Craving something sweet, I turned to Yelp to help me find what I needed. I stopped by after lunch for a treat. To my surprise, Juke N Jive Creamery offers so much more than ice cream! They have hot cocoa bombs, fudge, pies, cakes, and other desserts, all of which are made by hand. They also cater to several dietary restrictions such as dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free. I was welcomed by several customers that were seated at the counter and by Marcy, who was so kind to explain what kind of treats they had to offer, and how I could customize my selection with the number of flavored cones and toppings that are available. Service was timely and very helpful. The shop decor was lovely, full of bright colors. I chose the 2oz cup of Lavender Honey ice cream and I have to say that my only regret was not getting the biggest size they have! Many of the floral flavors (like lavender or rose) are difficult to blend, as they can sometimes taste like perfume or artificial. The lavender honey ice cream at Juke N Jive Creamery is pure perfection. It is well balanced- not too sweet and the perfect amount of natural lavender flavor. I'm delighted to have found this new dessert spot and I cannot wait to return and purchase a bigger portion of their lavender honey ice cream.... Maybe I'll try it in one of their lavender cones as well!

Ice cream here actually deserves the 5 stars but the customer service wasn't great so had to take 1 star away and really don't want to hurt this business but could rate it lower... Ice cream was very delicious and we loved the variety of cone flavors, it was my first time having a flavored cone and they all tasted pretty good. The ice cream was also delicious and everyone liked it!! My little sisters, who live in Georgia said they loved it and they wished they could have it every day. I was here on August 6th with my family, we were a big group so had to divide us in order to make the ordering process easier. I decided to be the last since my group was the biggest, when it was finally my turn, a girl named Dashia was going to take my order. For some reason as soon as I started talking to her she burst out laughing and tried to cover her face, me and my family looked at each other making face expressions of "what the frank is happening?" And she turned around, her colleague Desmin noticed there was something wrong and came and asked for our order instead of her, I asked him if there was anything wrong with the girl who was still laughing and he said she had to cough and kept coughing, not laughing. I let it go and he started my order, the whole time while we were there this girl kept looking at us as if we were clowns or a weird specimen of people and made us feel very uncomfortable. My step mother, who didn't speak English, kept asking me what was happening and what was wrong with that girl cause she made us feel really uncomfortable, we even decided to finish our ice creams on the way home instead of staying there until we were done. For my family, my step mother, my little sisters, I wished we had a better encounter with the personal since I was the one who picked this place and they all felt so uncomfortable. Ice cream wise, it was better than we expected!!

This place in Braselton is the cutest! You are truly time-traveled back to the sockhop 50's times with black and white checkers floors, chrome-accented seating and tables, and a stainless steel countertop while you listen to tunes off the old Juke Box. Employees serve you icecream dressed like soda jerks. The flavors here are so vast, they can appeal to anyone. They have you typical flavors like chocolate, elevated flavors like kettle corn ice cream, and even adult alcohol-infused flavors. You can get your ice cream in a cup, cake cone, or a variety of waffle cones. You can also sample the ice cream before you purchase it. Along with ice cream, they have milkshakes, fudge, sundaes, floats, and cakes. They have outdoor seating as well, everything is pink. During COVID they are open at 1PM, but you can order via DoorDash. I do not know how that would work, with ice cream, as we could go in, but had to leave and sit outside. Parking: private lot across the street from Houndstooth Grill and Ki-Rin Sushi in Mulberry Park area. Support this small business.

Peanut Butter ice cream in a chocolate waffle cone

This is a great little ice cream shop in Braselton, GA. All of their ice cream and waffle cones is made in-house. The scoops are generous. I ordered peanut butter ice cream with a chocolate waffle cone. The ice cream was fantastic with ribbons of peanut butter streaming through the frozen dessert. If you're looking for a spot for dessert, definitely check this place out.

So cute tucked away in Braselton, felt like an old soda counter. We had ice cream in a waffle cone and bowl. I had the lemon cheesecake and my husband had the caramel crunch. Both really good and creamy. Come was also good. Will be back

Great experience at this local ice cream shop 7-1-2020. They have several flavors and will allow you to sample some. We arrived right before closing and the staff were friendly and patient as if they'd just opened. I sampled the biscoff cookie, which was delicious and had plenty cookie pieces. I wanted the brownie sundae though so I ordered that. The worker asked if I wanted salted caramel or caramel crunch instead of the vanilla ice cream that comes with it. I sampled the caramel crunch, which was good but I wasn't sure how I'd like the crunch with the brownie so I just stick with the vanilla. I didn't sample the salted caramel since I'm not a fan of the flavor in general. The brownie sundae was amazing! The brownie tasted buttery and homemade. The guy indeed gave me extra caramel. he even drizzled some on top as you can see in the picture. The ice cream and everything was terrific. I can't wait to return when I'm back in the area. This was definitely an unexpected treat!

I would have taken a photo but I ate it too quickly and realized I needed to leave a review. Oh well. We all enjoyed everything and we were in a group of 6 and everyone got something different. We just happen to be there during a kids birthday and it made it really loud but we're used to the noise having two of our own. I found out about juke n jive through the Gwinnett chamber I believe. I stopped here after work. I bought the bourbon salted caramel. I enjoyed the flavor but I was never a fan of chocolate chips. You can taste the bourbon, but not so much of the salted caramel. You do get a lot of chocolate chips in every bite. I bought quite a few stuff for my families. I'm excited to try the peach cobbler topping that comes in a little half pint. Worst experience ever ! Ordered ice cream and shakes for my 4 daughters. Upon receiving one of my daughters complained that her shake had a metal taste. Once examined it had metal shavings. We took it to who we assume was the owner and all she said was " dont know how that happened " and asked to remake it ( which we declined ) then instead of refunding our money for that shake, she presents a hand written Free Shake card, like we will ever visit again! This may be a one off issue but honestly receiving a contaminated product with less than caring ownership means no business from us ever again. read more

Our first visit yesterday after a yummy lunch out. Talk about icing on the cake! As our friend said, "This just might be the best ice cream I have ever had," and we all agreed. She even bought a pint to take home! The ice cream is made in-house and is so creamy and flavorful with no fakey-looking colors. What a treat! The staff were fun and knowledgable and very helpful. We learned we could sample any or all flavors so I suppose you could just sit at the counter all afternoon and indulge! A huge plus was the owners coming in while we were there so we had a nice chat with them about their operation and possible franchising. We wish them the very best! However, I think this Tea Top does whatever and sources the cheapest version of every tea they can find. I tried three drinks here. 1) signature alpine green milk tea does not taste aromatic and refreshing like it is supposed to. Tastes like ordinary green tea. 2) taro milk tea uses purple taro flavoring and makes the drink too sweet, unlike the taro milk tea at other two tea top locations that use real taro. 3) oolong milk tea, once again, does not have a strong tea flavor. Tastes like all sugar even though I got 30% sugar. Oolong is supposed to be creamy and nutty or roasted but instead it just taste like sugar water. Puts the Tea Top brand to shame. Corporate needs to investigate to be honest, because I'm pretty sure they have standards for their tea but this tea top just buys cheapest third party possible. Not to mention how rude the staff was.

The parking here is a little hectic as it's beside a Publix, hair cut spot, and Buffalos restaurant. So you may have to park super far away at times as it gets filled up fast. My go to drink here is the grapefruit green tea as it's the best drink in the world. I miss the tea top that was in johns creek, as this is probably the closest one to me now. I been hitting this place up regularly weekly since it's a peaceful and beautiful drive through lake Lanier bridges to here. Staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this place if you want some bubble tea!

I walked in and told the person at the register just that and asked for them to tell me what it is. And the look on their face was stunned and unsure of what to say. Indeed I was told that milk tea was tea, fructose and dairy. Well, yes I know that, but how is it different or what suggestions on what to try. Their coworker stepped into the breach and explained a little more and while it was slightly more helpful it was not really. How can you have milk tea and not use milk but non-dairy milk? It's Milk Tea. I ended up ordering the black milk tea. Do you want boba? With no explanation of what it is and why it's so great. No I don't want boba. I am underwhelmed by the service abs the product and not really interested in returning. And the cost for it is $7 with tip. For tea, whole milk and fructose. I hope that the persons helping me tonight take it upon themselves to be better salespersons of what they sell especially when someone comes in brave enough to tell them they don't know anything about their product and would like to try it and learn more about it. I brought my daughter here to kill time before her doctor appointment as her Pediatrician is across the road. I was shocked at how awesome this place was. It was no baskin robins. They have adult favor ice creams/ cakes/ floats/ popsicles all home made. The 50s style is super cool and we all liked it.
