I was really hesitant to write this but I decided to rate them because I am so disappointed in the way we were treated yesterday morning (Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:30am). We wanted to take our daughter for open play. We had gone once before in November and really enjoyed the jungle gym and thought about possibly having her birthday there. We go in today ready to discuss packages, details, and make a deposit. I must say that I did not look online to see if there was open play. Unfortunately, there was a private party happening from 10-12pm. We arrived around 10:30am. We go in and tell the man that we wanted to see options for a birthday. He pulls out a flyer and tells us that there are 2 packages to choose from. We had already known the packages and wanted to ask a couple of questions for clarification. Our concern was the number of adults that would possibly attend our party. He had told us the deluxe package was good for up to 25 adults. I asked if we had a private party if we could have more adults, because let's face it, most kids come with 2 adults and we were going to have at least 30 kids plus a few more relatives without kids. He said that additional adults had to be paid for. As my husband and I are discussing this, the phone rings and the man answers it. We think that he'll be quick since we were still asking questions. 5 minutes pass and he's still on the phone. No one else is behind the desk to assist us. We see that he is no rush to get off the phone nor did he give us a gesture to wait a minute, nothing. We left! I was so upset because I had my heart set on this venue for my daughter's 3rd birthday. We walk out and I realize I forgot my daughter's sippy cup on the counter. I go back in and he's no longer on the phone. I take the sippy cup and he didn't even bother to apologize or ask why we left or if we had any other questions. Horrible customer service! However, the last time we were there in November we did have a pleasant experience with Joyce and she was very helpful. We had hoped she would've been there to help us but she wasn't. I am giving it two stars because I feel customer service is extremely important for your business. This man was rude! If I go back it'll be for open play but certainly won't have a party there! As for the venue itself, it's very nice and colorful. It is very clean and has a section for the little ones and for the school aged kids. My daughter loved it back in November! She was so excited to go back but unfortunately couldn't go in to play this time. Parking is hard. There's street parking only. Last time we parked around the block. read more

Fun and clean place to bring children. My niece and her friend had so much fun! We stayed for about 2 hours and as we were leaving, she asked, "can we come here every day?". We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. read more

Two stars given. Took my child with special needs the Asian man at the front desk was super rude, not friendly at all. If you're not Asian and have a child with special needs, don't bring them here. Severe lack of compassion and empathy. Once we arrive, he was on the phone didn't even acknowledge us or was welcoming. Def will not be returning read more

This review is for my son's second birthday party held on January 5th, 2019. Everything was wonderful, the staff, the venue and Joyce, the party manager, was terrific from start to finish. She was very accommodating, commuincative and ultimately set up a beautiful party space. I chose the theme party package (Dr.Seuss) and they provided all the set up, even asking me what I prefer when there were multiple options available. The space looked terrific, the service was great, they were very attentive and friendly, offering all party goers food and beverage. The staff was absolutely delightful. They help you bring all your gifts and leftovers to the front so it's easy to carry out. The pricing was very comparable to other indoor venues. I got more for my money here (compared to other indoor gyms) in terms of the space and what was provided (themed decor, all utensils, balloons and 3 large pizza pies). I tacked on extra for beverages-water, soda, cofee and additional food, but the prices are reasonable. Only minor downside is you cannot bring any outside food, which wasnt a make it or break it for me. Given, that it's a kids party, they have the typical party spread from a local pizzeria...pizza/sandwiches/finger foods. I originally wanted salads or pasta, but I understand that can get difficult to clean up. The food is decent, so that's all fine and dandy with me. You can bring your own cake. My only real complaint, which probably isn't even for the gym but for the parents.... moms and dads why bring your sick children out to a public play space with runny noses and coughs? They should stay home and rest and not get others sick! Maybe the managers can vet out visibly sick kids and not allow them to enter. The staff does regularly lysol and clean, so that's good. I guess it will build my kids immunity but I really rather him not get sick.... read more

Such a cute little indoor playground. Located near Carvel in Whitestone. Parking is not friendly- as it's a couple blocks away from CIP. Jungle Adventure is every parent's savior when they are stuck inside due to the cold weather while their kids constantly ask them what are we doing next...as for the facility was very clean and there was a good amount of kids playing around. We arrived an hour prior to closing time and it was still a great hour spent. (My kid completely passed out once we started driving home.( Staff was helpful and definitely did not rush anyone out once it was 6! Which is really nice to see and know as we all know we cannot rush kids as much as we want too...only due to the fear of the 1 hour meltdown. Overall, clean environment and kids are having fun and making friends! read more

Great play place for the kids. It's good in size and has many different play areas and activities. Came here on a busy day and we had a great time. Very clean and padded everywhere for safety. Prices are affordable and there is street parking available. read more

Great place for kids, very nice and clean. My kids had a blast here. My only issue were the little swings. My little ones wanted to swing on them but kept falling off, wish they had better swings for little ones, but overall a great place to bring your kids. read more

I brought my 5 year old son here on a weekday after school and he had a great time. There was a ton of different activities to keep him entertained for two hours. He especially loved the huge slide. The different areas were kept very clean, well designed, and padded for safety. Would definitely bring back my kid. read more

I had my son's birthday party here. They did a very good job of accommodating some last minute guests. They took care of setting up and clean up. As mentioned in my first review, the place itself is clean and the kids have an absolute blast. The only thing that I would mention is that during birthday parties, they continue to keep it open to the public unless you have 30 children in your party. I had 19 kids and I had to ask the owner twice to please limit the number of outside guests they were allowing in as it became very crowded inside. Aside from that, I would have another party here. Joyce was accommodating when I asked for a special item from the menu. All of the kids had a great time at the party. read more

My son's favorite hangout spot!!! He had so much fun with other kids. Very clean and spacious. I love the kids' pop music they have been playing as well! Will def come back again! ****new update**** It's our fifth time here this month! My son can't get enough of it. During the winter time, I'm sure I will come even more often. The heating system keeps my son warm, yet not crazy hot, unlike other indoor playgrounds, specially the one in flushing. The air condition is ALWAYS fresh here! The high ceiling keeps the air circulated and not smelly. Always have some special events! We joined the Halloween event and santa photos day! AMAZING! Just booked for my son's January's birthday! I recently had a birthday party for my child. I was told by the owner, that if I wanted a private party, I needed to pay for 30 kids! My party wasn't small and I was already paying for 24 kids, ordering decorations and food for adults. Therefore, Jungle Adventure was clearly making enough money to make it worth it for them, to keep my party private. I tried to explain that to them but was told that I needed to pay for 30 kids! I agreed to pay for the 30 kids and made my party private. They get the 2 stars because the kids had a great time ..otherwise it would be 1 star only!!! They loved the place and really enjoyed playing. My issue with them is that they charge a lot money for extra food that they order from Freddy's pizzeria. I paid over $200 for adult food that was probably worth $100. The girls working the party were extremely unorganized and my guests ended up cleaning up after their kids and putting plates in the garbage because the staff served the cake without cleaning food plates off the table. As the kids were finishing up their cake that was served late because the staff was unorganized, they started sweeping and telling me "hurry we have another party ." I however had another 15 minutes left to my "private party." Once my guests were done in the back room we headed to the front of the place to get our jackets, bags etc. We came across a packed Jungle Adventure with a new party that was already in action during my private party time. I was livid and I noticed that my guests were upset because they had left all their personal belongings in the front! I walked up to the owner and I said to him: why would you open it up to public ??? I paid for a private party?! There was about 8-10 minutes left and my guests were headed out! He said: yes I know but I didn't want them to wait outside! What??? That's nice! I had a small remaining balance and I demanded him to give me some type of discount because he had done this! His explanation was I'm so sorry but everyone was here and waiting outside so I let them all in! I was floored! I complained but he wouldn't budge ! Finally I paid and left the place very upset ! After spending $1500 plus for a private party he opened it up to all! It's really unfortunate for the place because the kids had fun and some of the moms thought it was nice until they realized what had happened, and of course after I shared that I had paid for a private party!!! Not sure if they need more time to get it together but I feel I got ripped off and they didn't hold their part of the agreement ! Every time I think about it I get so angry! read more

First time here. 9 ur old and 4 ur old both had a blast. An hour was 10 dollars per child and totally worth it so fun! It was very quiet only 2 other kids probably because it's new. Very fun hour we will definitely go back read more

We went to jungle adventure after receiving poor customer service at Peek-a-booO in flushing. The venue is not as big but it's very clean, well maintained and not as crowded! The customer service is top notch, the provide tissues for my toddler son, they take care of wet spots on the playground areas immediately after notification. Kids under 2 are free! Would recommend it to anyone around the area! read more

My son loves this place! We came here on a weekday so it wasn't crowded and was easy to find meter parking. The place is clean and the price is very reasonable! We have been to peek-a-booo in flushing but I prefer this one better because of the high ceiling, it makes you feel like you can breathe in there! Will definitely go back! Great place for toddlers! This place is huge and has different play areas for kids from slides to trampolines. It's a good place to go to exhaust the little ones for a good hour. I just hope they have more lighting specially under the slides etc but overall not bad. read more

What a great place for children! Very clean, very friendly staff. You always see the staff organizing and cleaning up. The play pens are maintained very well and are really child proof. I felt comfortable letting my 2 yr old roam around while still keeping a close eye and following him. Overall this place gets an A+ !!! read more

My 3 year old daughter loved this place. Very spacious & plenty of room for running around. Went on a Saturday at around 11 am. Not too crowded but by the time I left ( around 1pm) it was getting packed. The place is super clean and everything looks brand new. Was looking for a place that my daughter wouldn't get bored at since she's a toddler now & some places don't have a lot of variety. Only tip would be to bring socks with good rubber soles. Some of the areas are a bit slippery. Other than that, no complaints! read more
