    Fresh made Wreath
    Robert P.

Such a wonderful experience picking our tree from Julian Christmas Tree Farm. Everyone there is so nice and a pleasure to talk too. We pick up a beautiful tree and a custom wreath too. We have bought trees from small family farms all over So California, and this is by far our favorite. We will be coming back next year!

Great visit today! We found the perfect tree and had the full Christmas experience. Thank you, Mike for taking such great care of us & to the whole family for being so welcoming. See you next year! (Or maybe next weekend if we're bored haha!)

My family and I were up in Julian and stopped in at "The Warm Hearth" shop where they had this amazing Christmas tree. They told us where they got it and we had to stop by. When we arrived at Julian Christmas Tree Ranch, we were greeted and knew immediately the customer service would be great. It felt like small town tree shopping, which I grew up around. We were offered a beer, cider, water or fireball. They had great trees, cut from the top of trees in the mountains. And we found a "white fir" which is beautiful! They tied it on top of our car for us too! No more Home Depot for trees. We will always come here for our Christmas trees! Very happy! Thank you guys!

We had sooo much fun today getting our Christmas tree at the Julian Christmas Tree Ranch. We found the tree Ranch on Yelp. It is family owned and operated. It was about 1 1/2 hours drive. So worth it. We were greeted by C.J. (Young man in the green T-shirt in our pictures). So knowledgeable and animated. Met the Mom and Dad and sons. Warm and friendly. Can't wait to go back next year. Pie in Julian afterward. It's 2018 now. We just left Julian Christmas Tree Ranch with AGAIN the most beautiful tree. It is appropriately named "the just one more" tree. Thank you so much to MIKEY and his brother for cutting one last tree this morning. It took less than 90 seconds to recognize our tree. If you cannot get there this year makes plans to go next year. The family that owns the tree farm are warm and welcoming. The trees are fresh and beautiful. Heading home with smiles and our " just one more" tree. Here is a picture of our beautiful Christmas tree. Really tall. Angel is doing a back flip. Just couldn't cut any off the top. See you all next year. Have a Happy and Healthy 2019. Here we are again and again we found a beautiful tree. Thank you Eric for you help. We looked at two trees. The second one was a keeper. TheJulian Christmas Tree Ranch is a true gem. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Julian Christmas Tree Ranch is a warm and inviting place ran by a great family. Please keep in mind the negative reviews from said users listed (Nicole B, John B, Abraham K, and Jen W) were written by these folks after they were caught trespassing, violating and playing in snow on an elderly woman's property. These awesome people threw a nice tantrum when asked to leave her property, but they forget to mention that. Ultimately let's hope other users are intelligent enough to see past this idiotic banter from said individuals and focus on reviewing the business, which these silly accusations have nothing to do with. Julian Christmas Tree Ranch is an old mom and pop business with beautiful white fir trees harvested from Volcan Mountain. Stop by and grab a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the mountain scenery and find your Christmas tree.

Really nice trees from a really nice family business! Very friendly and helpful in every way. The trees are also cut in a sustainable manner that does not kill the tree. Worth the trip up to Julian! We will be back next year!

This place was great. The people who own it were very cool. They were really interactive to me and my kids. Our tree is beautiful and full. They gave us all the info on how to care for it.

This is the second year we've visited the Family Christmas Tree Farm looking for a Christmas tree last minute. Same as last year, we were not sure if we were going to get a Christmas tree since years past it has been an ordeal purchasing, transporting, cutting and placing the tree. But my hesitation is mainly that I'm in an arm cast second holiday/Christmas season in a row, making it extremely difficult for me to help out and leaving all the hard work to hubs. I'm so blessed he's all mine! I love Christmas and of course need a Christmas tree regardless of the situation... so when I say, let's go take a look and see what trees they have, the hubs is all aboard! Located out in El Cajon it is not terribly far away, about 20 min give or take. Each time we've visited, it's been in the evening, not extremely packed busy, a consistent flow of customers coming and going. Our first visit, I didn't know what to expect. It's not a huge Christmas tree farm, big enough to have a good selection of different trees of all sizes. Pre-cut and cut your own. I don't know what it is, maybe under the evening light, the snow flocked trees stood out like a shining star! Two years in a row, we bought a snow flocked tree, last year a Douglas fir, this year a Noble fir and both at an incredible price! Granted, it was the week before Christmas, the trees were both only $99! I loved our first tree last year, but I love this year's tree even more! We came, we saw, I found my perfect tree in under 10 minutes! We both walked around the cut trees and I just knew which one I wanted, but we both made sure there wasn't another that looked better. About 7-8' tall, he was fluffy, evenly spaced branches, perfectly straight center stem at top, he was the one! The process was super simple and fast, all done and ready to go home with 5 minutes! We took our tree tag and paid for it. Next we found an employee that removed the base (optional rebar stand if you want to keep it), bagged our tree and placed it in our car (Tesla MY) and it fit perfectly! We trimmed the trunk base and up it went! With some minor adjustments, we had our Christmas tree all set up! Smoothest year so far! This year's tree was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous! Simply the best! The small entrance fee seems appropriate. A fun seasonal activity.

It is located in Valley Center, so be prepared for your trek. I always go with plenty of snacks, food and water. Having celiac means the food tents will not have options for any food restrictions, but maybe if you're lucky you can get a lemonade for $13 or something. Be prepared to shell out exorbitant amounts for any purchases. The pumpkin patch is a great place to get fall pictures, but the prices are wild. The rides are about $5 each for a minute or two. The bounce obstacle course was $5 for three times running through. It was unreasonable. The gift shop sold the cheapest temu crappy toys for $20!! Buy you're own toys at Walmart and bring them with you to keep the kids happy. I can buy junk on my own. The nuts and candy and dried fruits are probably the only thing I am ok with buying. It's about the price of Sprouts or Whole Foods. I'll usually buy my kiddo a treat and steer him away from the insanity of the price tags of the crappy toys and we're good to go. I buy my pumpkins at target though.
