She and her assistant were gentle, piper seemed calm and she said she let her set the pace and whether she wanted to up or down on the table. She did the exact opposite of what we wanted (I wanted a round face and fluffy body and she did short snout and cut them too much on the body). She messed up both their faces and bodies. I would think after a few sessions with the same dogs, it'd consistent, yet she still butchered their groom. I understand she is probably very busy, but there's simply no excuse for charging a high price and providing bad grooms. I expressed my frustration and she wasn't very receptive. I do not recommend this groomer. Find a different groomer.

I had to seek another groomer. Unfortunately, the new groomer was in a camper with her own pets (maybe had fleas?) after grooming my pups had a bad case of fleas. Tried to treat them but they both had bad reactions to the treatment involving in one of them passing. Absolutely heartbroken! Will never trust a mobile groomer again,, especially since this was preventable!!!!

He snatched her out of my hands and said he usually takes 3 hours but if they are bad dogs he take 4 hours. So 4 and a half hours go by and he still hasn't called. So I gave him a call to check in on her and he gets angry with me and says "you don't need to call me to remind me to give your dog back. I'll call you when I'm done." so after 5 hours I go to get her because I've never heard of a groomer taking more than 5 hours for a bath and cut and he tells me that she is a super bad dog because I carry her around. First off, she's not bad. She's a puppy and she is trained if you talk to her calmly. Second, I only carried her inside because I knew I would need to take her leash anyways once I got inside so I just didn't take her with one. Anyways. So he goes on to say that she wiggles too much while she's being groomed and then he brings her out and SHES COMPLETELY BALD. Now mind you, I brush her everyday so she isn't matted or anything like that so there should have been no reason he needed to shave her bald. Not to mention she was terrified of him when I got her back. She whimpered and flinched when he went to touch her after I was holding her and then when I got home she flinched at anyone who came near her while she laid next to me and whined. He did something to make her scared and I don't know what it was but I will never be taking her back and I hope no one else lets him hurt their babies either.

Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! I hadn't left a review at the time because of how upsetting my experience was. I'll keep it short, my dog's nipple was cut and bleeding as if no guard was used on the clippers. I understand haircuts won't always be perfect, but her sanitary area was shaved too short and the overall cut was uneven. When I picked her up, I didn't see she was bleeding until I saw blood on her bed. After I notified the owner, she suggested that my dog did it to herself (even though she can't reach that nipple and she was wearing a cone when she got home) and then suggested that it looked like a hickey (extremely bizarre comment to make). I know my dog well and how well she does when she visits groomers. Every groomer before and after her visit at Going Mutts has always said she is well behaved and have no issues while cutting her hair. Anyway, Going Mutts ended up refunding me for the grooming which I appreciated.
