Nice restaurant but our waitress disappeared on us half way through our meal. We had to ask the hostess for containers for our leftovers and for the bill. I order the House breakfast with bacon, it was ok. My husband had the biscuit and gravy, he added sausage links to it. I tried it and it was good, little difference than other places. Before our waitress vanished on us. Other people in our group had questions regarding the menu and the waitress was not very good at answering questions. Our server Kadyn was NOT amazing. We came here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not busy. She took a while to take our order but I let it go. The food came out in a timely matter and we finished our meal but in between that she probably came by one time to refill my husband's drink. Giving us our tab was prompt but left quickly to chit chat with her coworkers by the register until she was waived down to finish the payment. Folks the food was absolutely delicious now with that said this is in regards to our breakfast meals. Now we ate breakfast twice here and the meals were prepared and served the same way regarding taste, presentation, quality, and service was very good as well. The ambiance gave you wide open views of rolling hill and beautiful mountain vistas. So cool and did I forget to mention it's located inside the Chicken Ranch Casino in Jamestown. I am honestly a sucker for TWLV. I eat here entirely too much. I love their breakfast. Their house scramble is my favorite but their chilaquiles are some of the best I've had. Their Birria tacos are to die for. I order them nearly every time we come in. They have multiple choices of wing sauces and you cant go wrong with any. The pastas are delicious and their steaks are always cooked to perfection. This restaurant offers 3 meals and quick bites and they are so delicious. They also did a mother's day buffet that was delicious and I hope that they do that on other occasions. The restaurant is large and has alot of seating and is decorated with neat artwork and dozens of coocoo clocks. The servers and hostesses are always friendly and smiling. Always a great meal and great experience when dining here. read more

Nice room, new facility. We have eaten here 5 times - summary- food is marginal - the good things are not great and the vast majority of the menu is mediocre. Steaks not good and expensive. Salmon same. Breakfast is ok. Appetizers are passable. Service is hit or miss. Price is silly - especially considering how weak their comps are. Not a great place, but pretty typical for Chicken Ranch. read more

We waited 35 minutes for a table for a restaurant that had not even half is their tables being used then we sat and waited 2o minutes and no sever ever appeared went to hostess and asked if anyone was going to serve our table all she did was makes excuses. I'm sorry how do you not know what tables you are waiting on. It took forever to get our food we ordered coffee that never got refilled finally had to flag someone down to get that. Food was warm not freshly made after waiting that long. I see all kinds of comments that are not good. Mostly same complaints. Get some management in there that knows how to run a restaurant. Food was ok. Service... not so great., Waitress was nice but not good. We waited about 45 minutes without getting our food. Waitress wasn't all there. She probably forgot to turn in our order. The place was not busy. We had to get up and get our own silverware from another table and also the condiments. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

So before I came to yelp to share my experience I gave this restaurant a week & half to make it right && they didn't so here we are. My girls and I spent the weekend at this chicken ranch casino, we decided to treat ourselves with a nice steak and salmon dinner boy were we wrong. Zachery was our server , he was good for what it could be with so many things that went wrong My 2 girls ordered the blackened salmon each, when they received their food it was undercooked, fishy and not soo good, so they told the server , and if we can speak to a manager, we waited and we seen what could be a manager walk past our table, so I said hi are you the manager here and she said yes we told her about the food and she took it and brought them chicken, they took 2 bites and said no thank you so they didn't eat it , so they ate just the desert that she got for the table to say sorry and all while this is happening I'm eating what I ordered my steak dinner with mashed potato's and veggies I ended up paying 69.71 plus tip so I left. Almost 30-1 hour later I ended up praying to porcelain god that I will be good if I don't eat this food anymore. I was throwing up and had diarrhea almost instantaneously back to back til 4 am and the next day I felt so sick to my stomach and I had to drive home like that. It took me 3.5 hours to get home and my girls suggested I called the restaurant and talk to a manager so I did. I spoke to Gregory and told him how I felt that I got food poisoning and felt super nauseous all night and day and he said he would refund my money and give me 2 free meals. I kindly declined I don't want the free meals it made me sick, i just wanted my money back and I couldn't put my body thru that again so he said he will call me back with a document to fill out He asked me personal questions like What were my Symptoms? What did I eat all day? How long till it made me sick? Etc so many questions I honestly felt I was being interrogated by this man I also mentioned to him I'm in the restaurant service industry and he didn't have to apologize but refund my money and than after this he said they would call me back in 3 days for further discuss this situation and nothing came from it. I been calling every other day to get a call back and get NOTHING... So it's so frustrating to be treated like this from a place that should be on the guest side. Why would I lie about getting sick? I have money that's not the purpose of my call It's to make them aware of the situation there could be unsanitary counters, cross contamination going on, left out meat that's not being stored or regulated with the right temp it could be many things but he won't admit to me . Ordered the "scallop" dinner, not a cheap dish. Would be good if the scallop dinner didn't consist of 3 undercooked scallops and the rest of the dish was overload of corn and risotto. They fill the plate with fillers and toss a hefty price tag on it. Also they never brought out the appetizer and thought to bring it out after we were served our dinner. Staff and service was pleasant but the food is so slow to come out from the kitchen. When it does eventually make it to your table (up to 45 minutes after it's ordered), it's room temperature at best, not even warm. We tried this restaurant for breakfast for two mornings during our stay but couldn't take it for another meal. I can't recommend this restaurant. read more

Our server Bailey was amazing!!! There was a mistake made in the kitchen, and Bailey went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did she apologize, but went out of her way to inform the powers that be to ensure the mistake doesn't happen to another guest. Now for the food. The pasta primavera was really good, just the perfect amount of lemon, and the shrimp was cooked beautifully. 100% recommend! Unfortunately, the cheeseburger we ordered medium rare came out raw, which we were informed is a regular occurrence, so you should probably avoid it. It may have been a great burger, but we may never know (it was switched to the pasta after I tasted it, so again, highly recommend the pasta). read more

Went here to celebrate a special occasion but got horrible service. We got seated and placed our order right away. The waiters were not friendly and seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered the calamari appetizer. This was a very small portion and not worth the price! Food was just okay we got burgers and fries. We asked for ranch several times and it was never brought out. Staff did not go back to check on us till she gave us the tab. It was not busy and only about 4/5 tables occupied. However, the restaurant seemed over staffed and still gave horrible service. I am very happy with this restaurant for several reasons. First, the service is excellent, all the staff are prompt, courteous and efficient. Secondly, the food is very good and always comes prepared as requested. Recently they have started to prepare specials and they are also very good. Third, I like the setting being away from the gaming floor and is very comfortable and quiet. This provides a nice break from the rest of the resort. I eat here most times I come to the resort which is several times per month. It's always a good experience. read more

I came here with my girlfriend, and the food was spectacular it also came out really fast, food was hot, and great service. Our server would stop by to see how we were doing.
