I didn't want to hop on the 1-star bandwagon, but this was just ridiculous. The cookie with frosting that I was given was old and stale. When I split it in half, the frosting bits fell off of the cookie. The frosting shows that the cookie may be a few days or a week old. There were also a VERY slim options of cookies since almost all of them were gone. The store wasn't busy, so it didn't seem like there was much of a reason to have a barren store. read more

The worse customer service I have encountered! A friend had a cookie cake delivered - it was left at our front door. No seal on the box! Bugs got inside. I called the store and the manager kept insisting the box was locked (the cardboard tabs were pushed in) and it was Door Dash's fault. I explained that a company has to take responsibility for not sealing the food item! To make a very long story short I was hung up on and now they will not pick up my call! I ordered a sugar cookie cake covered with a white bottom layer of icing and the Happy Birthday message on top of the layer. It is written clearly on the instructions that they themselves wrote up while I was in the store yesterday. When I came to pick up the cake today, there wasn't a white bottom layer - no white icing on the cake at all. I didn't have time to come back, so I reluctantly said that I would just take home some white icing in a separate container and we could put it on the cookie ourselves. After the guy who worked there made calls to get approval, he was still trying to charge me $5 for the extra icing! I questioned it, so he had to made another call to see if he could remove the charge. Then when he rang me up, he was charging me $9 more than what I was quoted yesterday because he said it was a sugar cookie. I told them they could keep the cake and left. Never again! read more

I was super disappointed tonight when I went in to get my kiddos ice cream. My youngest son is allergic to peanuts and normally when I go to any ice cream place all I have to do is ask that they use a clean spoon (one that's not in the communal water to scoop him some ice cream) and the girl behind the counter refused to do so. My cookies were supposed to be ready at noon. They finally had them ready at 1pm. It was not fresh like most cookies we get. This is the 2nd time I have had problems. The last order was incorrect - they put a football instead of a baseball! and my husband had to wait for them to redo the cookie. Another lady came in today to pick up her cookie and they did not have it either. She had to wait around as well and it was even supposed to be done the day before and she called to make sure it was ready. . I'm not sure how they are going to stay in business. Updating my review after horrible service. I went in to order a cake for my husband's birthday. Employee wasn't wearing a mask. That alone is disappointing right now. But I looked past it and ordered the cake and even paid ahead of time. Went on the day it was due to be picked up and they are closed before 5pm! The staff & management are lovely. They are friendly, professional, kind, & community-minded. I spoke to the manager & cashier over the phone before visiting the store & the phone equities blew me away. I talked to Katie, the decorator asked detailed questions about the design I had in mind. The manger was more than willing to discount the product to help me bless some deserving people. When I picked up my cookie cake, I was blown away by the kindness of Marleigh. She went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She showed me the cake before I paid to make sure I liked it. Wow, Katie, the decorator did a fantastic job! She captured exactly what I had in mind. Not what it used to be. Got an ice cream in a cone and it was so melted the workers put it in a cup. Took it outside to my girlfriend and it was more like a soup than ice cream. Went back inside and the employees agreed that the ice cream was completely melted but said they can't do a refund without the manager there and can only make a new one if I pay for it. The cookie cakes here definitely aren't what they used to be. I haven't ordered one from there in about a year, with COVID we haven't really had an occasion for one, but I ordered one today and it was surprisingly disappointing. I'm afraid the new management here isn't going to provide the standard of service and quality of goods that we've grown accustomed to receiving previously. It's such a shame. I picked up a cake from them and picture I wanted on it was done wrong , there was a finger print in the cake, and my kids name was spelled wrong. I went back in to get the to give my money back but they would not do that. The guy was like, I can fix the name on it. I wish I could give this place a negative score! Purchased the largest cookie cake they have to serve my guests for Christmas. Picked it up Christmas Eve but didn't eat it until Christmas Day. It was the worst cookie I have ever had! No one would eat it!! The chocolate icing tasted bitter and the cookie tasted old. Because of guests in out of town I couldn't return it until the 27th. No manager on duty. The girls working called their manager Shalih. After keeping us there for an hour he refused to refund the $53 I paid for the cookie cake. He offered a 20% discount on something else we could purchase. Seriously?? I wouldn't feed their cookies to my worst enemy!! Shalih got into a yelling match over the phone with us & threatened to call the police on us. Oh & by the way I have a broken arm & this is how they treat a first time customer. I will NEVER go back there & recommend that you stay far, far away!! Not only are the cookie cakes horrible but it's the worst customer service. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately we've given this establishment our last try. We will order from another location in the future. While the product is great the service isn't. One three different occasions we have ordered cookie cakes online from them and all three times it has not been ready for pick up when we arrived. Yesterday my son drove there to pick up our order and was told it wasn't ready and he would have to return an hour and a half later. There were three other customers in the store trying to pick up orders that were also not ready. While I realize things happen, for this to occur three times tells me there is a problem. A phone call to the customer to inform the orders are not ready would be nice. We live 15 minutes away so it's an inconvenience to get there and then be told to come back later. Do not continue offering an online ordering option if you aren't committed to having orders ready on time. We've ordered well in advance of the time needed for custom orders. Website says 2 hours. Each time we've ordered at least a day or more in advance. Do not tell the customer they are too early for pickup, implying this is somehow their fault. We have our confirmation with the proper pick up time on it. At least apologize instead of just saying it's isn't ready. Provide better customer service! read more

My aunt who is a local highly recommended me to come so on my visit we made it. It's very clean inside. The customer service is amazing. Since it was my first time here I was unsure what cookies to buy. The girl helping us has a lot of patience with me especially when I kept changing my mind. There was also a tray of samples on the counter. I tried the red velvet and it was delicious. My aunt had the brownie and loved it, someone else had cheesecake and had no complaints. Depending on the amount of cookies you buy you are eligible to get cookies for free. We bought 5 cookies and got 1 for free. Also if you check in on yelp you get a free cookie as well. So far, I've tried the original chocolate chip cookie (it has M&Ms), white chocolate macadamia, and cookies n creme. My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie. The cookies are all soft and moist. So I came in today to get some cookies and redeem a 5.00 award I had accumulated. I picked my cookies and told the man ( who I think is the owner) I had a 5.00 reward I wanted to redeem. He asked me if I had the new app, I said no. I asked him if I had to download it right now because I had my dogs in the car. He said no.... then said that if I didn't I would not get the 5.00 off. I said never mind and left. This was not the first time he would not let me use my reward. The last time Ahad a promo going if you bought 6 cookies you got 2 free. He told me that time, he was there to make money and that he was already having to give me free cookies. When I got home I downloaded the "new" app and it was supposed to transfer previous points.... well guess what, it transferred 11 points but not the previous earned 5.00. Due to the 2 poor customer service experiences I can not say that I will be back.... To earn a 5.00 award I spent around 75.00 at his establishment..... on cookies!!! I'm pretty sure my husband and I are keeping this place in business! We hate to admit but we come almost weekly! The ice cream is amazing. The banana pudding is my favorite and my husband loves all the classic flavors like strawberry and mint. You gotta try mixing in the great American cookie pieces! The cookies are baked perfectly!
