When we got to the front desk, they refused to accommodate us. The receptionist said she would "go ask the manager," but the time spent doing that could've been used to actually start our services. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no effort to make a birthday visit feel special. We ended up leaving without getting our hair done. I was due for a cut so I decided to look for someone to help me and I found Christina on the DevaCurl website. I'm so happy I contacted her. She is an amazing person and super down to earth. Before she even touched my hair she had me fill out a paper with the things I used to style my hair, my hair texture and what I expected to get out of this experience. This was a first for me. Once I sat on the chair she examined it and asked how much I wanted cut. I thought my hair needed a big chop so I asked if 3 inches were enough to make my hair look healthy and she was surprised, she said she just needed to cut about 1 inch to achieve that. OMG!!! Usually hair stylists cut much more than I ask but not this time. Onces she cut my hair, thought me how to wash it and what products work well with it. She also thought me of the products I should use to style it. I'm super happy with the results. Now my hair has volume, shape and it's super easy to style.
