When my sister and I hopped off our cruise and headed to Tracy's Crab Shack there was a huge line. When we learned that there was a second location half a mile away with no wait, we hopped on a pedicab with James and he took us down there. He is so kind and friendly and offered us his business card in case we wanted to call him for a ride back. After enjoying our lunch, we did just that. James came back and got us and took us back up to town to go shopping. Apparently word got out because when he came back for us he had passengers, and more passengers tried to hire him on the spot, but he told them he was there to get us. Great guy and I would recommend calling him up when you are in Juneau! read more
