Once we got there, we shared what had occurred and they told us that if there was an issue, they would let us know-we understood and just hoped for the best. We figured just to shave him-he's got knots and matting. Lo and behold, we got a text about an hour later stating it was time to come and get and him. We showed up and he looked AMAZING!!! She did the exact opposite of what we wanted (I wanted a round face and fluffy body and she did short snout and cut them too much on the body). She messed up both their faces and bodies. I would think after a few sessions with the same dogs, it'd consistent, yet she still butchered their groom. I understand she is probably very busy, but there's simply no excuse for charging a high price and providing bad grooms. I expressed my frustration and she wasn't very receptive. I do not recommend this groomer. Find a different groomer.

I had to seek another groomer. Unfortunately, the new groomer was in a camper with her own pets (maybe had fleas?) after grooming my pups had a bad case of fleas. Tried to treat them but they both had bad reactions to the treatment involving in one of them passing. Absolutely heartbroken! Will never trust a mobile groomer again,, especially since this was preventable!!!!

She…read moredid amazing with her and she took her time was patient with her, which is very important to me. I trusted her with my baby and she's obviously took very good care of her. It was her first visit to the groomers and her first haircut so she could only cut her face her paws and her little butt, but she was shampooed. She got a blueberry facial. She was blown out so that she could be cut and she looks like a little lion now, but her hair is starting to curl up a little bit now on the top of her head so she's back looking like a little teddy bear.

Took my Doberman to get groomed and they gave me a package that would do good for her shedding…read more Charged me $120 which at first we thought was ridiculous but our dog wasn't gonna shed as much anymore within the next 3 months (so they said). I regret it so much and won't be taking her back here. This video was only 2 weeks after taking her to get groomed. The amount of hair that was still falling out of her wasn't normal at all if they did everything they said they did to help with the shedding. Took her into pets and palace today and paid $12 to wash her myself and now she's home and I rub my hand against her fur and there's little to NO hair on her. Learned our lesson and will from now on grooming her ourselves. The video of me rubbing my hand on her is from right now and I loved the results.

We needed somewhere reliable and appropriate for our dogs. This place is awesome. Like many others said, we came and took a tour of the facility and didn't even have to make an appointment. Everyone of the staff was amazing and Kiwi seemed to like it (she is cranky at times). We will be using these folks for a long time to come.
