The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. This was my first actual pawn shop purchase and I really appreciated Tim's professionalism, friendliness and effort to make a fair sale. (I have the receipt). Attached is a pic of the bracelet. The guy that I spoke to looked at the bracelet and said, the curb link chain has been added to the bracelet and the bracelet has been custom made. No shit Sherlock. I told him that as I was taking it out of the box. Then he said, I wouldn't be interested in this piece. Next, I took out a beautiful watch and he took a brief look at it and said, there's been some wear on the buckle clasp so I wouldn't be interested. Of course there has been a little wear, it's a wrist watch however there want that much wear because I have only worn it twice. This guy had MAJOR attitude and it's like he didn't even want to be bothered. Pawning is a sensitive issue for everyone however this jerk has lost touch with that and shouldn't be involved with any facet of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. He had already started to sell his items not even a month after his last payment. I asked him to contact whoever he sold my ring to so I could buy it back with no avail. An expensive Seagull guitar was taken out of its expensive case that it was pawned in and sold apart. When I asked where the case was, he said "I don't know, I guess I sold it, guitar and case were on sale apart", what I argued "why would you leave a 1k guitar unprotected, that's a really expensive guitar" he answered "You know, go to guitar center and get a new case for it, there you go" Don't pawn your things here.
