Another day, another visit. I arrived a bit later today at around 2pm so it was more crowded, plus it's spring break this week. $25 for 2 hours if paid with cash. Credit care payments will add a small surcharge. The place was again pretty clean and sanitary for an indoor jungle gym. Will be back.

    DANGEROUS EQUIPMENT

WARNING: MY DAUGHTER WAS INJURED BADLY HERE--DON'T LET YOUR CHILD BE NEXT! My daughter left this place with her head cracked open and needed staples! I'm sharing this to warn other parents. please don't make the same mistake I did. READ THIS before you take your kids here! At first glance, this place seems cute, but everything and I mean everything is either broken or unsafe. Attached is a photo from the facility's website showing the exact spot where my daughter fell. When you're inside, it doesn't seem as dangerous, but trust me it is. The climbing equipment is off-center and way too large for the foam pit beneath it. My daughter landed on the far right corner, hitting her head hard on the edge of the ledge. We rushed her straight to the emergency room, where she needed staples in her head. She also hurt her teeth and neck. This wasn't the first issue. On a previous visit, her leg got stuck under one of the climbing ramps. We should've stopped coming then, but against my better judgment, we returned. Please learn from my mistakes. I never want to see another parent go through what we did. This place is falling apart and the risks are real. Protect your child. Don't let this happen to you.

I had my sons 1st birthday party here back in Dec 2022 and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. My son and all the kids had the best time. The slides, swings and ball pits were all so much fun. The staff was extremely friendly and on point with everything. The party room was set up with the cutest decoration for my sons theme of Dinosaurs. Will definitely go back for the open play.

Exceeded expectations. The staff covering our daughter's 3rd Birthday party was wonderful. The location was clean and organized.

Great play place for kids with pretty fair prices (they have a really good early bird special on their site too). They have everything from ball pits to trampolines to giant slides (only had videos) to a small (tiny tiny) wall climb. Only con is that there isn't really a space for adults to socialize. Socks & masks required during time of this posting.

Where parents gather to hang up coats and put away shoes...it gets busy

I am pretty sure that this place is ideal for relaxing with your little one on a week day. On the weekend it is still fun - for your kids - but you will be a sweaty mess managing the crowd of other parents all trying to hang coats or find space and worrying about the big kids who have tagged along with their younger siblings and going crazy jumping next to the little ones. Then there are the weird parents who just don't follow rules. Signs clearly say kids only but I saw at least one mom slide down with her kid. Another gave me the stink eye for no apparent reason. In short this place really is a jungle for better and for worse. I give it four stars for having fun colors and for keeping my kid happy for an hour, but I will be avoiding weekends in the future.

My family and I came here for a birthday party a few weeks ago. My 6 and 9 year old had a blast as they have an extensive indoor playground where they could really run around in. Kids can crawl, climb, slide and jump. There are tunnels, slides (tall and short), ball pit, trampolines and a rock climbing wall. Good for toddlers and older kids, up to the age of 12. It's a really big space and very clean so we felt very comfortable being there for a birthday party including both kids and parents. Nice eating area in the back. Staff was very nice and helpful. One big downside to Jungle Adventure is the parking. They don't have a parking lot so you have to find street parking, which can be problematic for the neighborhood. They also allow open play during your party so you don't have the entire place to yourself. It wasn't a big deal that day but some people may want to keep their party private. Overall, the kids had a great time. I would recommend Jungle Adventure for both open play and a birthday party.

My 2 year old son just had the best time @jungleadventurenyc . This place is amazing albeit exhausting for parents. The maze is huge and so tall. This is the first time my son has been at a soft play center. Normally, he only watches it on Blippi. He was so excited to go in and play when he saw the place. I had a hard time getting him out of the place when it closed. Lol! There's hand sanitizer everywhere and they supposedly clean between every shift. You can sign up online for a time slot and the manager is very good at responding to your questions. Please help small businesses survive! Great addition to Whitestone.

Ask the Community - Jungle Adventure

Is there a private parking lot that can be used? If so, how close is it to Jungle Adventure?

No. But there is usually a good amount of street parking.

What's the age range of children?

    Under 12 years old

Is it easy to find parking around there?

I find it fairly easy to find a parking spot around there. If there's no spot on the block of Jungle Adventure, I usually find a spot around the corner.

Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The staff was super helpful by the trampoline and zip line, but no one kept the toddler area clean and everything was in the wrong room. We were there for 90 min play and not once did a staff member come in and reorganize. My daughter wanted to play in the vet area and there were no toys at all. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out.
