I came in with fairly new glasses that I purchased elsewhere (I have complained that I can not see very well with this new prescription that I got at The South Bend Clinic. After months of excuses, I gave up and started wearing my old prescription). I am so glad that Sean and Nick adjusted the glasses so I can see again. They changed my eye pads, readjusted how the frames were sitting on my ears, and realigned how the bifocal and eye pads sat on my nose. What a miracle! I would definitely recommend going to this location. The personnel know what they are doing. I also noticed better quality and selection of frames. The eye doctors where I am need my records faxes to them. When I tried the option for eye emergency, because it is, I get transferred to voicemail again. No one ever answers any option except emergency, and they transfer you to a voicemail. Find someone else if you expect follow up or aid with issues after your surgery is done.
