After seeing a similar image on a shirt a friend had procured at a 'night market' in Taiwan for $2, the the rarity of this artistic vision had to be mine. I digitized a version with Illustrator and shopped around online for t-shirteries across the globe. Ideally, I intended to use someone local, such as Branded or CustomInk. I contacted my friend Dylan who works with Branded to help find the best possible deal for the minimum amount I desired to keep the price reasonable. Even with my day-long search of screenprinters in various regions across the U.S. or even overseas, I was crossing my fingers that I could make it happen locally. Reno has no shortage of great graphic designers, and I am pleased that we have several screenprinting entities to choose from. I would say that gal assigned to my order, Tatiana, was very positive and incredibly helpful in fulfilling my many requests and queries. After designing the graphic, I was able to upload and play with the image and choose from a variety of tank tops and t-shirts via their website to create a mock-up to help visualize the final product. We altered my quantities and sizing before settling and viewing a final proof, and I paid for half of the order, with the option to and pay the remainder upon pick-up. This is a nice feature to begin the production of your items with the chance to give a final approval to ensure all is as desired. I placed the order on a Tuesday and received an e-mail that they were ready for pick-up 6 days later, which was a bit earlier than quoted. I'm sure Branded can process rush orders as well, but since this was just a quirky shirt to satisfy my own fashion jealousies, the timing was a-ok. Ordered some custom embroidered logos on several different articles of clothing. First if all I was pleased with the flexibility to order a few polos, a quarter zip, vest and jacket. Most places require a minimum of so many of the same type of article, so this was why I originally chose them. The time it took to receive my order was very reasonable despite a small delay due to one the items I chose being backordered. When I received my items, they were all good quality, fit, and the logos loooked great. The price was very reasonable and I am happy with the value. Several colleagues have asked where I got my gear. Sad to say I'm very disappointed in the lack of service I received from This company. I brought in a memorial flag to have embroidered for a fallen officer. I asked how long it would take to be done, I was told 10 days. After 2 weeks of no communication I decided to call and check on the status. They apologized and said they would send a proof. I believe they completely forgot about me. So I said ok, no problem. They finally did send me a proof few days later. I asked for a minor change. They said no problem. Another 2 weeks go by, again no communication. I call again, they said they will send another proof as soon as they can. I believe they either forgot once again or didn't want to do the job. 4 weeks and they haven't even started the job! I decided to just get my flag and have it done elsewhere. I definitely won't use them again. I had ordered from them specifically because they advertised a quick turnaround and told me they could meet my deadline. The deadline was in the contract. They did not meet the deadline. They did not inform me in advance, that they weren't going to be able to meet the deadline. Only once I reached out on the day the shirts were supposed to be finished did they offer a fix for the problem. Unfortunately, that didn't work for me. The deadline was my deadline, for a reason. What was most upsetting, and the reason I will not do business with them again was that they didn't even apologize. If they had simply said "I am so sorry that we made this mistake. What can we do to make up for it?" I would not be writing this review. All said and done after I finally picked up the shirts. I asked again if they could compensate me for the mistake. They offered me 15% off my next order. Again no apology. I would rather pay more to use another company. read more

I was looking for a local screen printing shop years ago that was able to print on 2 shirts that I had a bought to wear for a 10k race. My search led me to Branded Screen Printing. I have seen Branded grow over the years. The first time I did business with Branded, their production was at a residential area. Fast forward to 2015, and they are now in a central location with plenty of sample merchandise to shop through in their Showroom. I am not sure how long they have been in their current location, but one thing I do know, is that every time I come see them, they just seem to keep growing. The Showroom is great because you are able to physically see the many apparel choices and other merchandise that they offer. The Showroom is clean and organized and is "branded" well with their red and white color scheme. As a graphic designer, I look for quality. Branded has always delivered on this. I design most of the art work I use which makes the process a lot easier whenever I order shirts or other merchandise from them. I am very specific when it comes to the quality of prints and Branded shares the same passion. If there's any issues, I can easily talk to them about it and they will fix it, no question asked.
