I walked in and the girl at the reception desk looked up at me then back down at her phone. No greeting. Nothing. Finally I said "hi I'm Sarah, I have an appointment" and she pointed to a chair indicating I should sit and wait. A few minutes later another lady comes and tells me to sit in a different seat. She didn't introduce herself or ask me any questions. She started aggressively combing my brows and I basically was like "hi, I think you're threading first? please keep my brows as full as possible." She nodded then proceeded to thread off basically my entire eyebrows. Without a word, she then applied a solution to my brows and walked away. Normally, at any type of beauty treatment, the person explains what they are doing eg "ok I'm applying this keratin solution which will stay on for X minutes" -- no. There was nothing. I had no idea what was happening. Eventually the lady stopped touching my face and announced we were done. She gave me a spoolie. I looked in the mirror and was shocked. My brows were threaded into oblivion with an unnatural arch. Nothing else about them was different. Now almost four weeks later my brows are still patchy and look terrible. I paid $90 for the worst threading job of my life and an hour of OFF vibes.

When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). Moved my schedule and schedule for the day for my husband to take kids to school (causing him to attend work meetings from the car while driving kids to school), showed up at my time (8 am), waited for 30 minutes (as if I have no work to attend to that day at all) and turns out they cancelled my appointment for no reason!
