There was only one other person in there when we arrived, but by the time we left it was packed! Counter staff was super friendly and I love that you can see the hard work that's happening in the back of the house. It's such a cozy vibe. They post their daily menu to Instagram so I already had a list of what I wanted, but it all looked SO GOOD so we left with much more than originally planned. Bagels: the BEST and I mean BEST sourdough bagels that I've ever had. When others make them a lot of times they turn out too dense, but these were perfectly puffed on the outside, a little tangy, and chewy when you rip into the bite. YUM! Today they had cheddar, plain, and everything. Classic Sourdough: perfectly cooked, perfectly chewy. I've had the cheddar-jalapeño before and it had a great flavor but that loaf was a little too chewy for me. The classic hits just right. They also have flavors like apple cinnamon, garlic, and gouda rosemary... just to name a few. AND they have some gluten-free if that's what you're into or need. It's coming fresh out of the oven regularly. Cookies: don't sleep on the sourdough cookies! They're perfectly chewy, large, and so flavorful. The molasses are my favorite but honorable mentions include snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and chocolate chip. They also have an assortment of cakes - we opted for a huge slice of carrot cake that was a "small" - and desserts. There were cinnamon rolls, tiramisu, and honestly so much more that I blacked out a little and wanted one of everything. All in all, we walked away with a full bag of bread and treats for only $32! They take card and cash. As I mentioned before, be sure to follow their IG @2acrefarms_sonorasourdough for what's offered daily!

I have tried a few things on there menu, all look so good tho. I really like the breakfast burrito, with bacon. IT WAS SOOO GOOD! It hast to be one of my Fav breakfast Burrito since last time I can remember. The proportions were all perfect, egg, cheese, bacon, and maybe a little more spice if you are into that, I like it either way... I might add avocado if they could, sure small fee but thats a given and have you seen the prices of food these days.. lol Service , Hands down all the girls I talked to while we got breakfast, were super friendly, busy but were nice when i asked for a few other things, and then coming to get my order... ** This Business is more of point of sale or window order I guess? , and pick up, not waited on. And nothing wrong with that, Just saw one negitive Review out of sooo many. So take it as you will, they clean off things when they get around to it, Its a Pastry shop, tucked away in Tuolumne County. Up past the turn off to the Black Oak Casino , in the mountains, open up most seasons if not all just changed hours...** Ambiance, well. Its a little wooden shack , wood work is beautiful inside. I think it has 2 or 3 tables inside, and a bunch outside . No dogs / pets inside but I saw a dog or two in the patio area outside... And if any of the reviews on Yelp have helped, tell them Yelp sent you, I am sure they will appreciate it..

The morning offerings of muffins, croissants, scones, and cinnamon rolls has failed me. I will say the sandwiches are decent, but nothing to write home to. The smoothies used to epic, but they now fall flat. I'm think they are not using all the fruit as the old owners did. As for the staff....a little rude and it seemed like no one wanted to wipe the tables down. It's a cute place, but if I had a choice I would skip it and seek life elsewhere for some morning substance.

While Two Acres remains our go-to sourdough store - it was fantastic and convenient to be able to score some quality sourdough from the kind staff at Bianucci Breads. You can find their sourdough products at various farmers markets in and around the area, as well as at Nature's Whole Food Depot in Sonora. At Nature's Whole Food Depot - you can find everything from sourdough cookies & bagels, focaccia, sourdough english muffins, sourdough cinnamon rolls and more. It's evident from Bianucci Breads' ever changing and growing sourdough product menu - that they have a lot of fun making sourdough baked goods. In the past they've made creative sourdough products like Jelly Donut Focaccia, Bacon and Fig Focaccia, and even Sugared Blueberry Sourdough loaves. I highly recommend staying tuned to their Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/p/Bianucci-Breads-100091413665539/ to learn about their sourdough booth set-ups and products - especially around the holidays. Their Thanksgiving menu from last year - looked particularly epic. They offered a gluten free pumpkin swirl cake - in addition to pumpkin pie, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies, apple crumb cake, cheddar garlic bread and more. I appreciate that they're a hard working local business that gives back to the community. Last year before Thanksgiving - for every one of their sourdough loaves that they sold, they donated one to Nancy's Hope - https://nancyshope.org. So if you're looking for tasty sourdough cookies, loaves, sticky buns, and more - made with quality ingredients and love - check out Bianucci Breads' products at either Nature's Whole Food Depot or the Twain Harte Open Air Markets on Thursdays. Trust.
