We came here after a half day of school. We originally intended on going to Mt Playmore but it is closed on Tuesdays. Jump usa was 11 minutes away. It is just like jumpstreet with trampolines and dodgeball. They have separate play areas for kids 7 and under. It is clean and not busy. It is affordable (compared to other hourly places) and has free WiFi. We will be back again soon. read more

Compared to other trampoline places in Austin, this one is my new favorite. The kids (boys ages 14 and 12) chose the 5 star rating here. They loved the water ball ride. It is basically a huge hamster ball that they climb inside run around in in a pool of water. There are several balls and each kid can get there own if they want so they can bounce off each other. There is a bungee ride. My boys spent more than half of their 2 hour play time on the Dodge ball court. The staff were all very friendly. They interact and play with the kids. There is a decent concession stand, LOTS of seating for parents, clean bathrooms. There are several birthday party areas....2 of which I saw being used on this particular Saturday. My only gripe would be the music....too loud pop and rap....inappropriate lyrics for young ears. But maybe that's just me getting old. Lol. read more

This place is brand new (3 months), very big (half the old Sam's Club building), very clean (bathrooms too) and CURRENTLY very inexpensive ($35 for 4 kids for 2 hours no Groupon needed). Two huge dodge ball courts, 8 long jumping lanes AND they encourage (steps) you climb to the top of one side of the lanes and let you run down. I don't think the other places let you do that. They also have a separate 6 and under set of three long trampoline lanes for the little ones to not get squished by the bigger kids. Love love love this place so much!!! The owner is super sweet and friendly He acknowledges his customers very much to any questions or concerns, Very welcoming and professional! There's so much for kids to do here it's so fun I even wanted to jump in with my boys. Super super affordable I took my 3 boys and we didn't even spent more than 40$ for all 3 of them. 5$ to ride twice either on the inflatable monster ball or the bungee jumping per child. 3 stars for management canceling a booked party without notice. Beware of the free weekends. Ton's of kids, not much room to jump, extremely loud from the sponsoring radio station. Management did work with me and gave us a party room 30 minutes after our party time. Kids were not allowed to jump during that time, difficult to contain excited kids during that time. Poorly done by JumpUSA. I saw other parties with the same problem so must be a common occurrence. Staff did not know where to direct late party goers and parents had to point out that my child's name was on the b'day board. I could see some parents giving up. But the kids did end up having a blast and one child told me it was the most fun b'day party ever. So there's that. Just call and confirm a few days in advance if you have a party booked. read more

When we returned a few days ago, the place has taken a downhill turn. Equipment was stained and broken. There were leaks from the ceiling in several spots and large trash cans were used to collect the water. Hardly anyone was here. We stayed and played nonetheless. $6 for the 2.5 year old to jump on the trampolines all day. $5 for 2 additional activities like the bungee jump and water orbs. The place is huge with 4 jumping areas: main trampoline jumping area, kids jumping area, dodge ball court, and basketball court. The little guy wasn't interested in jumping on the large trampolines much today so we just put him on the bungee jump and water orb. He loved those. Had lots of fun there. Arcades were dated and some of the games had little ants crawling on them. The slide on the one bouncey they had could break a leg if you're not careful landing. Would have given this place 2 stars, but the employees helping on the bungee jump and water orb were super nice and sweet, I raised the rating to 3 stars. By the end of the 2 hours, we were ready to go. Our little man learned to flip on the bungee jump, laughed some, and had a fun day overall. Thanks Jump USA. This place is great! Lots of trampoline space AND they let grown ups jump! Something other competitors often don't allow. Reasonably priced, especially on their "specials" days (like Wednesday's;). My daughter loves the water roller ride thing, too. Great place to kill time and burn energy! read more

We were in Austin for a few days and came in the middle of a rainy school day, so there weren't very many kids here. However, this place is huge and accommodates for a wide range of ages. Two dodgeball courts, an indoor pool with floating balls you can roll around in, multiple areas for parties, bounce houses and a separate trampoline court for younger kids. They've got a decent concession stand and arcade games and extremely friendly staff. A great way to have kids run off energy for a good price. read more

I am so happy with how my sons birthday party turned out. The kids had a great time! There was so much room for us to sit and the host was so great! All the staff was so welcoming. We were running a bit late but luckily they had everything set up already, so we just came in and let the kids run wild. It wasn't crowded or too wild for everybody. Everything was perfect. I went to this place with My kids (2 and 5). They really love coming here. It's clean, well-run, reasonably priced, private party-room sections, gaming areas, snack corners. and I like Separate areas for under 7 and older kids. It is perfect place to spend time with children. read more

Horrible trampolines, they have patches everywhere, the trampolines are wore down, they have a huge kitty pool with inflated balls that you can go into but there is more chlorine than water in it which makes the place smell like YMCA. Huge waste of my money... this place needs to close down and redo there whole floor plane and get new trampolines... read more

Took my preteen and teen and they both had a great time! Plenty of space for both to have fun. There are also designated areas for younger kids, so it is safe and fun for everyone. Lot's of seating for adults (but I had quite a bit of fun jumping too). Definitely going again. read more

Prices were a little high, but not as high as other places I have been. Totally loved watching my niece do flips on the bungee bounce. Extremely clean, the staff was really nice. I love the setup. Only thing I didn't like was the music was replayed over and over. We were there a few hours and heard a few songs more than once. Great time, can't wait to go again. read more

Pretty bad experience at Jump USA. We booked my son's birthday party here, which was supposed to include, among other things, a free bungie cord jump ride. The staff informed us that the bungie ride option was no longer available with our birthday package, even though it was still clearly listed as available with our package on the web site that same day. We ended up having to pay extra for this ride out of pocket, despite our complaints, and the manager seemed to have no qualms about simply ripping us off. The only reason I went forward with it was to avoid disappointing my kid. Other negatives: - They got our pizza order wrong and charged us for three mediums instead of two mediums and a small. Also, instead of making pizzas in-house, they simply called Domino's pizza for delivery and then charged us double the Domino's rate. They even delivered the pizzas to us in the Domino's boxes. - While we were there, it started raining outside and the roof started leaking in several places. The kids thought it was all part of the experience, and we tried not to tell them otherwise. - When we finally did get our kids on the not-free bungie jump ride, the ride attendant ducked out and left our child completely alone. We returned to the ride to find him sitting there and waiting for at least five minutes with no one to unhook him from the ride cables. This place is a real fly-by-night money grab operation. Needless to say, I won't return. read more

Owners are on-site, but do not seem to coordinate parties well. Staff - child ratio is too low, restrooms were not clean, and the kiddie areas are not supervised well. Oh, and they do not notify you when they have free admissions on weekends (as they did this past weekend), so double-check before you pay to have your party. If you do have a party when there's free admission, do not expect your kids to jump at all. I do not like writing bad reviews, but this is poor management and others have to know. read more
