Ice Cream & Cookies in the same place??! Served by a staff with a friendly face.
    Ticia Y.

Still a little surprised that an ice cream place opened up directly facing another treat-spot at the Mulberry Park entrance ... but wait! This one has COOKIES! Bright, clean interior with super friendly staff, but it's a narrow space and the placement of the cash register in between the Marble Slab ice cream side and the Great American cookie side makes for customer-collision, as trying to order an ice cream, along with cookies makes for a bit of confusion. Having just opened, it was busy, but the staff moved everybody along efficiently, and the cookies and cream milkshake /swoon, so delicious, and because they'd accidentally made too much, they offered me and my pals the extra in separate cups. The cookies are good too, a bit on the pricey side, so a dessert-run can add up in $$$ quickly.

Looks better then I could have ever imagined! Thank you Katie!

The staff & management are lovely. They are friendly, professional, kind, & community-minded. I spoke to the manager & cashier over the phone before visiting the store & the phone equities blew me away. I talked to Katie, the decorator asked detailed questions about the design I had in mind. The manger was more than willing to discount the product to help me bless some deserving people. When I picked up my cookie cake, I was blown away by the kindness of Marleigh. She went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She showed me the cake before I paid to make sure I liked it. Wow, Katie, the decorator did a fantastic job! She captured exactly what I had in mind. If you want a cookie cake from Great American Cookie, skip the mall locations and drive a little further to this Braselton location, you will not be disappointed!

Terrible. I got a number cake and paid $65 and it looked terrible. The icing job was not good and the cake itself was tiny.

I've also had PB bookmarked for quite sometime...so I blame my eagerness for the failed group runway photos. Lol I placed my order at 5 AM for an 8:15/8:30 AM pickup, and they still managed to pack everything like they were preparing it for royalty. Let mama break it down for you! Berry Tart: This tart walked in looking like it pays rent. Gorgeous, glossy, and so pretty I almost apologized before cutting into it. Clients loved it. My kids loved it. Strawberry Soft Cream Cake Slice: My 2‑year‑old (CEO of Strawberry Obsessed Galore) approved immediately. Every layer had actual thick strawberry pieces, not those sad little bits that makes you wonder if there were even strawberries in here or just mushed up pieces... Sweet, creamy, NOT overly weak and a total show‑off. We devoured it. Fruit Pastry & Raspberry Fruit Bite: Flaky pastry + custard + fruit = the holy trinity. These two didn't miss. They understood the assignment and executed flawlessly. Curry & Crab Croquette: I'm team CRAB croquette. It was loaded, crispy, and basically winked at me. My colleague, however, acted like the curry croquette was a spiritual experience. Pretty sure his eyes rolled to the back of his head..HAH. Both are winners! Pepperoni Pizzetta: My 4‑year‑old took one bite and immediately rejected Papa John's. That's the entire review. Case closed. Iced Sweet Green Tea: This one... was not it. It tasted like coffee that borrowed someone else's filter. We'll just leave it at that. Now, let's talk service: They open at 7 AM, and somehow had my entire order made, warmed, packed, organized, and ready in just over an hour..while other customers were inside, AND they helped me load everything into my car. My short notice didn't even make them blink.

I've been wanting to visit Château Élan Winery & Resort for a few years now, so I was really…read moreexcited when my husband surprised me with a two-night stay. The night before our trip, I made the mistake of reading reviews and started to feel a little skeptical, but by then, it was too late to cancel. I'm actually glad it was, because our experience turned out to be a great one. When we arrived, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. At check-in, we were told the last wine tour started at 5:00 p.m., and it was already 4:45. I asked if we could go the next day (Monday), and the front desk agent assured us we could, saying they were open daily from 12-6. After settling into our room, we headed to Louis' House of Bourbon. The food was decent, but the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit. The next day, however, we found out that the wine tours and tastings were actually closed on Mondays, which was disappointing given the information we were told at check-in. Still, we didn't let that ruin our trip. We went out to a nearby steakhouse for dinner and returned to the resort for drinks at what had quickly become our favorite spot, Louis'. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff, Manny, Anya, and Cole were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and really elevated our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Decided to have my annual girlfriends' trip here. IT WAS SOOO BAD!! I was actually embarrassed by…read morethe conditions. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk manager, he (Stacey Lawrence), he assured me my complaints would be taken care of. This "professional" ghosted me and lied to my credit card company that all issues were resolved. He asked me not to post reviews until the issues were handled. Im in the process of disputing the charge now. We booked a 3 bedroom villa, that, as I was told, had been recently renovated (NOT). My villa issues were: 1. They did not tell us the villa was offsite and there was never any parking when we needed to go onsite. There was 1 shuttle available to service everyone. We were always late for events. 2. The villa was not clean. We found multiple earring backs and glitter was all over the place. 3. The microwave over the range was broken so they placed tape on it and had another microwave sitting on a counter. 2. There was a very old air conditioning unit inside one of the rooms. It was to help cool the entire villa. The knobs on it were broken so it was either on (meat looker) or off (sauna). 4. I moved a trash can in a bathroom. There were cobwebs attached and spiders made a mad dash (I guess no one cleans the bathroom). 5. There were NO robes in the villa. Advertising says 2 robes per room. 6. One remote control worked all tv and the one remote had tape holding the batteries in, you could see the dirt on the tape. 7. No price list for snacks in the mini bar. I asked housekeeping for it and was told I'd have to get it from the front desk. 7. We had to make a grocery store run for paper towels and toilet tissue and water (1/2 roll was available and tissue was actual hard paper, water was Kirkland brand purified water). 8. No comp wine from the winery with no wine fridge (in a winery villa). Other area issues: 1..The website does not let you book anything for more than 2 people. I was told this by a staff member after calling and being on hold for 32 minutes. 2. I booked a spa day for 5 over the phone, when we got to the spa, I was told I was quoted the wrong pricing (I SAW pricing online AND called to book what I saw, with no issues). 3. The waiter at the Marc didn't ask us about food allergies. When we asked if there were nuts in the bread, he stated he would have to ask the chef. He came back and said the chef didn't know what was in the bread because they did not bake it onsite. 4. THERE WERE ROACHES AT THE MARC RESTAURANT (other guests took pictures of them). 5.Someone charged their breakfasts to my villa. I had to prove it was not correct by showing I had receipts for breakfasts for 5, offsite. After going over all of this (and more), no one at Chateau Elan would return my calls. I saw a LinkedIn post on Chateau's page from someone asking for a call back. I see this is the way they do business. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Chateau Elan DID respond to them an told them all of my issues were resolved by the time I left, which was not true. I had girlfriends that needed to get to the airport and was told I would be able to resolve my issue later. All that to say, Chateau Elan is not what they advertise to be. The food is mediocre and overpriced, the customer service is horrendous and the overall experience was definitely a thumbs down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that has really experienced luxury. They are only "luxury" in price. This is a scam. Oh, and they only grow muscadines, thats how they are able to use the word "winery". THIS IS AN OVERPRICED, OVERHYPED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, event hall.
