Coworker ordered a patty melt and waffle fries with Italian spring rolls. I ordered basically a custom blackened salmon sandwich with only avocado on it and a side of waffle fries. I had a pretzel too. The pretzel was a bit weird for me; felt and tasted like a brioche bun which overall the idea seems amazing, but I want my pretzels exceptionally salty. The salmon was acceptable but realistically overcooked. The fries were amazing, quite possibly the best version of waffle fries I've ever had. Think of Arby's seasoned curly fries but in a waffle shape. Overall not a bad meal but not an exceptional one. I'd return if I had to revisit this area for work again.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Juliet's, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were met with a lackluster atmosphere that lacked any charm or character. The dim lighting and outdated decor did nothing to create an inviting ambiance. The service at Juliet's was abysmal. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and untrained, forgetting our orders and leaving us waiting for extended periods of time. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. We had to repeatedly flag down servers just to get their attention, and even then, they seemed annoyed by our requests. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Juliet's promised a range of culinary delights, but the reality fell far short of expectations. The dishes lacked any creativity or finesse. The appetizers were bland and unremarkable, and the main courses were overcooked and lacked flavor. The presentation was uninspired, and it was clear that little effort had been put into the preparation of the dishes. It was a sad excuse for a dining experience. To make matters worse, the prices at Juliet's were exorbitant considering the poor quality of the food and service. We left feeling utterly ripped off and unsatisfied. The lack of value for money was truly disheartening. I cannot recommend Juliet's to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The underwhelming atmosphere, subpar service, and lackluster food make this restaurant a complete letdown. Save your time and money and choose a different establishment that values its customers and takes pride in its culinary offerings. I recently visited Juliet's, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The staff seemed disorganized, and the general vibe of the restaurant was anything but welcoming. As I was seated, I couldn't help but notice the unprofessional demeanor of the manager. Instead of greeting patrons with warmth, they seemed more interested in looking down on customers and employees offering a condescending attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. The service was lackluster at best. Our server was slow to take our order and seemed distracted throughout the meal, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. It wasn't just the service that fell short--the food, while passable, didn't make up for the lack of attention or care that should be standard at any restaurant. The overall environment also left a lot to be desired. The ambiance felt cold and uninviting, with poorly lit areas and a general sense of neglect. For a dining experience, these factors are crucial, and unfortunately, Juliet's didn't deliver on any front. I really wanted to like this place, but given the combination of poor service, lackluster staff, and an unpleasant atmosphere, I won't be returning. If the management and staff don't make significant changes, I fear this restaurant won't be able to maintain much of a customer base for long. read more

My fiance & I went here for dinner on Valentine's Day this year. We ordered calamari for an appetizer - which they were out of, we were disappointed at first, but then we ordered the fried ravioli instead - which was superb! We were pleasently surprised with the quality of the ravioli. For our main course we ordered 2 of the surf & turf specials they had going on for v-day, which came with lobster tail and a nice large steak, a baked potato, and 2 glasses of champagne. It all married so well together. The lobster tail was buttery and delicious, and the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The meal was perfect. Absolutely delicious! Our only issue was the service. The dining room and bar was not that busy, and they seemed to have sufficient staff, but it was slow, which was irritating because we could clearly see them chatting away while we waited too long for our drinks. Our server was extremely friendly and kind, we just wished the staff as a whole would have worked better together. As stated previously, it wasnt that busy, so we saw no reason for slow service. All in all the experience was great, atmosphere was relaxing and romantic. We will be going back. read more

MY REVIEW COUNTS! i eat out every day and i always try new places. I wouldn't call myself a food critic but honestly i have a lot of experience eating. First off the inside of Juliets is really amazing. This place has a lot of character and isn't just some cookie cutter design. Tons of exposed brick and beautiful wood work. It was the perfect amount of old mixed with new. My server was extremely knowable and made sure my drink was always full. I also asked a lot of questions about different dinner options and my server exceed answering my questions. I love seafood and i always order it when i go out for dinner. Seafood is a good way to judge a restaurant and a chef.I had the salmon which was huge for the price and well worth every penny. I most be honest i really dont care if the price was more i was just looking for a good meal and wow was I happy! The fish was so fresh and flavor full. I honestly can say it was one of the best meals ive had. I have already booked a reservation to bring back my family to try the swordfish. read more

I reserved the loft area (which includes access to the outdoor balcony) for a private family memorial luncheon & they couldn't have been more accomodating. They service was attentive but not intrusive (Karen) & the food was very good. It's difficult dealing with a large group whose going to be hanging out for awhile (ended up being there 3 hours) but they were efficient. Had lemon water on the tables when we arrived, took drink orders as people trickled in (not waiting til everyone was seated), had breadsticks on the table to take the edge off. Having 2 family members in the hospitality industry, I appreciate these little details. Also the balcony was very convenient for slipping outside & worked great for the smokers in the group. Everyone in our 25 person party was very pleased with both the food & the service & made sure to tell me. We had our sons rehearsal dinner at Juliet's Tavern. The upstairs room was awsome and everyone loved it. The pizza was a little slow at first but soon caught up. The pizza was amazing and the wait staff was even better. They were so accomodating and very quick to serve. I would highly recommend this restuarant for events. We really enjoyed ourself and the staff let us bring in our own decorations and dessert. That was big! Thank you Juliet's staff for your friendly, excellent service. read more

Our experience with this restaurant was outstanding! The staff was very helpful, courteous, and cheerful. We met another couple there and we all found our food amazing. The chef makes unique soups that are really delicious. We all enjoyed the Shepard's Pie soup. The pasta and burgers were great too.
