They behave as if they're doing you a favor. I've learned my lesson. I will not support chauvinist or caveman behavior. Just staring at a monitor and walking about like robots. You can earn degrees, build a business, be intelligent but you must learn customer service. I'll go back to the library and find another printing company. The staff need a course in people skills.
