    DANGEROUS EQUIPMENT

WARNING: MY DAUGHTER WAS INJURED BADLY HERE--DON'T LET YOUR CHILD BE NEXT! My daughter left this place with her head cracked open and needed staples! I'm sharing this to warn other parents. please don't make the same mistake I did. READ THIS before you take your kids here! At first glance, this place seems cute, but everything and I mean everything is either broken or unsafe. Attached is a photo from the facility's website showing the exact spot where my daughter fell. When you're inside, it doesn't seem as dangerous, but trust me it is. The climbing equipment is off-center and way too large for the foam pit beneath it. My daughter landed on the far right corner, hitting her head hard on the edge of the ledge. We rushed her straight to the emergency room, where she needed staples in her head. She also hurt her teeth and neck. This wasn't the first issue. On a previous visit, her leg got stuck under one of the climbing ramps. We should've stopped coming then, but against my better judgment, we returned. Please learn from my mistakes. I never want to see another parent go through what we did. This place is falling apart and the risks are real. Protect your child. Don't let this happen to you.

    3rd Birthday Party - Frozen

Exceeded expectations. The staff covering our daughter's 3rd Birthday party was wonderful. The location was clean and organized.

Great play place for kids with pretty fair prices (they have a really good early bird special on their site too). They have everything from ball pits to trampolines to giant slides (only had videos) to a small (tiny tiny) wall climb. Only con is that there isn't really a space for adults to socialize. Socks & masks required during time of this posting.

I had my sons 1st birthday party here back in Dec 2022 and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. My son and all the kids had the best time. The slides, swings and ball pits were all so much fun. The staff was extremely friendly and on point with everything. The party room was set up with the cutest decoration for my sons theme of Dinosaurs. Will definitely go back for the open play.

Where parents gather to hang up coats and put away shoes...it gets busy

I am pretty sure that this place is ideal for relaxing with your little one on a week day. On the weekend it is still fun - for your kids - but you will be a sweaty mess managing the crowd of other parents all trying to hang coats or find space and worrying about the big kids who have tagged along with their younger siblings and going crazy jumping next to the little ones. Then there are the weird parents who just don't follow rules. Signs clearly say kids only but I saw at least one mom slide down with her kid. Another gave me the stink eye for no apparent reason. In short this place really is a jungle for better and for worse. I give it four stars for having fun colors and for keeping my kid happy for an hour, but I will be avoiding weekends in the future.

My family and I came here for a birthday party a few weeks ago. My 6 and 9 year old had a blast as they have an extensive indoor playground where they could really run around in. Kids can crawl, climb, slide and jump. There are tunnels, slides (tall and short), ball pit, trampolines and a rock climbing wall. Good for toddlers and older kids, up to the age of 12. It's a really big space and very clean so we felt very comfortable being there for a birthday party including both kids and parents. Nice eating area in the back. Staff was very nice and helpful. One big downside to Jungle Adventure is the parking. They don't have a parking lot so you have to find street parking, which can be problematic for the neighborhood. They also allow open play during your party so you don't have the entire place to yourself. It wasn't a big deal that day but some people may want to keep their party private. Overall, the kids had a great time. I would recommend Jungle Adventure for both open play and a birthday party.

My 2 year old son just had the best time @jungleadventurenyc . This place is amazing albeit exhausting for parents. The maze is huge and so tall. This is the first time my son has been at a soft play center. Normally, he only watches it on Blippi. He was so excited to go in and play when he saw the place. I had a hard time getting him out of the place when it closed. Lol! There's hand sanitizer everywhere and they supposedly clean between every shift. You can sign up online for a time slot and the manager is very good at responding to your questions. Please help small businesses survive! Great addition to Whitestone.

Big, clean and super fun indoor playground for kids. I had to drag my 5 year old son out after 2 hours were up. Will definitely go back!

Is there a private parking lot that can be used? If so, how close is it to Jungle Adventure?

No. But there is usually a good amount of street parking.

What's the age range of children?

    Under 12 years old

Is it easy to find parking around there?

I find it fairly easy to find a parking spot around there. If there's no spot on the block of Jungle Adventure, I usually find a spot around the corner.

There was no Ac zero, zip air conditioning in the venue, not the owners fault but perhaps in faith he should have rescheduled. To manage going forward I think there should be more attention paid to how the electrical system is handled. The chandelier above the rooms center has an extension cord which look like a fire hazard. Since he decided to obtains fan to try and cool off the venue (by the way it didn't work) the outlets were overloaded. Originally he had placed portable ac's in an area that was an obvious exit with plywood that had holes carved for the portable ac vents. Another hazard. I don't believe that he wasn't aware of the fire hazards. I think he operated from a place of not wanting to cancel the event. Not exactly a noble gesture especially when it feels like you are putting guest in immanent danger. Would I recommend this place, sure after its brought up to code!!!

Yesterday we stopped in for some food and drink and we saw that they were setting up tables for an event. It looked beautiful. We were told that they were closed due to the event so the wife went to use the restroom before we left. While waiting, I started talking to a very friendly guy named Joe about the Knicks. Funny enough, he turned out to be the owner. When the wife came out, I asked if we could just have one drink at the bar since we came all the way out there, and Joe told the bartender "Let these two sit and order some drinks". We sat, drank, and talked to the owner about business and life in general and it was one of the most pleasant times we've had at a bar in years. We are fans of Cityview (and Joe) for life.

Is it the most impressive view of the skyline? No. But that's not where this place really shines. What truly sells City View Rooftop is the space. It's incredible. You could easily host a full on graduation party, baby shower, or just about any event you can think of THEN add that you can see the Manhattan skyline. The indoor outdoor layout is beautiful and works perfectly for summer, spring, or even a crisp fall day. The sound system is great, and there are seven or eight screens along the wall showing different visuals, which adds to the vibe. Service was excellent throughout our visit. And finally let's talk Shirley Temples. As a self proclaimed Shirley Temple connoisseur, I can confidently say theirs were chef's kiss.
