That woman is telling someone else what happened and I tried to show her and tell them I needed the amount credited back. She became rude and told me to just wait a minute. Then she tells me it was not approved and that there is nothing they can do about it. That it's on me now. I again tell them that I need this credited back as I am not paying four times for one meal. Again, I am basically told it isn't their issue. I ask who I can call back at the restaurant to discuss and I was told that if I had an issue with the charges to call the card companies. This was just ridiculous. I am filing dispute claims as well as looking into a BBB claim as well. If you go here bring cash.
