Designated little kid zone, 4 yrs & under. Very cute!
    Shawnae D.

This was our first visit and our kids LOVED it. It was my 6 yr old's birthday and they happened to have the day off school. Wanted somewhere special/different to take him that all three kids would enjoy (ages 2,3 & 6). There was definitely something for all ages & one specific structure for the little ones. I am happy we were there during the week, though, as I could see how it could get hectic pretty fast! Free wifi & comfy chairs for the adults. My only real complaint was that the bathrooms are QUITE far away and you have to pass the exterior entrance to go down a separate hall, so you could never let a little one go unsupervised. So, unfortunately (and inevitably), if one kid has to go potty, everyone had to stop playing to go along with them.

We attended the MSU vs. Oregon Ducks Men's game in January. MSU won which always makes thr visit great! As far as the facility: - Accessibility Access and Friendly. Parking, Complimentary Wheelchair, and accessible seating. - Seating is about 15K - Bathrooms are clean but lines can get long. - I couldn't provide any info on the food or drink as I didn't get anything. The student section is always rocking. The cheerleaders were great! They continually hyped up the crowd and gave away shirts by tossing into the crowd. Go Green and Go White traditions get the crowd into it. Which was needed as Oregon was playing like their hair was on fires. But the game turned around and MSU ending up winning! The legend Tom Izzo ending up tying the Big Ten record for W's (352) and shared it with Bobby Knight. Overall, great venue, great staff and parking is easy.

It's actually a really nice place on the inside and is primarily for the Flint ice hockey team, which yet again, I had no idea existed! You learn something new every day, right? After a long drive I found this place and wandered inside. Parking here's a little odd with a few different entrances and two separate lots. It reminds me of mall parking at Lakeside for some reason...don't ask. It was $5 to park which isn't that bad. Inside the main lobby is quite large with a big screen across the wall! there's three floors and my event was on the first floor. the main floor had the fly ball for dogs and I believe that's also where the actual ice rink is. I have no clue what's on the third floor. Probably offices. Anyway, it's a nice place in a part of town that could probably use the event space. They had a little snack area but I didn't get anything to eat our drink. Would return for other events in the future.

They have a gift shop that is extremely overpriced for the merchandise. VUP parking is available in the rear of the building for $5. The venue was clean along with the restrooms. Staff was friendly and armed security was plentiful making you feel safe (even though entry did not require a search or metal detectors). Good team with nice entertainment between periods. I would definitely return for a game but eat somewhere else prior or after.

As an alum I'm obviously biased, but I feel like the fans at Spartan Stadium are fun and respectful for the most part. That being said, the stadium itself has seen better days. It's a bit run down and crowded, and the signage/wayfinding is really terrible. We were wandering around forever trying to find our section, and it was tough to find anyone to ask. The security employees only said, "we don't work here, we just do security," which is fair, but we were frustrated. The section numbers and signage were confusing, but we finally found our seats. The ramps to get to the upper sections are steep, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. One big change from the last time I was at Spartan Stadium is that they now sell alcohol. Crazy! We bought a couple beers to celebrate this occasion. They were much more reasonably priced than I expected at $10-$12 per can. The crowds were not any more unruly than I remember, which I know was a concern with the addition of alcohol sales at the stadium. The seats are bleachers and not the most comfortable but our section wasn't packed, so we had some extra room. Section 109 was directly in the sun for the entire afternoon game, just something to note. It was HOT! Luckily we were able to move into a shaded section thanks to a friend who had extra tickets. If you're a Michigan State fan, I highly recommend trying to attend a game at Spartan Stadium. Go Green!

I will never buy a mixed drink from them again. Period. But my biggest complaint is this. All these sweet kids running around with balls and cards to be signed are completly and entirely ignored by players. I understand not spending 30 mins signing autographs, I really do. But at the very bare minimum, speak. " hey guys thanks for coming, sorry I can't sign anything right now." That's it. Takes two seconds. Instead these adults who you pay to see completely ignore the kids. It's sad. You're getting paid to be watched. The least you can do is speak, or wave. This is a great stadium. It's not as massive as an MLB stadium, but it's got the same big-time feel. It is an upscale place to watch a (long) baseball game at a bargain price. There are numerous fireplaces located around the main deck, as well as food stands everywhere you turn. Staff was aplenty and very friendly. Unfortunately, the night we went was misty / rainy, but each time we went down to our seats, there was a staff member ready, towels in hand, to wipe down our seats. Now that is good customer service!

The squad played exceptionally hard and pulled away for an impressive victory. The arena was clean, easy to get to, and we were welcomed by friendly elderly security screeners. The fans were engaged and polite. Several times our seat neighbors helpfully explained a rule for me after I had to be told to sit down & be quiet by my girlfriend. "Why one star?" you ask. I answer your question with a question: how can an institution whose athletic tradition is bested only by its academic prestige, a school full of valiant victors and heroes conq'ring, a university Darth Vader himself called the Best In The World, how can this venerated landmark serve its paying guests food not fit for the livestock on faculty in East Lansing? At halftime our beloved Wolverines were clinging to a 3 point lead after star guard Olivia Olson sat much of the first half in foul trouble (she finished with 27 points, all after the break). We had arrived within time's bending sickle's compass, though I didn't know it yet. We ventured into the concourse and chose a lunch line without much thought. This carelessness has altered the trajectory of my otherwise unremarkable life. Nothing looked particularly appetizing, least of all the prices. The prices! Friends, Romans, countrymen, I could have finished my abandoned undergrad degree (not from UofM, didn't even get waitlisted) for less than the cost of these heat-lamp Hindenburgs . But a hungry man with a hangry lover is wont to make hasty decisions: a small pepperoni Buddy's pizza; a small cardboard boat of fries badly in need of sildenafil; a small lukewarm water set on the counter by an aggressively indifferent sandwich artist sometime during the regular season; a box of popcorn whose visage, to a lifelong resident of B1G corn country, inspires rage and sorrow at the lost joy of freshly popped 'n buttered maize from states that begin with I; this pathetic bounty, $36. No. $43. Wait, no, $28. The concession areas in Crisler clearly list prices, but no person from the battalion of service workers there employed will exchange money for food. The world-renowned Behavior and Cognitive Sciences Department at the University of Michigan has installed tray-sized platforms under mounted fisheye lenses that, in partnership with Jian Yang's Seefood®, will discern what items you have set upon it and select at random two consecutive digits of Pi and display a dollar sign preceding those two digits and demand you pay that sum to be permitted to eat. Pending peer review they anticipate their findings will be published in JABS sometime next year. Based on the speed at which the queues move, our fellow-travelers, otherwise thinking people, tap their cards and exit. Love's not time's fool and neither am I--before I hand over my hard-earned SNAP credits, I want to be sure we are being charged the correct sum. I hesitate. My Opehlia, smarter than me in every way, arrives at the correct total for our selections long before I do. The Pi digits generated by the UoMBCSD machine do not match hers. Surely the difference is easily fixed? Here enters a sturdy woman, bearing a nametag inscrutable, sharply uniformed as assurance of comprehensive training, to assist. Harass? Assist. "Ok den, what y'all got?" I gesture at the clearly visible food sat upon the Seefood® tray. "Uh huh," she grunts, ostensibly by way of reassurance, though a glance at my beloved confirms that neither of us are reassured. Ophelia, smarter and gentler than me, proposes a summary as seconds of unrecognition creep in this petty pace. "I think it's charging us for a chicken and fries combo, but I just wanted the fries." Comprehension lights upon Sturdy's countenance. "Aay! Ay, ay, gimme one'dem empy whites!" She calls back to her antecounter coworkers. For a brief moment I fear she's referring to me: there are less-accurate descriptions of your humble reviewer than an Empty White. Mercifully, a barren rectangular styrofoam container emerges and Sturdy takes it in one hand, grabs our fries uncovered-thumb-first with her other hand, and replaces the empty space with the empty white. Seefood® thinks for a moment, then regurgitates a total that Ophelia and I both recognize is lower than correct. I move to pay but Sturdy stops me as the numbers crawl through her mind like allied troops on Omaha Beach: slowly, with violent intent. "Naw dat ain' righ'." Our fries are still marinating in her thumbsweat as she uses her other hand to scroll the touch-screen menu UoMBCSD helpfully installed as part of their two-tailed experiment on the hungry unsuspecting masses of Crisler. She arrives at FRIES as an option and presses the screen. INVALID ENTRY Hôtel des Invalides took less time to finish than checkout at a Crisler Seefood® public psychosocial experime
