Is one of the stores that offer their merchandise in offer up. They trying to sell a insurance for 6 more dollars. I bought a carpet cleaner and they toll me several times that it was in perfect condition. When I arrived at the house I wanted to try it and it does not work at all. I called to complaint it and they don't want to do anything. They even made a comparison of when I buy a coffee in starburst and the coffee does not taste good. They sell as it is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I saw an ad online for a well-priced MacBook and asked if it was available. They said it was and would let me know if it they sold it. Before I drove 40 minutes across town I once again asked if it was available. They assured me it was. When I got there they told me the computer was sold the DAY BEFORE and then tried to sell me a more expensive computer that I'm convinced was stolen (said they couldn't reset it and that if I bought it I could just use the "guest" profile on the computer). Like, what??? Seriously, this place is trash. If you see an ad online by them don't even bother with it. It's probably fake just to get you inside the store. Don't waste your time. read more

Employees make promises that the store manager does not respect. They cannot honor the contract 10 day grace period, they claim they no longer apply this but its clearly stated on the contract. Then they double the ticket since the grace period is no longer valid. And to top off everything they did this without any notice. Horrible dishonest service read more

I guess I should start reading reviews before I buy from places. I went here a week ago and purchased a computer tower, when I got home and turned it on the first time, since they didnt have a plug in the store, and I was greeted by a password and the orginal owners information. I called them and they told me they would have their IT guy call me, after two days and no call I went up there to find out they would give me my money back which would take 5 days or I had to leave it there to be fixed which could take days. Needless to say I wouldnt shop here or pawn here since they don't even erase your information before selling it read more
