Alas, I was a few minutes late, my fault. Once again, it was a super fast hair cut. It was then I realized: this salon overbooks. They only allow 45 mins for a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. I was promptly kicked out of my chair at 43 mins into the appointment with halfway wet hair. Very bizarre. I guess when I think of the "salon" experience, I don't think of speed. Again, partially my fault this time since I arrived a bit late, but I still think there are major flaws in their scheduling and quality.
