enjoy the tots! Our server was nice and she took good care of us. Gave this place another chance because Of the free donuts. Service was horrible, again! Waitress was obnoxious, quick speaking and served me water with things floating in it after she even noticed it. Asked for extra crispy hash browns got raw hash browns. They took them back and left me with no plate INSTEAD of saying let me get you a new order of hash browns while you eat the other items. So I sat there and watched my friend eat her extra crispy hash browns and waffle. Burnt toast was cold by this time the food came back out and so was my omelette. Last visit, went in at lunchtime, and the hostess tried to seat us at a horrible booth by kitchen door and in the back of staff table that was putting together tableware. Many other booths were open, so we had to simply say we wanted to sit elsewhere. Then our waitress, who clearly wanted her shift to end as she even said so, literally tossed 2 staws onto our table when we had asked for them. It was not the best experience that day.
