This storefront restaurant looks like a restaurant with Chinese or Vietnamese cuisine. When you walk in, it seems like you are boarding a ship. The wait was average for a Saturday night. Once seated, the waitress wrote her name on our paper tablecloth and encouraged us to add our name or a drawing to the wall using her sharpie marker. The seafood comes in a steam bag and the portions are large. If you order the King Crab, it is served in a boat. The seafood was wonderful and the sausage was seasoned perfectly. Was excited to try a Cajun seafood restaurant in BG. Unfortunately, not really into this place. For having a Cajun inspiration, I can say that I've rarely had blander food given to me. The menu doesn't have enough beyond the *star* attraction of the various seafood boils, and having tried the shrimp, crawfish, and mussels, the only positive thing I can say is the portion size is decent. But the flavor and seasoning of the food left me wishing for my home spice rack to make the seafood enjoyable. read more

Juicy Seafood seems more like a goal they will never achieve. We had takeout last night which included 4 baskets of catfish, scallops, oysters and shrimp. I would have settled for moist seafood but this food is unbelievably dry. Also the amount of breading practically hides the seafood altogether. read more

Love! Love! Love! This place was delicious! I'm originally from Texas, and my grandpa is from Louisiana, so anything Cajun and seafood is just perfect for me! It's difficult to find a good seafood place being in this area, and this place did not disappoint! I ordered the shrimp and crawfish. (The crawfish was a little small and not as juicy, but too be fair, they were not in the greatest of season). The shrimp, however, was so delicious! Good size also! I have never been so humiliated in my life! We went to Juicy Seafood on Campbell Lane tonight. We paid with our card and wrote $0.00 on the tip line. Same as we've done here before and numerous other places over the years. (We leave cash as a tip. It helps servers claim what they want.) The server, Kaiara G, comes back to the table with to-go cups and bags for the leftovers. She looks down and says "No TIP!!" and walks away. EVERYONE around us heard her! I was in complete shock! I get up and approach her two booths down and say "You just said no tip and walked away. We leave tips in cash." (I have the cash in my hand.) There was no apology! I then walk back to our table. She approaches our table and tells me I just approached her at her other table.....I stop her and say you approached us at ours. She continues to be very confrontational and My husband tells her to go away. Like why is she still at our table at this point. There is still no apology for her behavior. I wasn't rude when I tried to explain we were leaving cash as a tip. At this point I asked for a manager cause this was ridiculous. We're still trying to put our food in a bag to go. (Ours wasn't brought out in a bag but a ship looking thing) When my husband told her to go away she said "What are you going to do" Like really lady! Im presuming it was a manager came out and said sorry and like hugged me. She said she's new. I told her she needs to be fired. Then as my husband is trying to tell the woman to go away again another one says "Y'all are going to have to leave" Ok... we're trying to leave!!!! But never made the server get away from our table and she continued to cause issue and finally walked away! The server wanted to play the victim like she didn't just ruin our dinner out and make a scene because she thought we weren't going to tip her! My CHILD had to endure this treatment. The people around witnessed this. It was very unnecessarily embarrassing! It was the worst experience I have ever had eating out. When you pay $210.91 for dinner to feed 3 people you'd think you'd just ate a great meal and had a great experience but not at this restaurant! read more

I this new place a try with a friend during the soft opening. The food was fantastic!! As authentic and I've ever had outside the Bayou area. We ordered a combo meal and added smoked sausage. It was plenty of food for two people (although I could have eaten a combo alone it was THAT GOOD!). The crab cakes and hushpuppies were also delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed the food and service. I got the combo with mussels and crab leges. I loved the garlic, Cajun butter sauce and the potatoes were delish. I also liked that they have everything you need for eating seafood, even disposable gloves. It's nice to have somewhere besides Red Lobster for seafood. This restaurant was a nice surprise. The food was delicious. Fresh and hot. It took a little longer but it was well worth it. Our server, Eric, was great. The bar was a little distracting. Right after we came in, a group of three men came in being loud and very outgoing. We felt like the bar should have been better located rather than the front of the restaurant where family seating is close but all in all, a great experience. read more

There is nothing I can say bad!! I have even taken this to go 2 and the results are still fantastic!!! The service was good, I had the lb of shrimp and half lb of snow legs 2, substituting my corn for broc!!! You have to get the juicy seafood seasoning it's the best! Then you can also select the spice level you would like! For me that is the best bc I am very touchy w spice but I can still get the seasoning!! Excellent food! It's a casual dining setting that's clean and reasonably speedy service. The food was excellent. I had the combo E. With the juicy special blend seasoning. I had mine medium and it was kind of spicy. So choose wisely. It's pretty darn filling. So I'm not sure if I will have room for apps in the future. I ordered the oysters and they were also good. Great new restaurant in BG! I've been wanting to check this place out ever since I saw their menu from their other locations. I went today for lunch and ordered one dozen raw oysters and the clam chowder. The service was surprisingly fast! The oysters were very fresh and great size. This place is AWESOME! First time we went, we were kind of skeptical... we absolutely love it! Best place in Bowling Green to get some good seafood. I definitely recommend getting the juicy seafood special on the bagged boils. The staff is amazing and sooooo friendly. Very cool atmosphere. You are provided with gloves, bib and utensils, our lash server was and and you gentlemen who's name j cannot remember kendrell (maybe, sorry!) but your team is always friendly and checking in on their guests. There's a hand washing station for anyone to use. Great variety in menus and pricing. Just an overall super cool place to eat at! Make sure you sign the walls too ;) read more

Tonight was our first visit to Juicy Seafood, but it won't be our last. The service was good. It looks like most seafood places with a nautical decor - nothing fancy. I had the oyster basket with fries. The oysters were big and tasted great. And there were more than enough. My husband had the catfish basket with onion rings.
