The space theme is definitely present throughout the whole facility and all the decor that is part of the party package is perfect. There is so much to do! They've got: 2 Indoor playgrounds + smaller one against a wall 2 ball pits Soft play area perfect for the younger toddlers or mobile infants Plenty of slides Many interactive activities on the walls Spinning teacup style structure Trampoline/jump house 2 party rooms 1 open area for congregation near play area Hamster like running wheel The facility is always spotless and staff are cleaning constantly. The two bathrooms are in equipped with slides to wear (if you want) since this is a socks only place. I believe I saw changing tables and there are potty inserts for the main toilet to use too. I came here for a birthday party. This place has a shared parking lot with a grocery store. Although there may not be parking directly in front of Enchanted Cosmos, there is a huge lot and you can park anywhere. When we entered, we checked in and was reminded about the socks and waiver. They have cubbies for shoes. When we entered the play area, there's definitely a lot of things to do. They have climbing structures, ball pits and activities for little kids. I do have to say this is probably tailored for smaller kids as I feel like someone who is taller may need to be extra careful not to hit their head. Some indoor play places I've been to have clearance for 5' but this place definitely does not. Although it feels big, it can feel very chaotic and crowded in there if it's during a public play hour. I felt like there were multiple birthday parties going on so there's a lot of kids. They have couple party rooms and it looks like there's flexibility for the host to bring in their own food/desserts. I also cannot recall if Enchanted Cosmos makes an announcement when it is time for the birthday party attendant to go to the party room or if this is the responsibility of the host. We came here on a raining stormy day and the girls had a blast but oh man was it busy! Even though it was busy there are a lot of different play areas for the kids to explore. We've been to a lot of indoor playground and this one is pretty awesome! This place wasn't as worn as many of the other play places are. I know wear and tear is normal but I didn't see too much wear here (not too sure how long they've been open for but it was nice to see) we came on a Tuesday where they had a sensory hour for the kids to take a break from playing and enjoy some sensory play for no additional cost. We hosted our daughter's first birthday party here and were extremely disappointed in how things turned out. During the event, staff threw away the birthday cake that my mother had handmade for our daughter (her granddaughter). The cake had been placed in one of the empty rooms adjacent to where the main party was being hosted (but note we rented the entire establishment which cost approximately $1,500). When we discovered what happened, the initial response from staff was hardly apologetic but almost entirely to blame us for where the cake had been left rather than acknowledge the mistake. When we later spoke with the owner, the response was even more defensive and dismissive. The owner took a terrible tone with us. For a handmade cake that had significant sentimental value to our family (my daughters first birthday), and after spending close to $1,500 to host the party (renting the entire place), the only compensation offered was $30, eventually which they upped to $75. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. because of that experience, we would not recommend hosting an event here. Edit given Staff response making excuses: - The cake was a homemade traditional Mexican Chocolan cake made in a bundt style container so not something easily replaceable or even available for sale anywhere nearby. -The cake was placed in one of two rooms available OVER AN HOUR past the start of our party and after the end of the previous one, by my daughter's grandparents who knew we had rented the entire establishment. We had the best time Enchanted Cosmos! We were given a gift card to here and never even heard of them. Their website said they had open play Saturday with reservations required. So we bought our tickets and headed over! The check in process was smooth. Since we reserved online we already signed the waiver and they found our names easily. The play area was bigger than expected. Everything looked clean and new. There were a couple of slides, ball pits, and climbing structures. There was a designated area for kids 0-2. The website is notes the playground is geared towards ages 6 and under and we agreed. While 3 year old had fun, our 7 year old got bored faster. There was one bathroom and several tables in the designated dining area. They offered a couple of drinks and snacks for purchase. Also adults and kids are all required to wear socks and they had some available. They also have a party room near the entrance. I had a really upsetting experience here and feel like other parents should be aware. I brought my one-year-old daughter to the Natomas location and right in front of the ball pit there was a roach and even a baby roach. That alone is extremely concerning because if you see one, there are usually more. My baby almost picked it up before I noticed. I immediately got staff and while they did remove it, the situation was handled very poorly afterward. A staff member tried to tell me it was "probably a nail," which felt dismissive and honestly insulting, especially since I had taken a picture. When I showed her the photo, she admitted it was in fact a roach. Because of this I ended our visit early. I was not comfortable letting my child continue to play in an environment where there could be pests, especially with small children who put things in their mouths. I requested a refund and was told I would get a call back, but I never did. I've been calling for two days with no response. This is not just about seeing a bug, it's about cleanliness, safety, and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend bringing small children here if you're concerned about hygiene or your child potentially coming into contact with something like that. read more

It's such a great option to have for the kids to go to when the weather outside isn't that optimal. It's space theme and everything is meticulously thought out. Enchanted knows what they're doing when it comes to indoor playgrounds for little kids! I think this playground is best for ages 0-8 years old. I've gone to the Enchanted Elk Grove location many times, including hosting my daughter's 3rd birthday party there, and I always had a pleasant experience. My now 4-year old daughter, her 2-year old cousin, and I had an equally great experience at this Enchanted Cosmos location in Natomas! I loved that the entire play area is padded. It felt like kids could never get hurt here if they fall. Everything looked and felt so clean, just like the Elk Grove location. Bathroom was clean. We were here on a Saturday from 10am-1pm, and overall it wasn't too crowded. It got busier after 11am, but it was manageable. Everyone was friendly. The play area was spacious with a variety of things to do. It's a jungle gym with two separate ball pits, multiple slides, a trampoline, a little swing, and a ball to zipline from. There was also a jumping tire for toddlers and magnet tiles to play with. This facility was very well ventilated and air-conditioned. But by the time we left, it was pretty crowded, so I'd recommend coming right at opening for the best experience. There was better airflow, and I liked the ample amount of seating. They have a big seating area with tables up front, even a wall of outlets, making it easy to work here if you had older kids. Enchanted Cosmos is just really clean, very safe, well-decorated, and well-designed. It has a huge variety of different play sets for kids. I understand those volunteers/hired worker as characters need to take breaks with heat. We lined up at 10:15am and were not able to take pictures. We did not even leave the scene yet because we were trying to figure out what to do/where to go. We went up again after seeing people lined up at 10:20am. You cut off right in front of us saying it's gonna be a new character, stitch. But people lined up prior to 11am were all able to take a picture? That already contradicts your word. So why did you guys reject my daughter or our family to line up to take a picture with Bluey? U did not understand the situation because you weren't there. You did not even investigate the situation with the staff or volunteers per your claim. Before you respond to me in public, please get your fact checked and timeline correctly instead of trying to cover up your mistakes. Love coming here!!!! I use to go to their Elk Grove location and ever since they opened one up in Natomas it has been so convenient since it's a lot closer to my home. Just like their Elk Grove location they keep everything clean which is huge in my book. Staff is friendly and so helpful. You'll see them constantly cleaning throughout. My boys LOVE this place. So of course we decided to celebrate my son's 5th birthday here. It was super easy to book and communication was good. The decor was soooo cute! We just brought our own food and goodie bags. Everything else was set up for us. The birthday room was spacious as well. I do wish they had more extra chairs for the adults since we had a fairly large party. Seating for the kids was plenty. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our hostess checked in regularly. Very good, updated place to stay and take your child to play. The parking is kind of cramped due to so many cars from parents and the shopping center. The area used to be really bad, but it's been cleaned up. The slides and toys are new and clean, and I actually saw an employee vacuuming. The bathrooms were clean when I used them, the staff were polite, and the cost is dirt cheap. Really cheap. They have sensory rooms, chairs, ball pits, swings, multiple slides and very spacious rooms with little baby areas and toys too. That being said, all social interactions have its pros and cons, read further for the cons. Clean fun playground area, just make sure you are always watching your surroundings and child as some parents are oblivious or do nothing to correct their kids. Seen kids snatch toys away from others, literally seen my own child get pushed into the trampoline by a girl he accidentally bumped (technically she was jumping towards my boy). And bigger and I'd say more a side of evil kids throwing things on the slide so an injury may occur. With that being said, there are not many staff members roaming around and security costs a lot. Kids need to learn how to defend themselves sooner or later and it's the best social scenario for apologies and or interactions. This is harsh but this also includes scenarios for my child. With that being said... if the parent of the kid said a peep after I yanked her off my child it would have been a full out fist fight. No words, just fighting. If you bring your kid here to learn how to bully, expect to get confronted. Frightens me to say this, but of course this happens with parents and their kids. Parents need to learn how to behave too with their kids. With that being said, you come to places like this; you may come across a pissed off parent coming at you for not correcting your child.
