They did not explain to me how long their quotes are valid for and I had a few questions so I called them the following Monday when I planned on wiring the money. I left a voicemail for David. Never got a response and therefore I did not wire the money. Due to their long lines and lack of customer service, I was only able to get down there again a few weeks later and wanted to re-quote for a higher amount which would have actually been in their favor given higher market prices.
