    Steak & Chicken Chaufa

I have eaten here four or five times -- had it delivered, take-out, and ate in the courtyard. No matter how we got the food, it has been top notch every time. Fresh ingredients, made-to-order, The staff has been friendly every time that we have ordered in-person and the service is fast. The open air courtyard can get busy at peak times, but it's a great experience to stay in The Garden and eat, and even in the peak of summer, the large fans on the ceiling keep the air flowing and the shaded area stays cool.

I've been wanting to try this for so long and was so hyped when we made our way to The Garden. Coming from South Florida, Fort Lauderdale area, I've LOVED Lomo and found nothing like it in Pensacola. Unfortunately, this didn't live up to what I was expecting. I believe what I was tasting was soy sauce and it just drenched the steak and took away from any other flavor in the dish. Half of my yuca fries had cold spots and were mushy. I'd really like to give them another try and hope for a different outcome. Happy eating!

    Plaintains - so good!

The plantains were delicious but the rest of the food was just okay in my opinion. The service was very friendly and it's in a great location in the Garden - dog friendly too. Would definitely get the plantains again!

This place was yummmmyyyy! It sits in a food truck park with a covered awning so the space is super unique. I tried the namesake Lomo with steak. You have to try the hot sauce adds so much flavor. Prices are very fair for portions. There isn't much of a service aspect since you walk up to the window and order directly and are given a device that buzzes when food is done. I would definitely return the next time I'm in the Pensacola area. It was my first time trying Peruvian food. Although this was a quick service rendition of the cuisine it was very enjoyable!

Absolutely love this place!!! The food is amazing, fresh & authentic. Everyone is super friendly here & tables and food areas are kept very clean. Great spot to go to downtown with friends, family or on your own.

Tamales, loaded yuca and jumping lomo. Watermelon juice

The food was okay, a little disappointed with loaded yuca- plain nothing added except shrimp- somehow expected more! Jumping lomo - plain not a lot of seasoning. :( This was at gulf breeze location.

Super tasty! I think the steak is better than the chicken lomo. A bit pricey but I did have leftovers so that helps.

Had the Peruvian ceviche lots of lime flavor, lots of fish, the fried kettle corn was flavorful. Located inside of a food court.

The best meal I personally experienced in Pensacola Beach…read more This little gem was located just outside of our hotel and we were very appreciative of their food. I learned quickly that the area is NOT vegetarian friendly and this place was one of the few exceptons. The staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and they always got food out in a timely manner. We ended up visiting the food truck 2-3 times during our trip because we trusted the quality of what was being served. The one thing I can say that I was disappointed with was their sauces. A bit ironic, as it's in the name but they were extremely underwhelming. We ended up using sauces we had saved from other spots. I still highly recommend trying them as their food was very good!

It was the evening time and it's a food truck, but I felt safe because there was curbside parking right in front, and a well-lit outdoor seating area. The customer service was great, and even though there was a short wait, it was worth it. I don't mind waiting for quality food. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly hot, crispy, and a nice change from the usual. There's a nice variety of burgers. There's something for those who are more adventurous, and options for people who like a more of a classic burger. I also loved the variety of house-made sauces. I only tried one (I forgot the name of it), but it really set the food off. The portions are generous. I couldn't even finish my food. Just make sure you get plenty of napkins. It gets messy!
