I sent messages to the owner and he said he would send someone out and it would look a little better for a week and then start turning green again. I text messaged him to find out if he was coming and after 5 day he had still not responded. Also,would get emails on Tuesday saying the pool was serviced but I would come home and it looked like it had never been touched. I went back and looked at the emails I was getting and noticed that week after week it shows the exact same PH and Chlorine numbers. How is that possible? I asked him Why and he never answered me. Over the years, he brought different guys to help out. These guys came and went and some stayed for all of ten minutes. They'd sweep the net across the water for a few minutes, throw some chemicals in the water and leave. Now, present day, there would be at least one no-show each month. Our pool has algae growing in it. Our water is so off with chemicals that we're going to have to drain our pool. This is not the opinion of one other person, but three! If we could find a way to charge him for the water we're going to have to pay for, we would! It's too bad. Ed was good at one time. We don't know what happened to that level of service.
