It's just sad, for years this was an amazing place. At some point during the summer the owners seem to have abandoned this location to let the children run it. They care always out of various flavors for weeks at a time now. The employees aren't friendly, and they increased prices. read more

We just happen to be there during a kids birthday and it made it really loud but we're used to the noise having two of our own. I found out about juke n jive through the Gwinnett chamber I believe. I stopped here after work. I bought the bourbon salted caramel. I enjoyed the flavor but I was never a fan of chocolate chips. You can taste the bourbon, but not so much of the salted caramel. You do get a lot of chocolate chips in every bite. I bought quite a few stuff for my families. I'm excited to try the peach cobbler topping that comes in a little half pint. I can't wait to try everything in this cute little ice cream parlor! I highly recommend this place for families and friends. read more

We came for their multiple dairy free options (one in our party has food allergies) and the liquor-infused ice cream. Unfortunately, they no longer serve the "adult" ice cream. Worst experience ever ! Ordered ice cream and shakes for my 4 daughters. Upon receiving one of my daughters complained that her shake had a metal taste. Once examined it had metal shavings. We took it to who we assume was the owner and all she said was " dont know how that happened " and asked to remake it ( which we declined ) then instead of refunding our money for that shake, she presents a hand written Free Shake card, like we will ever visit again! This may be a one off issue but honestly receiving a contaminated product with less than caring ownership means no business from us ever again. read more
